We moved into the house back in March and there were a few things that needed fixed. I work out of town, but flintlock reached out to my wife and went to help right away with things they noticed, we never even needed to reach out. Since then Joe has been incredibly consistent! With his help, my house is due to be re-sided under warranty, plumbing fixed my shower, he came out and fixed my back door, and is always available and reachable without complaint. I love the consistency of the company, and the willingness to help out. Always very timely and had great customer service. Wouldnt have it any other way! Incredibly grateful for the opportunity to work with them! Will definitely be reaching out for any additional help!

Joe and Jared have been a great help. Jared always sends Joe out to help us with the tiniest things. From our vents ratting to garbage disposal not working. The problem is usually as simple as pressing a button but it never bothers Joe. He even helped us get our exterior sprinkle system drained before the freeze. They are the best!

Above and beyond service! Joe came out yesterday to inspect my two concerns. He is very knowledgeable in his job. As he was leaving, he asked if i had any other questions or concerns.. Nothing crosses my mind until i pass my garage .. I recall i had noticed that the sprinkler control panel was out the weekend before. He checked it real quick and said let me tell my team and will fix it for you. Next day i get a call from Marcelos. His crew member came by and took care of the problem without hesitation. Best service I have received!!! They both gave me tips and went beyond expectations!!!Something that blew my mind that I truely did not know is that you can control how much water comes out of your sprinkler by rotating them.

I like to give a disclaimer when I’m encouraged to leave a review for full transparency. They’re offering a $50 Home Depot gift card to people who leave a review, but if you ask me that’s just the icing on an already nice cake.Their warranty department is outstanding. I’ve heard horror stories about claiming warranty issues with other builders, especially from family who bought a new build house down in Florida, finished a couple months before mine was in Copperas cove TX.I sent 2 emails regarding 2 different issues and within the same day I got a response and a plan of action. They came as soon as possible. I had to wait 3 days for one issue because it was over thanks giving break and I was okay with it as we talked it out and made plans that were fair for everyone. The other issue I emailed about late in the afternoon, and someone was at my house the next morning. I couldn’t believe it after the stories of waiting a week for contact and 2 weeks for resolution coming from other builders warranty programs.The house is nice as well. There are some things here and there that are very minor issues that are to be expected when doing any project. I had my property surveyed by a 3rd party surveyor and they even complimented how nice the house was and how every issue was minuscule and could be fixed within a day.Overall I’m happy with the house. This is our first home and I’ve heard from a lot of friends and family that you always kind of have a little buyers remorse with your first home as it’s a large amount of money and you tend to fixate on things that are wrong, but that is not the case here. It’s been homey ever since I’ve been able to move my stuff in and it gets homier every day.

We started working with a different builder first, but after a couple of meetings with them, we didn’t feel like they cared about the investment we were making or our family. After some more research, we found FlintRock Builders. From the first day, Samantha was responsive, knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. She was patient and allowed us to tour several floor plans and lots. We decided to move forward with purchasing our home. The first lender was challenging to work with and just not the right fit. Samantha was able to connect us with a new lender that was able to help us secure our home! I would have thought that was the end of the transaction, but then we met Joe! He handles the warranty department. He came to wrap up a couple small items we found during the walk through. He was proactive and very informative about our home and the subcontractors we should connect with for any remodeling. He doesn’t stop there, we had our appliances delivered during his visit and there was a complication with fitting the appliances through the door. Joe jumped in to help the clueless delivery team and even helped us remove refrigerator doors with electrical and reinstall them inside. We could not have done it without him! To say he went above and beyond is an understatement! The service, communication and professionalism with FlintRock Builders from Day 1 was superb and it has been consistent. Thank you for helping us find our first home!

We picked The Frio floor plan, and we absolutely love the open concept living room and kitchen. We cant wait to have friends and family over to show it all off. The details of the home are lovely. We have granite countertops throughout the house, and they are superb. The soft-close cabinets and drawers are a must when you have kids. And Sean with Larson Construction did a phenomenal job with the trim, closets, pantry, and more. His work is incredible!Chris and his entire team were great throughout the whole process. They listened to our needs and wants and worked very hard to make those a reality for us. We mainly worked with Shelbi, and she went above and beyond every chance she could. The amount of work Shelbi has on her plate is unreal, and we cant thank her enough for all the hard work and dedication she provided to us. Thank you, Flintrock, for our beautiful home!

After deciding to build our next home, my wife and I found a lot that was the perfect size for the house and pool that we wanted, as well as plenty of yard for the kids to play in. When we found out that it was Flintrock’s lot, we began to research them. It only took a few minutes before we were sold on the builder as well as the lot. We moved quickly to secure the lot and soon after starting planning and designing the house. We picked the Frio plan because it had all the bedrooms we needed AND the media room we desperately wanted! I love the three car garage that has plenty of room for my truck, work benches and tons of storage shelving. They were very accommodating of the additions and changes that we wanted, to make it unique and perfect for our family. Shelbi and the rest of the Flintrock team bent over backwards to complete our home on time despite crazy winter storms, a lot of rain and global supply shortages. I am pleased to say that no shortcuts appear to have been taken, just good ole fashion hard work; and a lot of it! A special thanks to Shelbi for fielding my many phone calls, text messages and emails every time I had a concern. As it turns out, they know what they’re doing and I know a little bit more than I used to (which was nothing). Thank you for your efforts and our beautiful home!!

Between Desmond, Chanelle, Juan, and forgive me but I forgot the name to the guy in the grey ford :) they have helped my growing family of 4 into the house that we dreamed of! Is it perfect? Flintrock built us a beautiful home in Bella Charca in 2021. Even though there were several delays due to supply chain issues and we had to delay closing by a few weeks as soon as I spoke to Chris about the problems he immediately resolved the remaining issues and we were able to close on the rescheduled date. After we moved in there were a few minor problems as is normal with new construction. At first the warranty team was not living up to expectations. I think Flintrock noticed this and hired a new warranty team (Jared and Joe). As soon as Jared and Joe took over the warranty issues I immediately received a phone call and they fixed everything on my list. I actually had a home inspection done on my house and simply gave it to Jared. There were no major issues and Joe was able to fix most of the things without getting sub contractors involved. Overall great experience. Chris, Jared, and Joe are a pleasure to work with.

He made it comfortable for us to tell him what were the issues with the home. He sent out joe one of his top guys and he has been very helpful. Joe has been fixing the issues with the home and if he isn’t able to fix it then he and Jared get in contact with the personnel that need to come down and fix the issues.
