    I called Bobā€™s to get a maintenance contract on our systems. Jena assisted me and was very professional and knowledgeable. She explained to me the options for service and answered all of my questions. Jena offered to email me a copy of the maintenance agreement, which she did very quickly. I am now a customer of Bobā€™s and have a technician coming to review our systems at a time that is convenient to my schedule. Jena did a fantastic job and Iā€™m pleased with the high quality of service she provided me.

    I just had a new air conditioning and heating system installed in both my home and my mothers. We got the same one because it is the top of the line unit and its fabulous! The people who work at Bobs Heating and Air Conditioning Systems are very professional and knowledgeable about the work they do, courteous and friendly they show up when they say they will. There is always somebody to answer your call, they come out whenever you need them and they donā€™t leave until the job is done.     Bobs Heating & Air staff have been so nice and professional. Tyler Saujon was awesome. He came by today to service our unit. He was so nice and knowledgeable. He never stopped smiling. Jena Derise in the office is always there to help. She is very nice and has helped me many times. I have been very happy with Bobs.

    On a Sunday night at 3 a.m. my a/c went out. I called the answering service to get in line for Monday morning. Ellie called me at 8 a.m. on Monday and by Tuesday at 8 a.m., I had a service team deliver and install my new system before 5 p.m. I was so appreciative of their prompt service and professionalism. I would highly recommend Bobs to anyone in need of a system that lasts way past its warranty lifetime, professional service personnel in the office and outside in the field. They leave your home or office better than the way they found it!

    Our Technician was Mr. Treaven Dupre, he was on time and polite. He immediately got to work servicing the units, he diagnosed 2 issues. The first he fixed, and the other issue he quoted me the price for future reference if and when I decide to do the work. I was only charged what I was quoted for the servicing. I will use them again because he showed that he respected my time and my pocketbook.

    I cant tell you how happy we are with Bobs as well as with Dwayne, our technician, Tommy, Jenna, Alicia and Rhonda. I received a call daily with updates on the installation of our generator. Tommy gave me a quote and initiated the deal after I called several other places in Morgan City, who either did not return a call...or came out and never ever sent a quote. Great Job.

    The gentleman came out and added Freon to my unit but showed me my coil had a small leak and told me my coil needed to be replaced which he do when the new one comes in. He was very professional and explained everything so that I understood, he was very quick and the company responded quickly to my call. I am very happy with their service.

    Great customer service, very professional, great price! 3 weeks ago I had a whole new inside / outside ac & Heating system installed, moved outside unit from original spot to side of house. Arvin came out to get all the measurements, gave estimate, time frame to install, etc. Jeremy Ledet & Donovan did the install. All were very professional, new what they were doing, cleaned up everything afterwards, explained unit and all paperwork / warranty with me , explained new thermostat etc. I highly recommend Bobā€™s Heating & Air and I also suggest you request Jeremy & Donovan as your techs!Thank you also for the ā€œThank You ā€œ gift!

    I have always used Bobs heat and a/c on my system. The workers are very knowledgeable and professional. When you call with a problem they always tried to get to you that day. The workers will answer you questions about the problem and try to tell you about how much the part and labor will cost you.I have never been surprise with the amount. The office workers are very courteous when answering the phone to calling you to let you know the repair person is on the way. I would recommend Bobs to anyone.

IT was made possible by the concern and courteousy that was projected from a great phone conversation with Gina from their office and then a meeting with their sales representative named Jonathan. We have never been treated so well! I cannot wait to tell you how the installation goes! I already feel it can only get better.As Jonathan promised, the installers came on the appointed day and did a great job. Jeramie and Cody started by describing what was going to take place on the project, then they protected our flooring where they worked in our home and got the whole job done in the same day.     They squeezed us in as we were preparing for our daughterā€™s graduation the following day. Service was very timely. Technician was very knowledgeable and efficient in locating and diagnosing the problem. The bracket had broken off the motor and due to the type of motor, it had to be changed. He replaced the motor and had us fixed up and ready to breathe cool air again in no time. Would highly recommend to any friends or family.
