When I need a plumber, Lighthouse Plumbing is my go to. I have been using them consistently since last year. They were able to take care of a leak problem that another plumbing company kept missing. The plumbing techs are timely, professional, courteous, and know what they are doing. The response time is fast when I leave a message and their customer service is friendly and helpful on the phone. They have been helping my son and I with a variety of plumbing work needed at his property and I began using them for my own property as well. -

I had GREAT Service I had 2 different leaks at 2 different homes and they came and found them and fixed with in a few hours. I will now only use them for my repairs. The Customer Service is also a Plus very nice and polite and explained everything. -

Excellent and professional service. We were in dire need of plumbing services after our main sewer line clogged. Lighthouse Plumbing came out the same day we contacted them. They were very thorough in fixing the problem and making sure everything worked throughout the house before leaving. It is not common to get this level of service anymore. I highly recommend Lighthouse Plumbing and am very appreciative of their help. -

After having several people not return my call, I decided to try Lighthouse. They actually answered my phone call!! (everyone one else I had to leave a message) They were able to send someone out that day to assess the situation, they spoke to the manufacturer of my on demand hot water heater to diagnose the problem. (sometimes it worked, sometimes not) Had to order special parts and repaired it as soon as they came in.I am beyond pleased with them!! They are DEFINITELY my go to plumbers from now on. -

I had a broken pipe in my yard by the water meter and the water wouldn’t stop running until I got it turned off at the meter. Once I did I called 4 plumbers. They returned my call very quickly and told me they could come out that afternoon. They called when they went and said that I did not have to leave work, they would take care of it, and send me the bill. I was pleasantly surprised by this excellent service. I will use them again for any plumbing needs I have. I talked with three other plumbers but none would fit me in that day even though I did not have any water. I am very grateful for Lighthouse Plumbing. -

Lighthouse plumbing is the ONLY place I will call for our plumbing needs! The office staff is friendly and courteous and quickly got someone out to give us a quote. We needed to replace old plumbing from the original build in order to sell our home. Josh got it all done in 2 days and we were able to close on time because of his efficiency and hard work! Very professional, ON TIME, and gave us a great price when others would have easily taken advantage of our situation (needing it done quickly). Best plumbing company in Beaufort! -

Needed a faucet replaced. Did a great job. On time. Wore masks. Very courteous and professional. A few weeks later, had a leak. They were able to fit me in due to urgency. Resolved issue quickly. All services very reasonably priced. -

I bought a new appliance package from Lowe’s. Lowe’s was to install the range/oven, another company was to install the over the range microwave, and Lighthouse was to install the dishwasher. Only the dishwasher arrived on time. Lowe’s screwed up everything else, and I would hesitate to get Lowe’s to set up anything again.Josh showed on time with everything he needed to do the job in less than an hour. I’ve used this company for a water heater and a water leak since then. Always on time, always professional. Highly recommended. -

I have used Lighthouse many times and they are nothing but professional and super responsive. I can call and get an appt almost immediately. They do a great job and highly recommend them. When its an emergency they are there within hours. Wish I had hired them to do my addition work. Things would have gone a lot smoother I think. -

My water heater wasnt working. Lighthouse Plumbing sent over a guy that couldnt figure out the issue, so the owner came to my condo after hours and fixed the issue. VERY professional and friendly. I would highly recommend LIghthouse Plumbing. -

If you’re looking for a stranger to come to your house, fix your problem and leave. This company is not for you. If you’re looking for a friend you can trust who really cares to make sure they help you in every way possible, then these are your people. Josh and his team are super friendly and are the only people who I’d call for any plumbing. And in an emergency they TOTALLY have your back. -

My hot water tank was leaking through the ceiling, so I called a couple of plumbers. It was almost 5 PM, but Lighthouse came out within 15 minutes, assessed the situation, and stopped the leak. Josh even went to get his wet vac, and did a really thorough job drying the hardwood floors.A team came out the next morning and replaced the hot water tank. They made the whole experience so calm/easy after I was in a complete panic! And the charge was really reasonable! Thank you! -
