    Isaac and team were fantastic and exceeded our expectations. We searched everywhere for the right price and style of countertop. At QGC we didnt have to sacrifice style to meet our budget. The prices were unbeatable and the quartz selection was great. We even were able to install sooner than expected. Truly, the service was extremely kind, friendly, fun, and left us feeling relieved and elated. Installers were fantastic, friendly, and did a wonderful job.     I had my kitchen countertops replaced with Quartz. Deanna in sales was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Unfortunately, we were not happy with the first installation of one corner-piece of quartz. We contacted Deanna right away, and within a couple of weeks a new piece of quartz was installed and now we are very happy! Justin the manager, was very nice and made sure we were satisfied with the end result! Quality Granite & Cabinets gets a solid A+ for their customer service! I would recommend this company!

    Linda and the installation team were fantastic. Beyond easy to work with, so communicative, understanding when we made changes to the original plan, and professional to a T.     Great customer service, reasonable pricing, hard working and they know their stuff! I worked mostly with Evan who understands customer service and is very knowledgeable! He is fantastic but others there were too. The install was also super efficient and they didnt skip a beat with an eye for detail. Its hard to tell color in the pics but I got the Callacata Rocky quartz. I would recommend Quality Granite and Cabinets to others!

    Outstanding service! Dion and his team were very professional and patient as I made my quartz countertops a reality. I was picky about the layout due to the pattern of veins that were in my product selection. Dion was the only bidder who recognized that and worked with me to get the look I wanted. His crew asked my approval every step of the way during the installation. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Happy, happy, happy! The prices were very fair, too.

    I very rarely give reviews or comment on services and such, but I felt that with the work that was done on my kitchen and bathroom countertops I wanted to say how much we appreciated the work that was done by Quality Granite and Cabinets…especially by Raymond, who did a very exceptional job on all of our countertops.Deanna put the project together and Linda kept us up to date and kept the work on schedule, Deanna was awesome on the details of the kitchen and everything came together and completed on time, as a matter of fact Raymond had forgot a very small detail on our Island countertop but came to our house on his day off and took care of the detail, something you don’t see very much of these days!!!We would like t thank everyone that worked on our countertops, Deanna, Linda, Raymond and the other 3 guys who were the “muscle” on a job very well done!!!Thanks to All,Jim Joyce

    We really love our kitchen updates done by Quality Granite & Cabinets. We had an old ceramic tile counter and back splash that looked outdated and had broken tiles and missing grout.We checked with a few companies to update it and got very high price quotes and they tried to talk us into more changes to make it a bigger and more expensive job.When we checked with Quality Granite & Cabinets, they were easy to work with and had excellent pricing. We looked through all their samples and saw a few nice possibilities, but then we saw one of their sample kitchen setups in their showroom (counter, back splash, sink, faucet) and it looked like it would work well for us, so we just selected the exact same items since it was easy to visualize exactly how it would look.We needed to provide all the measurements for a price estimate and for them to size the job. This was tricky, since there are a lot of little different cuts needed with our configuration. Eventually, I ended up taking pictures of the counter, window sills, and back splash and then writing the measurements on them which worked well.They were able to meet our scheduling needs and the workers were punctual and did a great job. They installed the granite counter first, and then had another visit to do the back splash a few days later. The installers were very professional and kept things organized and pretty clean throughout.This was completed about a month ago and we are really pleased with the results and would gladly use them again (we have other home improvement projects planned for later).

    Very happy with their service, installation and prices. We purchased 4 pieces of granite countertop from them for our kitchen remodel. They worked closely with us through every step of the process, they were very patient when they arrived on site and I had to fix a few unlevel cabinets before they could install the counters. The large counter has a seam (where two pieces had top join) that is virtually impossible to find.

    Lots of businesses talk about customer service but QGC really delivers! I purchased a discontinued cabinet and one quartz slab - probably a small sale for them - but still experienced the best service Ive had in many years. I was in the store 3 different times working with Kat, Evan, and Deanna. They all did such a great job helping figure out the layout needed for my oddly configured 1960s bathroom. The installers were fantastic as well, especially considering a last minute change to the countertop cut. Im really happy with the outcome, and know it will look fantastic when my contractor gets the finish work done.

