    From the time I called JCM Home Services till the completion, it was a great experience.I had an old set of 8 ft fluorescent lights in my garage. I wanted to install new LED fixtures. I called JCM, and they sent Jack out for a quote the next day.Nick sent out my invoice on Monday and Wednesday. Jack and Mike came out and did the work.     I had a Casablanca ceiling fan taken apart to have a receiver, installed the proper way. The tech that came was awesome. He was done within 45 minutes. I would use this company again. They continued to contact me and update me on everything. It was easy and no waiting days on end for someone to get back to me or to set up an appointment. They did an awesome job. The remote control also had to be reprogrammed because it was working both fans in two separate rooms. The check was able to do that in less than five minutes he was just great.

    It’s been a great experience working with JCM. They have been very responsive, and have shown care and consideration throughout their service. Their pricing was also straight forward and transparent which I appreciated since it can be stressful having a random bill come up. Mike looked over the entire house and explained the issues and solutions, it led to me understanding more about my house than I knew which was helpful. Overall fantastic experience, I will definitely be contacting them again for any future issues.

    JCM group did a great job working with us to develop a secure fix for our electrical work for the pool. They were flexible on scheduling, but keep in mind sometimes you may have to plan a couple weeks out to get the work done so if it is an urgent job plan accordingly. Their team worked with us to resolve the issue and keep the cost reasonable. The only item I noticed was that they have a minimum on work of 4 hours which could be more flexible especially when you have a quick job. I would recommend working with them otherwise for other electrical work.

    I live in Virginia and own a house in NJ that I was selling. The house needed some electrical work so the sale could go through. I called JCM Home Services late on a Friday afternoon. I was amazed but the work was scheduled for Monday morning.I don’t know what software they use but I was constantly getting updates on what was going on with the project. The work was completed and I was able to view the details of the work and pay online. So simple! Great experience.

    There are not enough stars for this team. We just bought our house and wanted to get a lot of work done. I was told about JCM from my realtor, I called and had a consultation set up. Mark showed up on time, was friendly and knew what he was talking about we felt confident in hiring JCM to do our work and believe me we were not disappointed. We had flooring installed, our loft closed in to make a bedroom, lighting installed, French doors installed, and painting. They even fixed two of our toilets. They were on time, and I was even notified when they were on their way. They cleaned up before they left, I was never left with a messy house. Thank you Mark and everyone at JCM for a job well done.

    Just as I remember, have used JCM in the past and they are pros. From phone calls to reminders to showing up on time as scheduled! Electrician was knowledgeable and informative. The cost was reasonable and in the end I felt as though I was important as a customer but treated like a neighbor .     Not just a Contractor, but a Partner: Recently, my wife and I began a very complex construction project on our home. To say there were “allot of moving parts” would be an understatement- we even needed the use of a huge crane. In the end our project was a huge success - the reason JCM! Always positive and open to challenge. We simply could not have done it without them. No way! They were patiently there with us throughout, from the tiniest details to the biggest. Not only was the workmanship of the highest quality, but there on site and home office Project Managers were always friendly, courteous, communicative and able to ease our anxiety by explaining each step and what was next. Always on time and responsive. We all hear about contractor horror stories - not the case here. This was a joy. Highly recommend JCM.

    JCM did a great job at a reasonable price. They answer the phone, which is important, rather than having to leave a message on an answering machine. They were able to schedule my repair job within 48 hours of my first call and we’re able to come within 24 hours after another job finished early. They were able to diagnose the problem, which was not easy. And the work was professional, neat, and effective.

    We stumbled upon JCM home due to an extremely disappointing experience with another company when our central AC broke in the beginning of the summer. JCM thankfully was quick to respond and made an appointment for us the same week we called! The whole process of them coming for the estimate, ordering supplies and installing the central air components took 2 weeks! It was such a breath of fresh air to work with them, will definitely be using them in the future for all of our needs.

    My air condition stop working Sunday late last night, I couldnt find anything for service. The few companies I did found wanted me to pay an upfront fee before they would come out.     I had a problem with my electric outlet and called on a Sunday evening. Dave answered the phone and actually went to the house and was able to make the outlet safe. Dave then explained that my electric panel didn’t trip and that the wiring was burned inside the outlet, which was very dangerous.Dave was very knowledgeable and said that they would contact me tomorrow to perform a total house electric safety check and replace all the other outlets.I needed a new electric panel and Dave and his team were able to get me an emergency permit from the township and complete the job in 2 days. They called me to say the permit was ready and set up an appointment for an inspector to come out.I cannot thank Dave and his team enough for their honest, quick, knowledgeable, professional service. JCM Home Services were in constant contact, via email, text, and phone. I highly recommend them. You will not be disappointed!

