    If you’re looking for an honest plumbing company that does amazing work, Kramer & Co is it.We were lucky enough to have Timothy come out and work on an issue we had. Opposed to just looking at it for a few minutes and telling us it needed to be replaced, he took the time to investigate the issue, find the root cause, and fix it.Thanks to Timothy’s hard work and dedication to his craft, we saved some money and have a plumber we’ll be using for the next 50 years that we live here.

    Our HVAC had been leaking water into our kitchen. I called Kramer and they sent Daniel to our house. He was so kind and fixed the problem in no time! He even gave us some advice on how to keep the drain clear and our system running well. He did great work by adding some new PVC to the drain to make sure the tray would actually catch the water it needed to. We were very pleased with his work and we felt the price for the service call and hourly rate was very fair.We were also happy that he was able to come to our home so quickly. He was out the very next day after I called. Our system is running great now and well be able to finish out the summer with cool air.

    Timothy came to our rescue - no hot water and a burst water heater. Timothy came to access the repair, gave a quote, and when accepted he began immediately, in a few hours we had hot water from a top quality water heater and a few other plumbing fixes included. All good, thanks so much!

    A couple months ago I stopped up my kitchen drain. I got on the NextDoor app and asked for recommendations for a plumbing company. Kramer & Company was recommended more than any other plumber or plumbing company. They were onetime, efficient and fixed my garbage disposal drain problem. I highly recommend them!

    We had an excellent experience with Kramer Mechanical. They came out the same day as our call. They solved a problem which we thought was our air conditioner & turned out to be a problem with our water heater. The guys were super nice & helpful. Thanks Daniel & John.     I had a huge leak in my main water line. Kramer & Company replaced my entire water line going into the house. After being without water for nearly six weeks because I could not get a plumbing contractor to do the job--I stumbled across Kramer. Im so glad I did! They were fair with their price, and they did an outstanding job! Not to mention, they started my job immediately and finished fast. They had all the big equipment to trench nearly 250 feet of water line. Im highly impressed and highly recommend them for any plumbing work you may need. Specifically--Derek was fantastic!     We have had a few weeks of a strange smell. I finally called and used this group from a neighbors recommendation, and I’m so glad I did.     Everyone else was telling me, oh we will put you on the list sometime next week. I called Kramer at 8 a.m. They showed up about 2pm ( they tried to come at noon but I wasnt home) they had my hot water heater fixed in about 1 hour. At about 1/3 of the price I thought it was going to cost. I talked to Mike Kramer in the morning. Hes the one that scheduled the repair. He sent his guy John over really courteous and polite professional and efficient I cannot recommend this company enough. Ive already made a recommendation to my daughter. And I recommend them to you.

    We had a leak in the waterline from the Main valve to our home. Mike recommended a leak detection service which was able to locate the leak. After fixing 2 leaks we decided to run a new line. Kramer & Co. did an outstanding job suggesting the best possible solution and with the installation. We were delighted with quick fix and reasonable price. I highly recommend Kramer and Co.

The work included removal of a water heater that had blown its top, and installation of a new one. Their work is stellar!     We had Kramer & Company do several plumbing jobs relating to some renovations to our 25 year old house. They replaced our bathroom faucets, ice maker line valve, and water heater, installed a kitchen sink and a water pressure gauge, then repaired a leak in our outdoor water line. My wife was very comfortable with their professionalism, and they proved to be dependable, prompt, and trustworthy.     We appreciated Cory coming out and fixing our water heater leaks and his explination as to why one part needed to be replaced. Well continue to use Kramer & Co.Yesterday Josh came out with a plumbing problem and toilets backed up. He traced it to the septic system and I was worried since our neighbors have had major flooding of their leach fields and will be replacing their septic systems. Thankfully ours was just a simple issue and Josh cleared it out with no further problems. We continue to give Kramer & Co. 5 stars. Thanks.

    Our furnace failed to operate on a recent cold Saturday morning. I began calling heating contractors for help. Kramer was the only one that answered the phone by a live person. After listing to my story, I was told that a technician would call to schedule a time to come out today. A technician, Shawn did call within the hour and he arrived at my home by 9:30 am. Shawn diagnosed our problem and got the furnace working within an hour. I recommend Kramer & Company to others for your plumbing and H&AC needs. Thanks Shawn.

    While its been some time since I worked with Kramer & Co Mechanical in July 2020, their HVAC repair has held up extremely well. They were able to quickly and fully diagnose the issue (which another HVAC company was unable to do), then proceeded to do a very thorough repair.     Had to call a plumber to try to fix some noisy pipes. Entered a work request on the Kramer website on Sunday and someone called me the next day to schedule a time. Mike Kramer showed up within the quoted time and investigated the issue. Because the pipes were not accessible he explained that if it were him he would wait to see if the problem persisted as the resolution would require construction to access the problem. He was clear and informative about the issues and possible resolution.He only charged for the Service Call and no Hourly Rate even though he spent a good amount of time researching the issue.Will definitely call them in the future if the need arises.

    We found out the HVAC system in our house was not installed correctly and the bathroom and kitchen exhausts were not properly vented. A Kramer technician inspected the furnaces and correctly diagnosed the root causes and recommended a rework and proper venting. Their HVAC team showed up on time as scheduled and completed the work efficiently. The men were conscientious and courteous. I usually dont complete surveys, so this is an exception. Kramer Mechanical gets 5 stars.
