My plumber recommended Value Rooter to me for a blocked sewer line. They were quick to call me back and were able to fit me into their schedule the same day. The gentleman who came to my house did a great job and he was very professional and pleasant. I would definitely contact them again and recommend them to others.

I was super happy with the service I received. They answered the phone immediately. Let me know when to expect them.. Eric came out and was wonderfully friendly and also very knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and gave me lots of information as he was performing the repairs. He quickly found our septic covers despite a poor drawing from the town and the yard covered in snow.I had a blockage in one of my sewar pipes which he was able to find and clear, I also had him look at a slow toilet that we have had issues with for years which he immediately was able to fix the problem. We had the Septic pumped out at the same time since the tank cover was already dug out and open and was due soon anyway, and they did it in a very expeditious manner. I would definitely recommend and use them again. I also thought the price was fair for what they performed.. Highly rated

Fantastic customer service, professional, and answered questions and was very responsive. I made two calls, and it was picked up each time. Had a septic pumped by Value Rooter, and I would call them again for any plumbing issue. Recommended to my landlord who has other properties, and would recommend to anyone else needing plumbing services.

SO happy we ended up calling Value Rooter. We initially called another company who seemed good but could not get to our job for another day or two. We had a clog in our main sewer line causing waste water to bubble up in front of our front steps any time water was used or the toilet was flushed. The men at Value Rooter were at our home within an hour with their trucks and were able to pump and clear our sewer line. They were super professional and definitely know what they are doing. The cost was also reasonable especially considering they came right away. Highly recommended.

Great people! Couldnt find anyone willing to help us when none of our toilets or sinks were draining. Got a real person on the phone. Had someone out in 30 minutes. Had a giant clog out in our main sewer drainage line in an hour and things back to normal. Definitely recommend.

We had our main outgoing sewer line bust. They got rid of the sewage, dug up the line, replaced it, installed a clean out, even seeded the lawn before going. The cost was much cheaper than we thought. They were quick, efficient and honest. I leveled with the guys that came out and told them I couldn’t afford this. They let me know things I could do to save labor. Cut down a tree, pull off a porch. My family was in a crisis and they saved us. I’m very grateful for their honesty and help.
