Mike and his crew are great. They serviced my old pool heater and this month installed a new one since mine was 13 years old. There were a few hiccups but they were on top of all of it and fixed them. I also had an issue with my pool pump and Mike determined it was the cord not the actual pump. Most other places would sell me a new pump and not even offer to replace the cord giving me hopefully a few more years. I will only call Priority for my pool electric/heating etc from now on.

I just had an above ground pool installed in my backyard and needed to hire an electrical contractor to handle all the wiring for it. After calling around I was referred to Priority Electric, and now I see why. These guys were awesome! Matt and his crew were top-notch. They were knowledgeable, efficient and very polite. They even went above and beyond in helping redirect an outlet in my kitchen after they finished wiring the pool. Turned out it was a more complicated job than initially expected, but they got it done! I would highly recommend Priority Electric to anyone who needs electrical work done. Thanks guys!

They Priority Electric were very professional, neat, on time answered all questions. We replaced a whole house generator they did the complete job. Placement plumbing and all electrical. At a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend them to all family and friends.

Priority Electric did fantastic work on the gas and electric for our new pool and for our new outdoor kitchen. From the office staff to the crew that was here, everyone was very responsive and focused on our project. Paul carefully thought through the options for running the gas lines, wiring the lights, etc. and made recommendations for the best approach. He was willing to explain things to me along the way, so I have an understanding of how everything is setup. When our outdoor kitchen was almost ready to use, Paul came out at the last minute on the Friday of a holiday weekend to ensure our gas grill was fully hooked up and operational for our party that weekend!

This was my first experience with Priority Electric, I will absolutely use them again. They were recommended by my pool company to do the electrical and gas work. They were professional, efficient, and responsive. The office was fantastic about scheduling and communications with updates. The work had to be done in two parts with the gas company coming in the middle to upgrade a meter. There was a delay with the gas company (no fault of Priority at all, just scheduling around a holiday), and as soon as the gas company was done, Priority came right back in to finish the job to make sure we kept on schedule with other components of our project. They completely understood how important this was to us. Im so glad these guys were recommended to us, a wonderful first experience, well definitely call them again.

I cannot say enough about how great Mike and his entire crew are! They recently installed a new automatic cover and coordinated with another contractor to oversee the installation of new coping for the pool. They were superb at coordinating the work, getting here exactly when they said they would. The are meticulous and theirattention to detail is excellent. And Diana, who manages scheduling and everything at the office, is just superb as well. I plan to continue using them for all my related pool needs and recommend them very very highly.

Ive been a Priority Electric customer for years. Theyve done many projects inside my home and installed beautiful landscape lighting. Their service is above and beyond. In one specific example, I was in a panic with guests coming and a hot tub not powering on. I called after hours and Paul walked me through how to fix it on the phone and made sure we were all set. Paul helped install the electrical components to our pool and backyard setup over 6 years ago and did a great job. We recently had a question about a setting on the pool heater and instead of charging us for a tech to visit (which he easily could have done), he instead got his specialist on the phone and walked us through the issue, solving our problem in a matter of minutes. Small things make a big difference.

The office staff were very helpful and made sure I got put in the schedule as soon as possible. They did a good job communicating with me and their ETA to the job. I thank so very much Priority Electric Inc and its owner Mr. Paul Prior, and I will share how I was so wonderfully helped.I got home in the end of the day, and the life of one of my fellow neighbors was in a extremely dangerous situation. I needed the electric power back urgently. So, I called Priority Electric that by that hour was closed already. Through their automated service I was able to reach the emergency service. Mr Paul Prior answered me promptly, surprisingly me so very much with his great and faster understanding unexpected, with his kindness, professionalism, and leadership, solving my problem completely in less than 3 hours!!!Wow! In less than 3 hours the electric power back and also my fellow neighbor safe again. GREAT JOB PRIORITY ELECTRIC INC!!!Congratulations.

Like most business Priority Eectronics has a flat fee of $150 for the first hour, and they fixed 5 sets of outlets, and replaced two. In that first hour. They satisfied all of my expectations and were reasonably priced too. I would highly recommend.
