The front porch on my home was just completed by Hometown Solutions and I absolutely love it. The job was completed within the quoted timeframe. Chad was very honest about any issues that arose working on a home from 1900 and was quick to offer solutions that kept the job on track and within my budget. I can’t say enough good things about the experience and how the porch has not only increased the appeal of my house but my desire for spring so I can fully enjoy it. -

Contracted Hometown Solutions to rebuild 2 bathrooms in my home. I was immediately impressed with Chads attention to detail and his willingness to provide feedback on design decisions and materials. He keeps you in the loop every step of the project and will even answer your questions after hours. He even managed to perform the work on both bathrooms for less than other contractors price for one bathroom. -

Quite a few of our shingles blew off our roof during the 2017 windstorm. Since insurance wouldnt cover an entire roof replacement, we needed someone willing to patch it. Hometown was the only contractor willing to do that. They were able to match the shingles and get the work done quickly so we didnt have a tarp on our roof for an extended time. 4 years later we havent had a single problem with the roof. You cannot even tell it was patched. We highly recommend him! -

Hometown did all my siding, trim and gutters. Attention to details and quality of work definitely shows in the final product. Prices are very reasonable for the quality of work your going to get and you dont have to deal with the headaches the low guy will give you. -

We are so happy that Chad was available this summer to renovate our bathroom. We have worked with him in the past, and this was also a great experience. He fully gutted and rebuilt our upstairs bathroom. We have grown to trust him to do right by his customers. He is very kind, professional, straightforward, communicative, considerate, and patient! Everyone we met from his team is respectful and professional as well. He helped make our bathroom SO MUCH nicer. He has a strong eye for detail and takes pride in his work. He make sure its done correctly, costs are clear as we go, and that the finished project looks fantastic. We cant say enough good things! -

I am very happy with the work done (a replacement window, and new storm door and front door). The communication was excellent. Chad listened to any concerns we had and made sure we got the right product to start out with. Installation was meticulous (its not easy fitting a brand new perfectly rectangular door into a 40+ year old opening!). The paint color we chose for the door required two coats, and Chad made sure to allow dry time even though that meant he had to make an extra trip out on a different day. In addition to the work, Chad was very empathetic as we had a family member die during all this. I highly recommend Hometown Solutions, and will DEFINITELY be hiring them again!! -

My partner and I would highly recommend Hometown Solutions. We bought our house last year and started on a number of exterior renovations. We met Chad when our original contractor brought him in to do our gutters. He was very thoughtful and professional, with a great demeanor and he did a great job.During that time our original contractor sadly passed away and his business went under, leaving only the sunken posts for what would have been a front deck on our house. We reached out to Chad and he worked with us to find a solution and price to finish the deck. Always up front about time and material cost, he did an excellent job building our front deck and we are extremely pleased with the results.Simply put, we love the way he approaches his work with thoroughness and professionalism, and we will call him for any future project he is able to help us with! -

We were very happy with the work that Chad did for us. It was a smaller job that was difficult to get a quote from bigger businesses. Chad repaired damaged drywall in closets as well as adding some insulation. Chad was prompt & kept in contact with us every step of the way. Quality work performed by a true professional. We will use him for future projects. -

Hometown Solutions has done considerable work for us including new siding, creating a half door at top of steps to basement rooms for safety, reframed door for which previous frame had started to rot & repairing an area of structure that had rotted out & become infested with insects. Much of this work required creativity to accomplish and an understanding of we the homeowners needs. Also greatly appreciated Chad’s courtesy, conscientiousness, and consideration for our budget. -

We had windows installed on the entire first floor of the house and couldnt be happier with the results. Once the windows arrived Chad and crew were here immediately to get started. Fit and finish were impeccable and the new windows are energy efficient and so much better looking than the old ones. -
