    Very prompt and professional service! We had a water leak behind a shower wall the day after Christmas, my husband and I thought the entire shower would have to be removed. Once our tech Billy Abel arrived and inspected the problem he was able to repair it without removing the shower and we are so thankful! He was very knowledgeable and quite fast with this repair! Highly recommend this company! We will use them again with any plumbing needs in the future! Thank You Dr. Rooter Plumbing!

    I had a referral to this company and was so glad I used them for my issue. They cared (Bryce/Brandon) so much about what they were doing and always respectful. They always asked if I had any questions about anything because they were only interested in me being happy with their work and understanding what was going on.     James and his team were amazing! After a recent move they were able to quickly handle a few smaller projects but when a more serious one happened they came to my rescue. They respond quickly to calls and texts. They came promptly at the scheduled times. Professional and efficient. All the men were courteous and friendly. HARD WORKING! They worked until the jobs were completed no matter how late. Extremely impressed by this company. I would give them 10 stars if it would let me.

    I am a tenant in a rental but they were sent out to replace a main sewage line out front. They were great to work with and were able to communicate well with us and the property manager. They ran into some issue but they stayed until the job was done so we were not out any longer. They were out there pretty late just to get us done! Recommend this company for sure.

    Highly recommend this company! I had another company give us an estimate for a commercial job at our Sports Center and they gave me a quote over $1400 and couldn’t get to the job for a few days. I called Doctor Rooter at 8am this morning. He had a technician here within 45 minutes. He gave me a quote less than half that of the other company. They got the parts and were out of here by noon. They had 3 guys on the job. Brandon,Bryce,and Cody were all very knowledgeable and professional and didn’t waste any time. I will definitely be calling them next time I have plumbing problems.

    The scheduling was easy and they were in contact right away to see it up. They take cash, checks, or card for payment. The quote they tell you is the price you pay at the end. NO hidden cost no matter how long it takes to do the job. I really appreciate the help and advice that Billy and Brandon gave me to keep my pipes running good. They were very respectful of me and my property. CAll them if youi need any plunbing work done.

    I contacted the office regarding possible gas logs/fireplace insertion. Billy and Crew arrived on Friday, answered all my questions, helped me understand what items would work best and installed new gas logs, took the time to make certain I understood how the logs worked. I highly recommend their services. Job well done!

    I had a hot water heater that broke on me and I contacted this company and they sent out a tech named Brandon Parks and he was the most respectful young man fixed my issue in no time was polite and made this horrible issue a lot less stressful for me thank you Brandon for your hard work and respectful attitude. I will definitely be using this company in the future hands down

    We had just moved back into our family farm house, and noticed that the frost free spigot had been removed and there was a leak filling a hole where the spigot used to be. James and Billy were a pleasure to work with and were very professional. Great to do business with local people.

    I had sewage backing up in my home. Day 1 billy a Mac assessed the situation. Billy found my problem in roughly 30 mins. Busted pipe under my driveway. Day 2 Billy and Mac showed up bright an early. Worked consistently to access the busted pipe and stayed until the job was done roughly 10-12 hours. Everything about the job was clean from start to finish. I had to leave my garage open for them while I was at work. They locked it up on the way out. Honest and trustworthy. Don’t hesitate to reach out for anything you need.

    My husband and I recently bought a house. Inspections had been done along with some bathroom repair work from a local plumbing company. After moving in, a very strong sewer smell began permeating the whole house (and outside) at random times/days. We contacted the previous plumbing company and another licensed plumber to no avail.Finding Doctor Rooter and James was the best thing that could have happened! James was meticulously thorough in tracking down the problem. The vent system through the entire original house was completely non-operational with only a later addition bathroom being properly vented.He and his crew re-plumbed the house and re-did some previous work. This was a huge job and they worked as quickly and cleanly as possible to get all problems corrected! The level of professionalism, concern for the smallest detail (while making sure I understood every step being taken), and reasonable pricing made this the absolute BEST experience with the least amount of stress!James is knowledgeable, honest, trustworthy, and has an exceptional work ethic. I cant imagine using any other company!

    Working with plumbers is usually a stressful thing… not this time! I appreciated everything they did for my home.. they made the “wrongs” “right”! Here are just a few of those things…1. Billy was on time, knowledgeable, personable, efficient, & took his time to explain everything to me.2. Billy replaced a water heater & lifted the other one off the ground so that it wouldn’t rust.3. Billy replaced 2 expansion tanks.4. Billy fixed the fireplace with his gas plumbing.5. Billy also replaced a water reducer valve.James has an excellent team working for him!     One of the best experience dealing with someone in plumbing. We have a drain that seemed clogged to the septic tank. James came out and looked at our issue and was very informative honest. I would advised anyone needing plumbing work done to definitely call him first. Well worth it.

    James worked for us in the past as well as today; he is always competent, courteous, and reasonably priced. I only wish he had been in business 25 years ago when our home was built. That plumber should never have been in business, but James has corrected many of that plumbers mistakes. We will always call the Doctor for our plumbing needs!

    I had the nightmare scenario with my toilet, it was ridiculously clogged. I had (stupidly) poured a croc pot full of chicken tortilla soup down the toilet, and the shredded chicken created quite the blockade. I thought I had tried everything to get the toilet unclogged, and the situation had become incredibly frustrating. I gave Doctor Rooter a call and they were extremely helpful in fixing the problem. And on top of fixing the problem, they were professional and communicated throughout the process. I would absolutely recommend Doctor Rooter’s services.

He always quick to answer the phone or at least calls back unlike some companies I’ve tryed and craftsmenship is always high on his list.