    This business should have a sixth star option!About 2 months ago, we started looking at different businesses to remodel our outdated kitchen.We had originally purchased our house 10 years ago, as a bank owned house, and decided before moving in to remodel our kitchen. As new home owners, we really didnt know what to expect from contractors and how our remodel would go. In retrospect, the previous contractor did not fulfill what we were expecting. Over the past 10 years, we have noticed that the work was shoddy; cabinet doors fell off, things didnt close right; and the overall quality of the work was very poor. We knew that whoever we contracted would have their work cut out for them as a result of our previous contractor from 2010.Quality Granite & Cabinets was the last of 6 companies we obtained quotes from. Upon agreeing to a contract with them, we setup an install for 2-3 days in the middle of December.Our installer had to correct many problems as a result of the previous job, He was very patient, and was willing to get the job done. He also took the time to clean up each day at the end, even though hed be making another mess the next day.We now have a fantastic looking kitchen that truly looks wonderful.Quality Granite & Cabinets are professionals, and the craftsmanship and knowledge of their installers was worth every penny.I cannot endorse them enough, they have been diligent and hardworking thru this entire process, when little issues developed, they didnt ding us for every little issue and worked with us to figure out how to fix little issues and find solutions to keep our timetable going.In my past experience, some companies have no room for wiggle, if an issue is discovered that even slightly goes beyond the original scope, its immediately seen as a billable issue and a repair ends up ballooning well beyond the original price. More than one of our previous quotes made this very clear that any deviation beyond the scope, no matter how small, would incur additional costs. The way that QGC handled these little issues showed me they had real integrity, something I feel is in rare supply these days.My wife and I are so thankful and feel blessed that we found a trustworthy company like Quality Granite & Cabinets, business that does excellent work and truly seems to care about their customers.Several people were involved in this project: Katie and Nanda handled the sales/quotes, and were very patient with our questions. Nanda conducted the measurements, even though we had a previous sketch from a previous company, he took the time to remeasure everything, and Norman, Art, and Tony handled the demo/install. Norman was just about the hardest working person Ive ever seen.In addition. Deanna, one of the managers showed up each day to talk with us, check the progress, and make sure everything was going smoothly. I really appreciated her taking the time to visit us and make sure we were satisfied. It shows that QGC genuinely cares about their customers. All of their staff made us feel like we were their top priority. QGC really makes you feel more than just another customer, I had no concerns with trusting them if I had to leave while they were working.We will be using them again as we have work that needs done by them, and we would both gladly recommend them to others.

    I purchased a vanity with slab top from Quality a couple years ago and had a great buying experience. The quality was great and service was superb.That is not the end. I recently had some bent drawer glides from kid use and went back to Quality to see if they sold replacement hardware. While they did not, the guys up front told me that they would look in the warehouse since it was an older model and the glides were not their current version. They had them and sent me on my way with a solution and great service. Highly recommend this business for any cabinet or counter top. High quality product and high quality people.

    I had a fantastic experience working with QGC. I worked with Misty as my sales representative and she was extremely helpful in answering all of my questions and helping me consider the design. The owners, Linda and Deanna, were always available to answer additional questions and to provide their perspective on what materials would work best. I was never pushed to spend more money or choose more expensive materials - it was very clear they wanted what was best for me, my space, and my budget.QGC was the most affordable option I came across, but youd never know it based on what they delivered. In fact, both my electrician and tilers all commented that I must have spent a ton on my cabinets and counters and assumed they were custom based on the quality. I dont blame them for thinking that - they are gorgeous. The install was seamless, easy, and took only one day for cabinets and one day for counters. There were literally no issues at all. None. Two days total for cabinet, counter, and sink install is pretty insane, especially considering how affordable everything was.Overall, I couldnt be happier we went with QGC. We LOVE our new kitchen and from demo to completion it was literally 7 days. Insane. We spent less than we expected and received top tier service. I cannot recommend them more!

    The Staff at Quality Granite & Cabinets were respectful and communicate very well, from my first interaction and through the completion of my counter install.I was listened to and helped in achieving my goals for my project satisfactorily. The Estimate listed each individual cost and was reviewed with me in detail.I clearly understood the install process and possible issues.I chose for my project a low inventory product and it turned out that the remaining pieces did not match well (this was an issue I was informed of beforehand).When notified of the issue, I was given a possible solution that would still fit my goals for the project.Their installer(s) layed tarps on the floors they would be walking on, cleaned up their messes, and ask clarifying questions on how I wanted the counter to look, placement of sink, and how deep I wanted the breakfast bar overhang.The installer did such a good job, I had a hard time finding the seam!

    Quality Granite installed new kitchen cabinets and a new quartz counter top for us. The entire team was very customer service oriented and helpful. They were extremely friendly and not pushy like we found at some of the bigger box stores. The price was considerably better than quotes we received from the larger stores. It took about 3 weeks from the time of ordering to installation. The cabinet installers showed up on time and worked very quickly. All cabinets were installed in one day. Counter installers showed up on time the next day and also completed it in one day. We were very happy with the work and service. I would definitely recommend Quality Granite and Cabinets if you are looking to do a kitchen remodel. They have a large selection of Quartz or Granite counter tops and 4 or 5 varieties of cabinets to choose from. They will work with you on how much you want to do on your own or have them do it all. I elected to do the tear out and the flooring. We worked mostly with Linda and Nanda but the entire staff seemed knowledgeable and willing to help when needed.

