Hector and his team do a quality job making sure it is done right. Lots of time spent with prepping and preparing the area. The paint work and quality is very good and they use the best products available. They work for 5 days straight at our home on multiple projects. We had new wood cabinets built in three separate bathrooms and our walk-in pantry. These all had to be sanded primered and painted with multiple coats for quality and durability. We also had to have our walls completely scraped and retextured due to poor drywall and plaster work prior. Those walls came out fantastic and look better than the original texture in other rooms of the house. Highly recommend!

They replaced multiple areas of rotted wood including soffit and lower wood posts that were rotted. Removed railing that had water damage/rot and sanded down and repaired posts. Did not try to sway my choices but offered good suggestions to help make decisions.Pricing was fair and crew was great.Makes me feel I have a new house. Great job! I will use Hector Professional Painting again for sure.

Hector and his crew removed our old roof, repaired decayed decking, decayed soffit and facia board; then installed new roofing. They cleaned and prepared doors, fascia, soffit and ceiling surfaces; then painted all exterior surfaces.In addition, they repaired then painted two interior ceilings and repaired a large cabinet door and trim.All this was completed within 5 days, despite a significant mistake on the part of a paint supplier!We are very pleased with the outcome of this entire experience and would recommend Hector and his crew to anyone!

Hector is very detail oriented, and did a wonderful job painting our house. His estimate was fair compared to others that we received. He worked with us when we wanted to change the plan a bit, was able to repair a little bit of woodwork that we needed done. Could not be more pleased with Hector and his crew. They took the time to properly prep and repair everything before painting, and their attention to detail definitely shows in the finished product. They pressure washed, removed all rotting wood and replaced with Hardie board, sanded, caulked, and applied two coats of high quality paint. They would often work until dark and were sure to clean up at the end of every day. The entire crew was polite, professional, and took pride in their work. For the amount of work, the price was more than fair. We have already recommended them to several friends and family and will absolutely use again in the future.

Hector was fantastic. His team removed the popcorn ceiling from my home. He estimated 4 days, they had it done in 3. Great team, worked remarkably hard to get this project done. Would recommend and hire again in a heartbeat.House was sealed to perfection. They finished priming on day 2 late in the evening. Was really worried how the smell may impact the rest of my home. Walked into my bedroom, couldnt smell a thing. No mess when they were done, great housekeeping on the site. You can even see it in the during photo. Anyone who has taken popcorn down knows how messy it is. To have a bare ceiling and a nearly spotless floor was very surprising.

Great job, Hector! So pleased with this project! I was referred to Hector and he responded within 2 hours to quote the work. He was able to start the next morning. They immediately laid down new white tarp to protect my wood floors from the front door all the way back to my Master Closet (closet rebuild after water damage from Master Bathroom). It’s a family-affair with trustworthy family members who work steadily and no issues (or drama). Hector oversees all his projects and does NOT subcontract or pass the work to other people. Again, very pleased! He’ll probably pressure wash my house (and next door neighbor’s, too).

Hector and his team have painted several houses in our neighborhood. He had recently completed exterior work and paint on our friends house and did an excellent job so we decided to have him quote work on our house. We asked Hector to paint several exterior sections of our house to match a newly renovated section. Hector gave us a quote and timeline of when he could start.He and his team showed up on time, cleaned the house, and then identified several rotten boards that needed to be changed. He gave us a price to replace these boards in addition to a few we had already agreed upon before starting the job. He replaced the boards and completed caulking all joints before painting. The painting was done efficiently and clean and looks great.We are very satisfied with the service Hector provided and are very happy with the final product. He stuck to his timeline, scope, and cost as we had agreed upon. We will definitely use Hector again in the future and refer him to others.

Hector Professional Painting recently painted the exterior of my home, which included stucco, garage door, gutters, soffits, fascia trim, siding, and shutters. He made some repairs to wood and stucco prior to painting. Hector and his crew were professional, thorough, and worked all day. The entire job took several days, and when complete they left the extra paint, cleaned up around my entire home, and even used a blower on my patio and driveway. There wasnt a piece of garbage left behind. While they were here, they also installed a new ceiling fan on my patio, and a few new light fixtures inside my home. Hector Professional Painting, owned by Hector Flores, is a top notch company. He and his crew, which included relatives, were very professional, thorough and a pleasure to work with. They painted our 1930s wood frame house and garage exactly as they promised. The original cypress siding had been covered with asbestos and then vinyl. Thousands of nail holes were filed, the flaking, chipping paint was removed and then finely sanded completely to the edges of the corners. No swirl marks remained. All of the wooden windows were reglazed and caulked. They primed and then painted two coats of the top quality Sherwin Williams mildew resistant paint. They also did some of the inside painting in the same professional manner.Additionally, there was no loud music or smoking on the job. The cleanup was exceptional as well. We give Mr. Flores and his crew the highest marks. They did what was promised, indeed did even more without charging more, operated safely, were courteous, helpful to one another and a pleasure to have on the job. We wanted a top quality job and received it. We were delighted with the quality of the finished job and recommend him without hesitation

I was looking for a painter for fascia and soffit for my home. Hector was able to quickly review the job, discuss with me what was needed (and my preferences) and then followed through with all the details. His folk were here on some extremely hot days, but in no case did I see anyone taking a shortcut, or not taking the time to get something right. They took their time in prep, repairs, and in the painting. Final results look great. Folk showed up when promised, work was done on promised schedule.They were not the lowest estimate that I got, but I am very satisfied with the quality of the work they did, and felt that it was a very good value for the cost. I have a bunch of TV cables in parts of the soffit, and the care they took around those areas was impressive. The fascia is a different color than the roof flashing, and there wasnt anywhere that there was paint on the flashing, and the adjacent fascia paint was a full, smooth coverage. Will definitely call him for the next job.

I just hired Hector and his crew to do some minor painting and chimney repair at my house. Hector and his crew were very professional, showed up when they said they would and went above and beyond my expectations. My chimney repair need more than I expected. Hector’s crew completed the repairs in a workmanlike manner. Hector also pointed out a few other items that I should be aware of. I would hire Hector and his crew everytime I need things done at my house. I highly recommend Hector and his crew!

Hector and his team recently did a multitude of jobs at my home in University Club Plantation, including staining the deck, painting the pool deck, staining a nearby pergola, repairing and painting aging windows, repairing and staining the entire fence, refacing the outdoor kitchen, and staining and building a frame for a new five foot cypress swing. All of the jobs were done with careful attention to detail and with much discussion about color and type of product to be used for each project. Hector has infinite patience and very valuable experience to offer in each situation. We plan to have him paint the outside of our house in the fall. We highly recommend Hector for any job he says he can do, cuz he can do it!R. Gunnels
