Ben was great in so many ways. He came out within one week to inspect the project, turned around a quote within a reasonable time period, maintained contact with us to keep us informed on timing. Once scheduled, he followed up the day before to set expectations and see if we had any questions. Upon arrival, he was informative, friendly and made himself available for any questions we had. Throughout the project he kept us updated on status and timing of completion. Because of the location of the project on our deck we (three kids, my wife and I) were able to watch Ben work. Ben also was very diligent at the end of each day to clean up the job site. He left the site impeccable at the end of each day. He’s incredibly detailed and methodical in his craft and the quality of the work was second to none. We are looking for more projects at our home for Ben to work on!!Nick

I cannot say enough good things about Branson Carpentry. The owner and all of Branson Carpentries subs were on time, within budget, detail oriented, and professional. The price was fair and the work was completed on time. Any deviation from the original plans was discussed on the front end and agreed upon. Communication was regular and timely. Our home has been improved and looks better than ever before!One bit of work that I was particularly impressed with was a section of wood floor that had to be matched. The owner took a personal interest in researching a solution to matching a 40+ year old section of floor in the master bedroom. The end result matches the original perfectly.To provide some additional context, they came into a project that was half finished by another contractor, which is a difficult task for any contractor. Branson was able to assess the current situation, recommend repairs, lay out a schedule, and provide an ACCURATE estimate. Very impressive.Thank you Branson Carpentry and I cant wait to work on our next project together!

Ben installed beadboard ceilings in two areas of my house. He responded almost immediately after I first contacted him, came and gave me a quote, and started a few days later when he said he would. He was here on time and did an excellent job. Great attitude and took his time doing it the proper way. I would highly recommend Ben for what ever you need done. I am very pleased!!!

If you need someone reliable, competent, and fast, this is who you need to hire. Ben signed on to create a custom door for our kiosk last year that fit beautifully, and it looks amazing.This year, I needed some repairs done to the kiosk, as well as custom cabinet doors with new tracks and some new locks. Ben saw every possible issue our store had, drew up an estimate, and got to work right away.He responds quickly to messages, and is highly professional with his services. His pricing is also extremely fair. Our store looks so much better! My employees are elated at how easy it is to open and close the cabinets now. These were long-needed changes that Ben fixed within two days.I highly, highly recommend this company. Some of the best service in the field I’ve ever gotten!

Our experience with Ben was great from start to finish. It was not hard to reach him and he was available to see the project within a few days. We had an estimate within a few more days and date to complete the project shortly after that. He is punctual and took care to leave the workspace the way he found it. Ben has very good people skills and we would wholeheartedly recommend him.

Ben did a great job replacing the rotten trim and sheathing around an exterior window. He came by to take a look the same day I texted him about the problem. I had to leave town while he was doing the work, but he kept me posted every step of the way, with pics. By the time I got home, it looked as good as new. He was careful removing and replacing the vinyl siding on the front of our house, and he was thorough in scoping the extent of the damage. He diagnosed the root cause of the problem (a window planter that was trapping water) and gave good advice on preventing future issues. Will definitely call him again for future home repairs.
