Excellent company! I was having HVAC issues last Spring and was needing quick reliable service that was price efficient! I researched Heating and Cooling Companies in the area and Elite Heating & Refrigeration came up. I gave them a call and they sent a service man to my house that arrived within 30 minutes. He was very polite and got straight to work on the problem at hand and was finished within the hour! As he was finishing up the owner popped in and introduced himself and said “Thank you for trusting in Elite to get your issue fixed. We’re only a phone call away and will always provide prompt, excellent service!” He shook my hand and they took off to the next job.Excellent company! For any heating & cooling issues you may have, I highly recommend Elite!!! -

We had 3 estimates to replace heat pumps. Elite was the cheapest. They also were the only company to give 3 years labor warranty. They brought multiple crews in to get both our heat pumps installed in one day. They were extremely nice, helpful, quick and cleaned up everything before leaving! We highly recommend them!! -

A great and much appreciated service in cold snowy weather! RJ Smith (Roger Dale) answered the call and arrived 10 minutes later and brought the unit and worked all day long the very next day (miraculous in itself)! He was so polite and courteous, such a professional, hardworking, diligent young man. We highly recommend Elite Refrigeration and Air Conditioning! We definitely give him a five star rating! Josh and everyone at Elite we’re great! Very professional, knowledgeable and polite. They helped us out quickly when our AC crashed just as it got hot outside. The entire replacement of our old HVAC system was completed quickly and they left my garage and yard cleaner than when they arrived. -

The folks at Elite recently replaced the gas forced air furnace and cental air system at my mothers home. It was a cold, snowy day and Chris and Tex seemed genuinely concerned that my mother (whos in her 80s) remain comfortable during the switch out. The job was done in 1 day (including clean up and haul off of old unit). Jason also stopped by to check on progress and gage our satisfaction. Ive already recommended these folks to some of my friends and will use them in the future. -

I have an older heat pump that has required some maintenance. They have always provided fast appointments. When my heat was out on a snowy day they came that day and stayed until it was repaired.Its difficult to find a company to work on your heater as most just want to replace with a new one. They are filling a local need and doing an excellent job of it. They have been very kind, professional, and trustworthy.After being ripped off once by a guy with no credentials, I will definitely be staying with Elite. Give them a try. They offer lots of services. -

They are very affordable compared to quotes from other companies and were on site within 3 business days from the time they ordered the materials needed for my job!
