We developed a drip coming from our shower that rapidly went to a trickle and then to the point of running warm water without being able to turn it off without turning off water to the entire house. When most big business couldn’t help me for about a week out and didn’t seem to care….. Don answered my call at 8:30pm on a Friday night. He was out to evaluate the situation the next morning by 10am. After diagnosing the issue and helping us temporarily get the water off for us he assured me we could repair it Monday am to ensure we were able to get necessary parts. As promised Don arrived and fixed the shower situation amazingly well. This could have been a huge water issue and Don knew how worried I was about it and made sure things were taken care. Don was kind, understanding, and personable every time I spoke to him whether it was on the phone or in person. Not only was he extremely efficient and professional but he was very reasonably priced. I will DEFINITELY be using Don for all my future plumbing and sewer needs and will continue to tell others how amazing his service is. I definitely recommend giving Don at Alert Sewer a try. He is simply the best. He’s very experienced and it definitely shows. Thanks Don!

I called at 5:00 pm on a Saturday night and he was able to come within 30 minutes. Identified the problem and fixed the problem in 30 minutes. (It also cost a lot less than I was expecting!)

Woke up in the morning to no hot water at all, so I went in then basement to check on the hot heater and discovered 4 inches of water in the basement. I knew this had happened a very long time ago and that it was due to the drain traps being clogged up. I called multiple different sewer services in the area who claimed to have 24 hour rapid response. Nobody wanted to work on a Saturday and all said they could be there the following week. However There was no way I could wait that long with going out of town for a duration of time. Finally I got ahold of Don at Alert Sewer and he said he would be right over. Don showed up in less than 20 minutes and didn’t waste any time getting straight to work. He was honest right from the start and said he wasn’t sure if he could fix the traps but that he would give it his best shot. Don had no problem with me watching what he was doing and sure enough he had the drains working in less than an hour. His service fee was very reasonable, and he is quite the character with cracking jokes making you roll around laughing. I 100% recommend Don to anyone having sewer/plumbing problems. I will always go back to Alert if I have any more related problems which I don’t see happening anytime soon in the mere future. This guy is a one man band who can do it all. My drains were all backing up. I called late in the evening and he was here is less than 30 minutes. He got my drains flowing quickly and for less than the other places I called. He discussed the issue I was having with roots and gave advice on how to prent future issues. Very helpful.

I have used Alert sewer a few times and every time I have a great experience. Don is a very nice guy. Every time I call, always with an immediate need, he is at my house the same day. He always does more work then originally thought, and his prices are affordable and cheaper then any other sewer company I have used or called. He always has a smile and an easy going manner about him. And he is great with my little hyper dog! I would recommend him to anyone.

I had everything backing up in my master bathroom, and was hoping that it could be fixed that day. Don was awesome, he got it done in 2 hours. He even found my septic tank when the other plumber I called took 3 hours to come up with no solution. Don is awesome!!

We moved and ran into some plumbing issues and called a number of plumbers on a Friday afternoon about a sewer pipe leaking in The basement. The best all the other companies could do was “sometime next week”. Don came out that night and fixed the issue. He even came out the next day again when we realized the sewer line to the road was also clogged. He did all this for a very reasonable fee. He may not be the best on the phone but he certainly knows what he’s doing and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

Of all the plumbers I called, he was the only one that was willing to discuss and troubleshoot my issue over the phone. He gave me some ideas to try on my own, and I was able to fix the problem myself! He didnt charge me anything for his advice, so Im paying him with a 5 🌟 review! I will definitely recommend to anyone I know in need of a plumber!