    Hey JCM is a very honorable, dependable, thorough and professional company. I could not recommend any other company in the state of New Jersey. JCM responded to an emergency situation within less than 24 hours. JCM was contacted after 9 PM last night asking for service call to our home in Lavallette New Jersey. They arrived to our home by 7 AM this morning the next day. They were able to diagnose a problem that two other companies could not, nor could NJNG service our home despite paying an NJNG gas service contract. JCM home services went to the warehouse to purchase the parts needed to repair our electrical system. Within two hours of their arrival everything was fixed and the heat was running perfectly. JCM documented all of their work, throughly capturing every single step of the process that they remedied in our home. JCM also made crucial recommendations to upgrade our homes’ electric system within the next couple of months. It is unbelievable how attentive, responsive, and hard-working, with profound perfection and expertise,a company can be. It is hard to find companies nowadays who truly take pride in their work and their resilience to help people in all needs in all facets of their home.     October 2024 - JCM checked an electrical issue i was experiencing with lights in my guest bedroom. Mike did a thorough inspection of all wiring for wall switches and ceiling light/fan. Results: discovered arcing was occurring in touch on/off lamps. Guess Ill buy better quality lamps in the future.Also, NEST Hello Doorbell installed in 2019 was only working intermittently. Mike checked out all connections and discovered the doorbell was no longer working properly due to normal use throughout the years. I purchased a replacement doorbell and Mike returned to install it with no extra charge from the initial service call.Communications from JCM regarding scheduling and service calls was excellent. Mike arrived within the scheduled time for both days. Mike is an excellent representative of JCM, friendly, respectful, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend JCM services.

    This was the second time I used JCM for electrical work on my summer home. The first time they went above and beyond to help me get my electric reconnected after our Hurricane Sandy rebuild. This time they came out to check an electrical concern I had with our AC circut breaker. They confirmed everything was safe with my electrical box and no additionalwork was required. Its an old box and would have been easy to for them to convince me to replace it, but they are honest. In addition, our association has very strict rules about parking and speed on the street. They were very considerate and followed the association rules. I will be calling to have them replace my old hot water heater in the fall. I highly recomend JCM Home Service.

    We recently bought a home that needed a full overhaul on the HVAC, AC and water heater. We couldn’t afford this out of pocket, so had to find a local company that would work with the Save Green program. JCM was listed on the Save Green website. They made the process so easy and even though there were some installation hiccups they solved the problems very quickly and moved everything along expediently. Brian and Dimitri were so friendly and professional. They patiently took the time to explain details about the installation and answered all of our questions expertly. It was such a great experience that we just used JCM for installing some ceiling fans, which was also smooth, quick and easy. Jack and Mike are also super professional and friendly. They cleaned everything up after the installation. JCM has been such a great company to get work done from that we’re probably going to have them do even more work for us! It’s so nice and convenient also that they are a “one stop shop” where they have HVAC, plumbing, electrical, handyman, etc. It feels good to know there is a local company out there that is trustworthy, does great work and is fairly priced if we ever need any work done in or on our home. You cant ask for more.I also had Indoor painting, spackling and corner tape repair.Its truly A to Z service! Always on-time, responsive and quality work at reasonable pricing. Ive had dozens of other jobs, some large (rebuilding outdoor shower stalls, 2 A/C Compressors and a complete home rewiring post hurricane Sandy) to simple Thermostat installations. Always done right.     I had a dead short on a circuit (that in an older house seemed to have everything on that circuit). Put in a service request Sunday night online and by 8:45am I had a callback and setup the service call for that same day. Electrician came out, asked what the issue was, and dove right into diagnosing and fixing it. Electrician busted his butt tracing wires throughout the room, into the next room, as well as the attic and crawlspace and laundry room (again, the previous owners tapped into everything). In the end, it was all figured out and back up and running. Some dead-end switches were removed and an old Madison Box which appeared to be the culprit were taken out. So thankful for JCM Home Services. Spent a good portion of my Sunday trying to solve this and watching a professional work as hard as he did on this made me feel less useless.

I called JCM at 2pm and spoke with Nick who was incredibly accommodating and assisted me in completing the information intake via phone as he sensed I was driving and unable to access the documents at the time. I was able to have a technician come same day, in 2 hours. I immediately revived a email and text confirmation and I receive another text when someone was on their way. Paul came to my home and provided honest, fair solutions to the issues in the house. He was courteous and kindly cleaned up the tiny mess from the debris of changing fixtures.
