    Mike offered a fair price for our built-ins in the library and family room. We showed him a picture of what we wanted and he not only built it to perfection but went beyond our expectations. The level of detail and perfection was appreciated because we are people to notice the smallest of imperfections. We have already asked Mike to help with other projects and will use MPD Carpentry henceforth. It is hard to find honest and fair workmanship these days. Mike is both, and does not hesitate taking on both smaller and bigger projects.

    Highly Recommend MPD Carpentry for Renovation Work!I recently had the pleasure of working with Mike at MPD Carpentry on a major renovation project for my second floor, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the results. The team took down walls, added attic access, electrical, plumbing, and heating, and finished everything off with a fresh coat of paint. From start to finish, the quality of their work was top-notch.What stood out most was their professionalism and attention to detail. They kept the work area clean and organized throughout the entire process, and it was clear they genuinely cared about the quality of their work.     I can not say enough good things about Mike @ MPD Carpentry. He converted my disgusting garage into a beautiful pool house. He was prompt with an estimate as well as the time to complete the job, and it was a big job. Mike took my vision to the next level. He was professional, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with.     We purchased the house a few years ago and weve had Mike do many projects here. Since the first project, it was very clear that Mike treats our home like his. The precision, the care and cleanliness, the details, the timing...every bit of it is important to him. Hes built custom closets, a feature wall, painted, flooring, tiling, the list goes on. Currently, hes renovating our main floor bathroom and guest room. He partners with you to understand what you need and then works to exceed your expectations. We gave him an image of a feature wall for the guest room. He gave us an idea of how it would come out and some suggestions to improve on the idea and then knocked it out of the park! Anytime we have a project, Mike is our first call/text to help transform our home to become what we really want!

    Would highly recommend!! Mike, the owner, made everything easy for us from start to finish. When we couldn’t make a decision on finishing touches he was very helpful & knowledgable with plenty of suggestions. His crew of guys were very professional, informative & always left the job site clean each day, since we have small children this was a huge plus! We definitely will be using MPD for all our future projects, the quality of craftsmanship that was delivered is hard to come by nowadays!

    Mike did custom built ins around my fireplace. He listened and collaborated with me to get exactly what I envisioned and it came out even better than I had hoped. With my now hideaway desk I no longer have to look at my computer monitors in the middle of my living room and I have a ton of much needed storage.He was a pleasure to work with and can’t wait for our next project together.

    We hired Mike to convert out bluestone patio with a fabric gazebo top to an enclosed Gazebo for year round enjoyment. To say that Mike far exceeded our expections is an understatement. On time every morning to start, totally cleaned up after each day like he wasnt there, created a gazebo better than what we even envisioned. We had friends over the other night and they were so impressed with the work Mike did. If you want a great job done, by a person you can trust, Mike is your guy. Highly recommend

    Over the years my family and I have used MPD Carpentry for multiple projects on our home including completely demoing and remodeling our bathrooms, installing new flooring, our fireplace, and painting and installing crown modeling. The work is beautifully done and immaculate. At this point, there is no other company I would use for projects on my home, because I know that not only will the job be completed in a timely fashion but that Mike and his company are extremely professional, kind, and will treat my home like it is their own. Each day after the work is completed, the crew cleans up behind themselves so that your life and family are never impacted by the construction.This is something that has become so important to us, especially as we now have pets and children. I highly recommend MPD Carpentry for any job you might be looking to do on your home!

    Mike has been doing work for me for over ten years, and after this last job I started tallying up all that he has done. My first experience with him was when a tree hit my home, and he did all the work inside and out. There was one small spot of exterior trim that had to be painted. I came home and said what you painted all the trim?... He said no, I matched the paint. He did it by eye and it was PERFECT. Pretty much from there on in, everything I do, I just say this is what I want, you tell me what YOU think. I have yet to be disappointed!

    We used Mike and his team to remodel 2 bathrooms after a leak. I cant say enough nice things about them. They were professional, responsive, and their communication was great! Our new bathrooms look amazing and we sleep well knowing that the quality of work was top-notch! On top of it all, they cleaned (Im talking full dusting and vacuuming) at the end of each day to make sure there was no residual mess left behind. Weve asked them to come back in the spring to tackle some additional projects for us. Looking forward to working with them again!

    I recently got my bathroom completely gutted and renovated from Mike at MPD Carpentry. Mike was very professional and honest from the beginning when he came to do the estimate. He took his time to measure and explain the entire process and my different options. I got a few quotes from other companies and Mike’s was very fair compared to the others. Once they started work on my bathroom, it took a total of 6 days to compete. I am very very happy with how it all came out! Every time someone walks into bathroom they compliment how great it looks! I will be using Mike for any future projects I need done!
