Eric was AMAZING! We were without heat and our home had a power surge so we couldn’t use space heaters. He answered the phone right away and when I told him our situation, he rearranged his day and helped us navigate the problem. He called the city and made sure everything in the house was safe. He was prompt, personable and professional. Can’t recommend enough.

Our family has never met a more honest, hard working, and fair person as we have in Eric at Benson Electric. Multiple times over the years we’ve been in tough spots on different properties of ours and Eric ALWAYS comes to our rescue. He understands his craft so well and is a man of integrity. I can’t say enough about this company, when everybody else was busy and they were as well they still made time for me, The owner showed up to my house I could tell right off the bat he was honest and fair and told me exactly what was going on with my problem, they were booked out for work but he still had his employee and himself at my house the next morning at 6:30 AM to fix and restore the power to my home, I had questions the next day and he called me back immediately and has the best customer service I have ever seen ! Thank you so much it’s hard to find a business that cares about their customers as much as you all!! you are our electricians for life! Thank you

Over the weekend prior to Christmas, a falling tree ripped the electrical mast from our house, and damaged the meter. Eric Benson came over on a Sunday, in the rain, and repaired all of the damage in order for the power company to reconnect my service. My appreciation for this level of service is what stands him above so many other electrical contractors in our area.

Replaced defective Daikon Split Heat Pump in the worst of weather.A company, owner and staff with integrity, professionalism and skill. Plan to hire them whenever we have electrical needs including generator installation.
