    Mr. Washington is awesome! Very responsive, punctual, and reasonable. He was able to find the cause of a near-complete backup in my septic tank, and he even removed a small tree that, if left to continue growing, had the potential to let its roots do real damage to the septic system and possibly even my home’s foundation. His prices are reasonable, and he is very good about answering the phone when the “usual competitors” were closed. And he’s a super nice guy. Give him a chance — you won’t regret it! :-)

    I highly recommend James Washington for all of your sewer and septic tank installation and repair needs! I called James very early on a weekend, and he was at my house within two hours of receiving my call. He quickly diagnosed my problem and fixed my septic system in under two hours; a fantastic professional, very reasonable rates, and a gentleman!

    I wish I could leave 10 Stars. I had a first time septic backup on a Sunday Morning. I called and he was at my home in less than an hour. After an inspection it was determined the tank needed to be pumped. He returned quickly with the pump truck and the job was professionally completed. The price was extremely fair, and the service was stellar. He is an old school Beaufort business owner and I like that. Washington will always have my business !!!

    Mr. Washingtons 35 years in the business certainly qualifies him to do the work, but more than that, you should call him for the following reasons: He came out the day I called. He was patient and explained what he was doing as I bombarded him with my questions about how the system worked. His price was fair for the work that he did on our system that is 21 years old and had never been serviced! I know better now how to best care for our system. He is not only an excellent service provider but a good, kind man who I trust. We will use him again in the future!

    I called Mr. Washington Friday morning to empty our full and overflowing septic tank. He already had a full day but fit us in anyway Friday afternoon. He had two crews and they were friendly, quick and professional. I would highly recommend this team. We will be using them again to repair our system as it has root overgrowth.

    We had a real emergency in our home when the septic tank overflowed and caused showers and toilets to back up. Our home was just three years old. I made several calls and no one could come until the next day. When I contacted Washington Septic and spoke with Mr. James Washington, he told me that he would be at our house in 30 minutes, and he was. He and his co-worker were very professional and courteous. His price was fair. Thank you, Washington Septic! You will be our go to person for all future septic needs.

    We had a huge issue with our septic system at our company with 30 people not having access to facilities. We were running to a nearby gas station. One company I called said it would be two days before they could come out. James came in an hour. He was quick, knowledgeable, professional and got us up and running again in no time. I recommend him to anyone commercial or residential.

    Outstanding! Highly recommend. Very prompt. Showed up exactly when he said he would. Put in 200 ft of drain field, replacing a failed system in 3.5 hours!!! Professionally graded. Not one rock left on the driveway from fill gravel.

    We had a leak on our old cast iron drainpipes and even though other plumbers were backed up for days or weeks Mr. Washington showed up right away - at about 4:30 in the afternoon. I expected him to just look at it and figure out what he needs then return the next day or when he has time, it seemed late to me to start. Cast iron is no joke to cut. He had already been working all day long on other jobs, I was sure he wanted to get home, shower and eat dinner. I said, you sure you going to be able to cut through that iron pipe and get it fixed so late? He smiled and said You dont know me, do you?He showed right back up with all the materials he needed and fixed everything (even cleaning out the very badly clogged old pipe) in only about 2 1/2 hours. He explained exactly how he was going to fix it, showing me each piece and how they will go together. He knows what he is talking about, and will not stop until the work is all done. Wasnt even near dark and the job was finished.Replaced the old iron pipe from 1963 with brand new PVC. No more clogs, leaks, and gurgling! This man knows what he is doing, knows exactly how to fix what he is looking at, and works very hard and fast. I cant say enough good about Mr. Washington, he was a Godsend. Very kind, trustworthy, hard working man and his decades of experience shows. If I ever have a plumbing problem again Im calling him first. Highly recommend!

    I cannot say enough good things about Washington Septic! Im new here and have never had a septic system before. I called James and explained the issues I was having and he came by 30 minutes later. He then came the next day in which we discovered the top to my septic tank was broken into pieces and had not been cleaned in years. He came back with a backhoe and a new top. After replacing that, he discovered that the pipe from the house to the tank was broken and clogged so he replaced and unclogged that too! I wish everyone I called for service was as knowledable and customer centric as James! The world would be a much better place!
