Lake House Bath and Tile completed a basement bathroom and bedroom for me. I have wanted this to happen for quite some time. I reviewed many possible companies; however, settled on Lake House Bath and Tile because I was able to see their work and simply fell in love with it. Inasmuch, I was able to watch the process at my house from beginning and now to the end. I was able to have great conversations with their people that do the work and was amazed with their experience and skills. My bedroom and bathroom are my dream come true. Every time I go into my basement and look at this finished product, I fall more and more in love with it. If you are interested in such a project, I would highly recommend Lake House Bath and Tile. They are extremely professional, and the end result speaks volumes.

We couldn’t be happier with Matt and his entire crew for all the work on our house. We did backsplash behind the coffee bar, around our fireplace and a list of miscellaneous items that we put off far too long; from windows to flooring to electrical and they coordinated with a number of vendors. Not only are they great at their craft (thorough and meticulous) they were professional and courteous. We were super impressed by the clean up at the end of each day. I know that sounds simple, but when your house is torn up and you’re still living in it, it was nice to come home to a clean place. I would recommend Lake House to anyone, and we will definitely use them for all our future needs!!

Matt, Stacy and the Lake House Bath and Tile team did a phenomenal job with our kitchen and family room updates. The tile floor, backsplash and fireplace surround are absolutely perfect. They take pride in their craft. The crews showed up on time every day, were professional, efficient and adapted when they were thrown a curve ball. The only cost increases were for extras we requested. When Matt had someone come in to do custom woodwork, painting and hardwood floor refinishing they were on time and also did amazing high quality work. We’ll hire them for our next project!

Finding a contracting team that cares about your project, takes pride in attention to detail, has experience, integrity and professionalism can be a leap of faith but this team delivered. Our kitchen literally looks like new after their tiling work! What stood out for me was the excellent communication which made a massive difference to my busy schedule. Lake House Bath and Tile Co did an substantial renovation for us. Complete remodel of two bathrooms (down to the studs), tiling parts of the back entry and kitchen, re-tiling the fireplace and replacing two story high load bearing column in the front of the house.We love the results and even more importantly, we have found the contractor that we will work with going forward. No more getting multiple estimates. I completely agree with another reviewer that said to just go with Lake House Bath and Tile.Matt and Stacy make a perfect team. Stacy does all the scheduling, ordering, financials and most importantly communication. I always knew exactly what work is being done when and whenever I would email Stacy, I would have an answer within an hour. Everything went according to plan and a few bumps on the road were easily managed.Matt is a master craftsman and his team (Jason, Jason, Rick and Uncle Johnny) are as well. Attention to the detail is amazing. Perfection is the baseline for Matt. You won’t be chasing down “ where is the contractor” with this crew! Stacy was lead on communication and she knows how to stay ahead of the customer on satisfying you. Are you looking for the best? The Cadillac of remodeling for the price of a Chevy as they say? Look no further…We have worked Matt Rodriguez on two projects, he is a consummate professional. I have work in construction for 15 years. In a completely different segment, exterior home remodeling. Matt and his team portray everything we strive to be in our business. He is knowledgable, a great communicator, easy to work with, trustworthy, superior craftsmanship/final product, the list goes on and on!If you have a project and are tired of contractors that do not fulfill their commitments. This is the company and crew you want in your home. They may not be the cheapest guys in town, but they are worth every penny! After all who can afford to not have the best possible experience and final product?We loved our home before, after Matt and his team were done, we are blown away with our enhanced beauty and overall livability.Everyone says to get three estimates, in my opinion. Thanks to Lake House Bath and Tile Co we now have 2 beautifully remodeled bathrooms and a gorgeous tiled fireplace. They are responsive to inquiries, quick to address questions/small issues and most importantly do quality work. They are busy so our project took longer than expected, however we are pleased with the end results.
