We had a critical electrical issue at our home. Called several electricians, and Jim’s was the only one where a human being answered the phone. I quickly got on their schedule. Steve came out and figured out the problem in no time. He dug up the underground wiring on the hottest day of the year, and fixed the problem fast!

So impressed!! I only needed a GFI replaced but they sent Cody over in less than an hour and he had it replaced in 20 min. So friendly and professional!! We will be using them in the future for anymore electrical needs, thanks guys!!

I have talked to them a couple times. The last one was about an on demand water heater. They gave me great advice and told me straight up what their experience was with these not just come out and do what I ask and get paid. They gave me all the info, their opinion and suggestions and left it up to me to decide what I wanted. To me that is very important and I appreciate doing business with companies like that. I will definitely call them first for any electrical work I may need in the future.

I had Jims do some work for my company so it wasnt normal 110v household work, at first I wasnt happy with the work they did, and I take part of the blame as I wasnt around when the work was done. After talking with management their they say my point of view and made things right. It is the mark of a good man (and a good company) to admit and correct mistakes.

We recently used Jims Electric after storm damage knocked out power to our home. We called Jims Electric and they responded immediately to fix the damages and restore power. We have used Jims Electric in the past for other electrical work and were completely satisfied with the workmanship and costs.
