    South Shore roofing was very fast, fluent and ,professional with their work. Within the first call, they came in the next week to come do an evaluation on your roof. They are very flexible with their work terms. They were very compliant with our roofing needs and were able to get us in their schedule very soon. The roof done within the day. Throughout the day, Kyle sent me pictures and updates, which were very helpful. In all their communication is amazing.

    South Shore Roofing is the complete package of top shelf service and delivery of product (my new roof). They kept me completely informed throughout the entire process.     5 star company . From initial contact, we found great timely communication. They were very professional and friendly. The roofers were great in protecting the area with large wall and ground coverings to catch any nails and roofing material. From the owner of the company and crew we observed their dedication to doing a great roof decking and shingle replacement job.     We needed a new roof, so I took to the internet. My first two choices immediately directed me to my insurance company, which told me to take a hike. I found South Shore Roofing and no reference to insurance. I met with some very pleasant people who inspected the existing roof and gave me a quote so low that I had trouble believing it. We collaborated to get an approval from my community association. South Shore modified its schedule to have our new roof installed while we were on vacation. Nice! The new roof is beautiful and South Shore teamed with another firm to install new guttering. We are very satisfied. Must have been my lucky day!

    I cant rave enough about South Shore Roofing Company. They were referred to me by another customer who had a grand experience with their work. My praise will start with Luke Patrick our sales contractor, he walked us through the roofing process from start to finish. Luke was always availableto answer any questions and any concerns we had either by phone of text. Our last great experiencewe had was with Brett Dean the operations director to finish up with our billing and roof warranty.The staff was highly professional and attentive to our roofing needs I would highly recommend South Shore Roofing and their team tell Luke Kinda sent you!

    We recently had our roof replaced by South Shore Roofing. Truly everyone we worked with throughout the experience was excellent. After getting multiple quotes, South Shore was the best quote, especially considering all that they included (replacing all flashing, replacing the chimney chase cover, detailed cleanup with magnets, etc.) The project managers, office managers, and crew were all very professional, honest, and diligent in communication. They were patient with us as scheduling was a bit difficult due to some other work we were having done and the changes in weather.During the work, it was clear quality and safety were a priority! Tarps were used to protect our landscaping; paths were made for us to go in and out of the house safely; and magnets were used to find nails afterwards in order for children and pets to play safely outside. We greatly appreciated the quality control during the entire process. The crew was punctual and diligent. We received great communication, including pictures of the progress throughout the replacement process.We were given multiple options for shingle color, and it looks excellent!Also, they came and inspected the roof after completion and after a hail storm and found there was no damage.It is our pleasure to recommend South Shore for any roofing needs!

    South Shore did a great job on our roof project! We had several companies come out to get an estimate and South Shore was the only one to thoroughly inspect the roof up close as well as the attic. As far as completing the project, their team was able to complete almost the entire project in one day, only coming back for a few hours the second day to finish up a few small things and do some extra clean up. Would definitely recommend them!

    What an amazing and hard working outfit. I am seriously impressed and amazed on how fast and hard they worked to get the job done.     One of my best Contractor experiences. After trying for ONE YEAR to have renovations to my home, I kept getting delays, excuses, and mostly non-responsive responses. However, one of the things that needed to be addressed immediately was my leaky (and very old roof). After frustrating delays, I widened my search for a different Roofing Company and landed upon South Shore Roofing. I was very impressed with their reviews (which I didnt really believe, given the delays I had experienced). Well, was I surprised! They made an immediate appointment. Their bid came in less expensive by thousands of dollars, and their communication was excellent. Not only that, but the young Gentleman who gave me my quote was extremely professional and knowledgeable. In this busy industry, they are truly one of a kind!

    I am new to the area and our roof kept having shingles torn off with every storm. I took to Google to find a roof contractor for repairs. South Shore was the ONLY company that called me back. They were fast friendly right out the gate. They sent Luke out to look at our damages, he suggested a roof replacement based on the extent of the damages. He filed the claim with our insurance and everything! He sat and had coffee with us, it felt like a long time friend was over. The communication and follow through from everyone on staff was absolutely amazing! They honestly made us feel like we were a priority. I know how busy they really were, but we never felt it. It means so much to have such a helpful caring company on your side through an insurance claim. I highly recommend them for any roofing needs!

