    My AC unit stopped working, called a few different places. Huge were the ones that could get here the quickest. Neil called when he was on his way. When he arrived he was very professional, knowledgeable, and quick to diagnose my issue. He was able to correct the issue and have my AC running within about 45 minutes. I couldnt have had a better experience with a company. They have a earned a new customer with me!

    We bought a house where Huge had installed a mini split just before our purchase. Theyve been responsive and great at assisting with a couple problems that have come up in the year since our purchase. They were also willing to educate us on the unit functions and self-maintenance. Vince at the office has been fantastic and stands behind the service. The tech that resolved our issue (Bret) was incredibly knowledgeable and professional. We will use Huge for any future needs.

    Very pleased from start to finish! My furnace quit working & was older. My a/c unit was extremely old & needed to be replaced as it was not energy efficient at all.     My AC went out late last night and I called in the next morning and they were able to fit me in on a hot Sunday afternoon and my service technician Alex showed up on time , diagnosed it and had my AC blowing cold in no time.     Update: I thought id be able to squeak by with my 19-year old furnace for a couple more years, but the idea of being without a furnace in cold weather was beginning to scare me. I called Huge who visited quickly. Their recommendations for furnace matched my research. In addition to their honesty and not up-selling me, their pricing was also excellent. As previously reported, the technicians were wonderful---professional, respectful of my home, and as personable as everyone Ive worked with at the company. They showed up on time and finished ahead of schedule. I cant recommend Huge enough. They are great.Previous review: From the office staff to the technicians, everyone was helpful (educating me at every step), honest, and, gosh, personable. I know I have to replace my furnace in the next couple of years and now I know who I will call.

    We purchased our furnace and a/c from Huge in 2008. It has been excellent! Their duct work was very skillfully done. They have serviced our units every season since then. We have only needed to do maintenance since we got our new units. Today they took the extra time to remove ivy inside the a/c. I have always had excellent work by their service people, along with fair pricing and professional service when I call for appointments.

    Can’t say enough good things about Huge Heating and Cooling - they gave us a same day estimate with multiple options for our price point and were completely transparent about the different benefits for each unit.Two days later their installation team came out and swapped out our old condenser and coil with the units we purchased, showed up bright and early and finished the job in just 6 hours. They made sure everything was tested fully before they left, and overall I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience.We’ll likely need a new furnace in a couple years and I’ll definitely be going with this company again.

    I just had Alex out with Huge heating and cooling for a clean and check for my furnace. This was my first time using them and I was very pleased. They give you a heads up when they are heading over and were on time. Alex did a great job and was very friendly and went out of his way to explain my system, what he did today and make sure I had no questions. I will definitely be using them for my a/c clean and check in the spring.

    My furnance stopped working late, afternoon January 27, on a Wednesday. I called Huge the same day and Nicole the receptionist, was able to send Alex within 30 minutes. Alex called Jim, who gave me excellent options, so we purchased a new furnance. Mind you, our furnace was over 25 years old! Jim was also kind enough to loan us 3 space heaters as it was 52 degrees in our house. Steve and Joe did a magnificent job of installing it on Thursday. Excellent service. They are the only company we use. I would highly recommend them.

    This install was done on my home flawlessly. Rick and Matt did a clean, professional job. Very happy. Kudos to John C. in sales for giving a very fair quote. With a lifetime warranty on the compressor/ condensing unit, it makes this package hard to beat. Customer service (Vince) was also very pleasant to talk to. Thank you again, good job everyone.

    I have used Huge Heating five times in the last 3 years for two different properties. I find they have excellent service. They are quick and reasonable - no crazy rush charges. I had them come to my rentals on the 30th of December at 10p.m.. Alex the technician arrived quickly and resolved the problem! My tenant was happy, and I was too. Huge Heating and Cooling is really a good company to deal with!