    Wow, what a find! Quality Granite and Cabinets are wonderful. From excellent quality cabinets and counter tops through the installation process, they are the best. There is no pressure, you browse and choose your cabinets and counter tops. If you have a question Nanda, Kat and the entire sales staff are quick to offer assistance and recommendations. I have had many contractors come to my house over the years, but this has been the best experience I have ever had, period. Norman came the first day and installed our vanity quickly, but also with a friendly attitude and a nothing is too much of a challenge (we have some pipes coming out of the floor that Norman was able to modify the cabinets on the spot and make them fit perfectly). The next day Raymond installed the counter top. He measured everything, even the walls that werent completely straight (imagine that :). Both these gentlemen and their assistants were wonderful.     Ive shopped and priced around to many different granite and quartz countertop shops. Quality Granite and cabinet first of all, filled all my expectations. From the showroom staff being very friendly and informative, to giving me the best price by far, and setting up demolition and installation. It was quick. It truly was Quality workmanship. Im extremely satisfied and happy with this company.BTW, they even referred me to a contractor who installed my tile backsplash. Hugh of did the job within a week and I am VERY satisfied.

    They are insanely knowledgeable. I needed to change out my really old and ugly cabinets and cheap Formica that was peeling off and looked online for for a contractor but found these guys. I went in and since I wasn’t changing anything structural and keeping the same layout, quality granite cabinets were able to do everything themselves.After my first visit, they said to just bring in general measurements. My second visit, Deanna typed up a quote in thirty minutes. It was less than half my budget so I signed off and payed my deposit the same day. Two weeks later, their installers demoed my kitchen and finished the my cabinet and quartz installation in two days.. TWO DAYS! I’m still dumbfounded. So much easier and way more fun than I thought. I will end my review here so I can get my parents to change out their kitchen.

    Great experience from the moment I walked in the door. Deanna was great, took the time to show me what I was looking for, and made measurements and diagram based on the info I brought. They also had a great array of pricing depending on the type of materials and stone you are looking for. I liked three different options and Deanna was kind enough to provide cost estimates on each one. Had kitchen countertops and two bathroom countertops installed in one day, they look amazing!     We had three estimates for quartz counter tops, two with home improvement warehouses and one from Quality Granite and Cabinets. Evan Lally, from Quality Granite and Cabinets quickly put together a very affordable package with an install possible within two weeks. The box stores were 6-8 weeks out. We signed on with Evan and less than two weeks later on a Saturday two bathrooms were completed and the next Monday thru Wednesday the kitchen was completed all installs by Raymond and Lim. And what an amazing finished product. I strongly recommended using Quality Granite and Cabinets.The installers were very professional, cleaned up the work areas daily, cleaned counter tops for final acceptance. They showed up on time and worked non stop.

    My boyfriend and I stopped by to secure new kitchen countertops after visiting another granite shop. We instantly knew we would be purchasing from this shop instead. The customer service from every employee was superb. Deanna helped us determine the size to have our countertops cut, which was quite affordable. We found two perfect clearance slabs but one was slightly damaged, so they gave us an extra discount on that one. The prices here are amazing. No one was pushy just helpful with tips for our self install. Thanks so much! We will be back for our bathroom renovations. Cute shop dog as well.

    We were in search of an island countertop and stopped by on a whim. We came in and Deanna was so quick to help us. We made an appointment and when we came back we were in and out in under thirty minutes. Deanna is an absolute dream - she made the whole process incredibly easily and quick.     Bought a granite sink there. We noticed a odd size drain. Deanna said she would hold it till we found the right size. We got the right size and bought the sink.I cut my own granite but I messed up the polish on the top.I we back for advice from Deanna. She gave us some sealer to use and it solved my problems.Deanna really knows her stuff.Highly recommended

    We started to research cabinet and granite companies in March and after visiting the show room and spending time with Deanna we selected Quality Granite and Cabinets to do our work. Our job consisted of a full first floor remodel, full kitchen and two bathrooms were included. Deanna came out to our home to ensure everything was mapped out correctly, we had some interesting angles in our house and she took detailed notes to make sure the finish was just right. The installers took 4 days to complete the job and were very professional, Im very particular so to be impressed with the installation was a huge sigh of relief. We decided on quartz for our countertops just do to the fact we have a little one, we love how all of the seams ended up - the installers went out of their way to ensure they matched from a color perspective - even taking one piece away and replacing it with another because they didnt think it matched well enough. Overall we are very pleased with Quality Granite and Cabinets and would recommend you give them an opportunity to earn your business.

    Working with QGC, and specifically Deanna, has been amazing! She walked us through the kitchen remodel process from start to finish and made everything a breeze. Our kitchen is not square and has some abnormalities, so having Deanna’s help with design truly made all the difference. The crews were timely, the project was completed right on schedule, and the quality of the material and work was better than we imagined.     I drove by and noticed they had free wood out front, so I pulled in and asked inside if the cabinets that looked already torn out and that were near the free wood was also free.Deanna walked out with me and was able to confirm t that the file cabinet was free, and then helped me haul the heavy thing to my car. Since 2006 (started in the St Helens, OR warehouse), have not found a better place for my projects. Worth the drive.