    South Shore was great. Quick & responsive from start to finish. We had a roof leak as a result of some previous hail damage. Luke & Sabrina worked quickly to have our insurance adjuster check it (actually that very same day). The adjuster approved the repair and South Shore took over from there. It was flawless. Brett and Kyle finished up all the paperwork with ease. Definitely recommend South Shore Roofing!

    Called right when the leak happened, spoke to Brett who was super helpful. He was able to have Kyle meet us the next day. Kyle thoroughly walked us through his investigation (photos and all) of our roof, was very informative of our options, and upfront about timelines which was 2-4 weeks. *This was during supply chain issues, so it took time to secure supplies, transport, and installation.*Kyle coordinated with us and our property manager, maintained communication, sent live updates, and finished exactly when he said it would.Friendly, honest, and I highly recommend South Shore.

    Working with South Shore Roofing was a great experience for me. They were on time to inspect the roof, marked and took pictures to show me where the damage was and put a temporary patch on the major damage until the roof could be installed. I believe Luke was the rep that came out initially and even came back a second time to explain the roofing process and the materials that would be used before I secured the contract. Then I was assigned Brent as the project manager, who was awesome, phone calls were plentiful to schedule a date to get the work done due to rain. He was on site to ensure the work was being done. He took a bunch of pictures showing before, during and after of the roof and forward those to me as well. He had me check out the roof and the minor things I found he corrected immediately. Even when Brent when on vacation he had a fill in to continue to follow up with me while he was gone. The team that did the work was great, friendly, superfast and very efficient. If I had not been here when they did the work, I would have not known they where here (except the new roof). All the debris to include all the nails were picked up, raked and looking better than I had my yard. This is a great company from beginnning to end, the customer service was outstanding.     Great customer service. Very good price and upgrade options for the best roof that we needed plus the fact that our sales consultant took the time to explain to us every option on their brochure and discussed with us what would better fit us not only with our needs but with our price too. He was not interested in selling everything or the most expensive options.. he was interested in working together with us on getting the best roof for us. This is what made us trust on the company from the first talking and forward! We are really happy with the final result and we will definitely be doing business with them again!

    Having spent my entire work life in the service business, the most difficult part of this review is where to start. The two words that first come to mind are Professionalism and Quality. Right from the very start I knew I had chosen the right company by my calls with Jake Capizzi our sales consultant. I thought I was detail oriented, this guy makes me look like a beginner. He explained every step of the roofing process from start to finish; and he did a hands on explanation of every part and product that would be used in the process.Then I got the joy of working with Michael Miller, our Project Manager. I got my first call from Michael, he starts off by introducing himself, and then walked me through every step of the new roofing process explaining the scheduling of material and dumpster delivery; right to the very end of yard clean up.Folks, I didnt need to ask any questions, they all got answered before the project even got started. Two more words that this company knows well are Follow Up. Im not talking just getting a call at the end of the job, Im talking follow up on every step of the process and every call that was made.Have no doubts, when you use South Shore Roofing for your project, you will be 100% happy, Period.Kudos to Jake and Michael, Ive got to say it again...     All around great company to work with. Very professional and good quality work. They also custom fabricated an aluminum chimney cap that looks great compared to the rusty steel one that was on there. On top of that they had the best rates including replacement of skylights and solar tubes.

He showed me the pictures that he took during my inspection and DID NOT push or hurry me in anyway. Class act gentleman. He turned over the project to Michael Miller and still in great hands. Keep me abreast of everything, from materials arriving to dumpster leaving. The crew was very very quick and efficient. Hard working crew that Juan (I believe that was his name) had did a outstanding job. I may have found 2 or 3 nails from the roof, which in my books is Top of the Line. The owner of the company did the QA portion and made sure there were no loose ends. Kyle you have a outstanding company. From top to bottom.     Michael was amazingly thorough cleaning our roof making it look new again! He even cleaned the back deck, front porch, and various other algae covered items. Did a superb job!! Cannot recommend his services enough to my friends and family. This is the company to use if your roof is looking old, and needs some extra life. So many roofing companies tell you to get a new $15K roof. One company was honest with us and told us it was just covered in algae. Michael took one look and agreed he could make it look great again. He was right! Wow, we saved soooo much money. Very thankful for honest men and hard workers!
