    I cannot say enough good things about JVM Electric, Jose and his crew Brendan and Eddie did a fantastic job. I had lost power to half my house and Jose came out within a couple of hours to diagnose the problem. Well, I had old 60 amp service in my two family house and part of my panel had quit. I needed a compete upgrade to 100 amp. Jose gave me a complete estimate upfront and explained the whole process. Jose and his crew came back within a few days after gathering all the parts and busted their butts in 20 degree weather to get my service up to snuff. I am in the trades, (auto mechanic) so I know when a job is done right and JVM did very very clean work. Everything looked very neat and organized. Now my house is all up to code and I could not be more pleased. Thank You JVM Electric.

    We hired Jose for our basement remodel project and he did a great job getting all of the lights, outlets, appliance connections set up. He was happy to work with me on some requests I had to leave wires in place for future-proofing and was amenable when I asked him for specific changes to some of the work. We spoke to a lot of electricians about our basement before hiring Jose but he gave us a fair price and was a pleasure to work with.

    JVM Electric installed recessed lighting in three rooms and replaced two switches. Jose and team did a great job. Communication was good, prices reasonable, and overall quality was very good. We would consider them again for future electrical needs.

    I hired Jose to wire two switches to my existing fixtures. Scheduling was easy, pricing was fair, and Jose is always patient and courteous. Besides wiring the fixtures, he also went above and beyond by putting the wires under the attic insulation which was originally exposed. Additionally, he added neutral wires for me to install smart switches which I did not request him to do.Overall working with Jose was a positive experience and I would recommend to anyone looking for an electrician.

    I thought I had an issue with my smoke detector. I called José up and he walked me through some initial troubleshooting. I found out that the issue is not with my smoke detector. I was super impressed that he spent some time with me figuring things out. He was also able to come to my home tomorrow if needed. I will definitely be reaching out to him for any electrical needs in the future.

    Jose did the electrical for our kitchen addition. He was very responsive to our needs and scheduling. He always answered back our calls which was important because we had to coordinate among various contractors. His pricing was very reasonable given the amount of work required. He gave us ideas on the cabinet lighting which came out magnificent! I highly recommend JVM for any electrical work.

    We are pleased with the price and quality of work performed in the installation of two bathroom fans in our 150 year old house. As expected with an old house, there were unexpected issues uncovered mid-job and Jose problem-solved admirably.     Used JVM to upgrade a circuit and run power to a new induction range in my kitchen. They were very fast in responding and completed the work in less than the time expected. Was a very seamless transaction with great service.

    JVM was excellent for us. They installed a new ring doorbell on short notice, installed a new transformer and consulted on options for wiring up motion sensor lights in the back yard. The communication was seamless and personable. Lastly, they arrived when they said they would which is priceless! I’ll be going back to them for my future electric needs!

My system is old and will need an upgrade but with the help of JVM electric I got peace of mind and a great plan for the near future.
