I just had an addition built onto my home, a dining room, because I needed a larger space to seat people for dinners, etc. It is absolutely beautiful in every way. I had used Alex Freddis company for a kitchen remodel 9 years ago, and a bathroom remodel 2 years ago. I didnt hesitate to call him again for the dining room project because his company has always worked wonderfully to transform these areas. From the moment we speak to Alex to initiate the project, to the time when it is completed, it has always been a great experience. We worked with Bob Locus, our project manager, who was dedicated, hard working, consistent, kind, skilled, and easy to work with. This company is great, and I wouldnt think of hiring anyone else. -

Alex Freddi Construction recently completed a bathroom remodel in our home. This process was complicated by the fact that the contractor that started the job was unable to complete the work for personal reasons after completing the demolition process. We were grateful that Alex Freddi’s group was willing and able to come in and finish the job. We are pleased with the work and results. We feel that we can recommend Alex Freddi Construction for your project.One strength of the company is that they use a number of on site managers. If you do choose this company, we would suggest that you get a reference for the specific project manager that will be responsible for your job. -

We have had two major projects with Alex Freddi. At our previous home, a “down to the studs” bathroom remodel. Seven years ago Alex Freddi converted our three bedroom split level into a duplex by adding a “granny flat”, into which we retired.Both projects were on time, on budget, and without conflict or surprise. Communication was prompt, professional, and collaborative. We sought multiple proposals for all work and costs were always in line.Also, we have contacted Freddi for a number of minor “handyman” projects like roof repair and window well replacement. When unable to do the work himself, Alex referred us to specialists (and vendors) who were hired and also performed flawlessly,Alex Freddi has earned our trust, loyalty, and highest recommendation. -

Alex Freddi was recommended to me by a friend as one of the best contractors in the Portland metro area. I called to make an appointment for an estimate and it was scheduled promptly. Alex arrived on time and carefully discussed the bathroom remodeling project with me, answered all my questions--and most impressively--provided a detailed estimate later that same day. Most contractors do not provide estimates anywhere near as fast. The emailed estimate contained a descriptive outline of the whole project, FAQs, a Consumer Protection Notice, a list of references, a list of suggested suppliers, and other useful documents. I was blown away by how quickly Alex was able to provide so much information about the project. He clearly stands out way above the competition. Alex is incredibly professional, thorough, and friendly. If you are looking for a top professional for your remodeling project, look no further than Alex Freddi. -

Ive worked with a lot of contractors over the years. Alex Freddi Construction is top notch. Their communication has been great, they are on time and pay attention to all the details, they mean what they say, and say what they mean, follow through and follow up. With other contractors weve had to call multiple times and remind them to provide their estimates or schedule the visits, but that is not the case with this team.Another positive is Alex has offered his expertise and experience to improve upon our ideas. Hes provided some alternative concepts that we never would have thought of on our own, which lead to a simpler installation, streamlined delivery of materials and less expensive project overall.Excellent company, excellent people, excellent project delivery. Alex and his team do a fantastic job. They remodeled two bathrooms, built a deck, and finished repair work after a water back up in the laundry room in my home. They keep their agreed upon dates and are always kind and courteous. They aim to please. My project manager Gary is a real blessing. Highly recommended!Recently Alex and team put in new LVT flooring for me. The work was done professionally and was completed in one day.
