I am very impressed with John’s service and his prices. Our power was out in the living room, and he came and located the problem pretty directly. He got us fixed up in no time, and even explained what he was doing along the way. I learned a lot of things I never knew about electricity before! Lol He’s very knowledgeable.He was well-mannered, polite and professional, and just an all-around neighborly and friendly guy. And, as I said, his rates were extremely good. Outstanding service. Our power was taken out by a tree. Several other contractors hung us out to dry for potentially weeks. North Point was there within hours restoring our power. John was professional, efficient, and had the expertise to know exactly what was needed in our emergency situation. Thank You North Point!

My house lost power, half the house had power the other half was flickering, we called this man late at night, IN THE MIDDLE OF A SNOW STORM, and he came right out. A 45 minute drive from home to my place. Fixed us right up!! Great guy, great prices and AMAZING service!! Id HIGHLY recommend calling him for any of your electrical needs!!
