    Matt came out to repair a leaky toilet and replace another one. He was upfront with costs and explained what he was doing. He cleaned everything up after, you wouldn’t know he had been here. He was so kind as to come back and put the old toilet on the curb for garbage day! Greatly appreciated for a senior. I will use Matt for all my future plumbing needs.

    Matthew’s plumbing in Bartlett came to my home and replaced a spigot and fixed a main water shut off valve for me. I researched multiple companies and received quotes. The price he quoted was in line with the final cost. Matt the plumber explained in detail what I need to fix my problems. He answered all my questions and competed both jobs in 90 minutes. He was extremely conscientious and professional in his work. I will definitely recommend Matthew’s plumbing with the highest of ratings.

    Amazing service and great Company all around. I had the opportunity to work with Mathew directly.     Matthew was great! He was on time, super efficient, and did not leave a mess. I really appreciated how thorough he was with the job and taking the time to clean the area as well. He tried different methods to make sure he resolved any issues. A lot of plumbers also leave messes for you to deal with but not Matthew!In addition, He was also very knowledgeable and kindly would educate you on the issue or causes at hand. Explaining what can be done to prevent them etc.Lastly, he does the job for a fair price!     Prompt, professional, efficient and fair pricing. Matthew was prepared for any situation when he came to fix my sink. He had shoe covers when he came in, asked permission to go back out to his vehicle if he needed more supplies if he needed. Once he was done he cleaned the area that he was working in and made sure that he answered any questions I had as well as suggesting remedies to keep things working. I would highly recommend!

    I called with a water problem (pinhole leak in a main line) while having out of town guests - Matthews plumbing showed up within 15-20 minutes of my call and promptly served me with quality work and a friendly attitude.     Cracked pipe under sink to hose spigot - I called Saturday and was able to schedule service for Monday evening. Matt explained everything clearly and quickly replaced the cracked pipe. He also found and replaced another piece of pipe that may have been leaking, which he didn’t charge extra for. Matt was polite, knowledgeable, and offered quick service.

    After 2 service calls, Id describe Matthews as an honest, fairly priced local plumber I feel I can trust. Ive had them fix an outdoor spigot, replace a toilet and install a new hot water tank.     We’ve been working with Matt for the last 5 years now. We’ve used him multiple times for everything from property inspections including sewer scoping to many repair projects around our homes. From leaking bathtubs, hot water tank replacements, toilet replacements, pipe repairs, and sump replacements - Matt has always been exceptional. It’s rare to find such a skilled tradesman who delivers a high level of craftsmanship and expertise while at the same time being reliable, responsive, and fair in price. We cannot recommend Matt enough. He is our go to for all of our plumbing needs and is an absolute pleasure to work with.

    This guy was great! Came to fix a leak under our kitchen sink. He texted before he came, showed up exactly when he said he would, diagnosed the issue in less than 10 minutes, and fixed it quickly. He even inspected the rest of our sink and saw our disposal was about to come unclipped and fixed it. Very thorough, professional nice guy! You never want to have to call a plumber, but if we ever have to again, he’s our guy!

I mentioned a problem I had with a basement drain no other plumbing service in the area of Geneva Illinois was able to repair correctly. Matthews plumbing service came in at a better price repaired the sewer line and I never had problems again! I would highly recommend Matthews plumbing service.

    Can not say enough about Matthew. Had a sump pump that was going out and I called him late in the evening. Stopped everything and came right over himself. Was in and out in under an hour and replaced the old sump pump. Even checked the backup for any issues and tested the battery. Very knowledgeable. No corners cut and very clean and thorough. Treats your house as if it were his own. A+ and would use again without hesitation.

    I have had Matt to my house on two occasions. Once to fix my DIY mistake, which he was very kind about even though my mistake was stupid. The second time was to diagnose and repair a leak in my shower. Both times he was thorough, careful, and an easy guest to have in the house. He spent extra time finding my leak and fixing it. His rates were super reasonable. Im having him back this week to run gas to my fireplace.

    Matthew’s Plumbing have done excellent work in meeting all our plumbing needs that I even referred them to my elderly mother’s house, which is an older home, to replace a bathroom sink. He did the work professionally and advised her the possible unforeseen problems & costs associated with an older home before doing additional work to the aging home’s pipes.