    We were having a problem with water leaking from our furnace. I spoke with Nicole when I called and she was very nice and helpful. She was able to get someone out for service within hours. And actually recommended we schedule for maintenance (which in our particular situation would more then likely solve our problem since it just sounded like blockage) vs scheduling a service call and it costing us more in the long run. So that was really appreciated. When the service tech David showed up he was very nice, I informative, and found the issue right away. He even went as far as explaining everything he was doing and why and ways for us to flush the pipes on our own should we run into this problem again. I will definitely be recommending them to friends and family and will continue to use them for our yearly maintenance. Thank you Huge Heating and Cooling!!!!

    I was very happy with both the sales and installation services of Huge Heating & Cooling. Our sales person, John Clark, went through a range of options and suggested a moderate price, high quality, U.S. made option. The service people did a great job on the install. We installed a new furnace and A/C with new sheet metal, a new exhaust, and a new thermostat. They filed the paper work for the refunds from the gas company and the city permits. Both the sales and service people were happy to answer questions I had about the details of the install. We have flooding problems and they were able to mount the unit higher off the ground than usual. They also pointed out a problem they noticed with our plumbing which allowed me to get a plumber and have that repaired before a pipe burst. Great job all around.

    Have been using Huge for several years now. Recommended by a friend who could not get his normal A/C guy to come out for an emergency. Huge gladly obliged. So we changed as well. Nicole , the scheduler is always polite and accommodating and she reminds me when services are coming due. We use Huge for our home and my sons. Alex was our Technician this past week and he was just as knowledgeable and friendly as all the rest. He even gave me a nice tip on how to save a few bucks on filters during summer months. We are very satisfied with Huge.

    Our furnace was making a watery noise when it was running. Alex came out on time listened to the furnace and fix the clog in a tube. He then did a quick inspection of the main system to insure it was running properly. We were so grateful that we didn’t need to replace it as it would have cost a few thousand.

    I have worked with Huge for a few years in commercial and residential applications. On the commercial side they seemed to be the most experienced of the companies I had worked with and always did their best to be timely and efficient. On the residential side my experience has been good also, I just had a new furnace and A-coil installed and the men did a nice clean job at a fair price. Lastly, Nicole and all of the different techs I have gotten to know on both sides have always been courteous and helpful.

    Alex is the best! He came earlier today as my air conditioner was whistling and not cooling. He diagnosed the problem quickly, told me his plan, returned to work on it and got my 30+ year old air conditioner working again on a day when the temperature was over 90! He was honest and I felt safe with him, trust is something you can’t buy and I know why again and again I call Huge!

    Weve been using them for years. Friendly office people and great service. We usually have them out once a year to do general maintenance and check everything, but we needed them to come out while we were out of town. They met our son there, called us by phone to explain our options, made the repair, and let us even pay with a credit card over the phone. Great customer service!

We have old furnaces so I was expecting to pay a fortune to fix prior maintenance screw ups but it was still very reasonable for labor and parts. May take a look into a maintenance agreement.

    Huge did a terrific job with our Furnace Inspection and with fixing our AC. We had looked into other HVAC providers in our area and were not impressed with their proposed prices or with the results of their inspections. We had thought our current Central AC unit was beyond repair and were pressured into buying a new overpriced unit from the other providers. Huge sent a rep out who did a great job with communicating to us the situation and status of our units. He was friendly and knowledgeable and worked very diligently to get the job done. We have had others come out and do the exact opposite before. It was refreshing. I would highly recommend their services as well as their HVAC Tech named Benjamin.

    A big Thank You to Huge Heating & Cooling and technician, Alex.One of our heat pump air handlers was not functioning. This resulted to no heat being distributed to the front areas of the house on a very cold morning. I called at 8:00 A.M. telling them I had no heat and Alex arrived as scheduled. He quickly diagnosed the problem as a failed motor. The main office was able to locate a new motor of the make & size we needed. Alex took the time to explain his plan to pick up the motor, the timing & price for the repair, etc.. All was installed and functioning again within a very reasonable time. Thank you.
