    What can I say that is not redundant of what you have read on these reviews for Callahan Plumbing...Outstanding! Incredible! Life and House Saviors! Dan and crew are outstanding! They have replaced my water heater and sump pump at different times. They are proficient, on-time, unbelievably knowledgeable and extremely fair when it comes to cost. They are very family oriented and great ppl!

    When you’re searching for a plumber, what do you look for?I was looking for a local family-owned business because I like to support the small business owners in my community. Next, I wanted a quick response from a tradesman who could provide quality work at reasonable prices. Finally, I wanted someone who would show up when they say, do the work they quoted, and complete the work with no add on expenses. Sounds like too much to hope for doesn’t it.Wow, did we hit the jackpot with Callahan Plumbing. All the above, and more. From the first call asking for a quote on our kitchen remodel project, to the final visit to connect the sinks and faucets, Dan was great. He was always on time, extremely polite, and totally professional. His work reflected a philosophy that our home was respected as if it was his own.Without question, we will call Callahan Plumbing for any and all our future plumbing work and encourage you to do the same. Your trust will be well placed and your money well spent.As stated on his truck, “We get it right the first time”.

    When you have a sump pump problem, its usually an emergency. Callahan Plumbing understood and they were here an hour after I called them. Dan Callahan and Gary assessed the issue, explained what they needed to do to get things right, gave me a fair quote on the job before they started and were done in 45 minutes from arriving. This was a great save with a great local company.

    Dan and his crew do amazing work. I like to support family owned, local businesses when I can and Callahan Plumbing is one that I highly recommend. They rooted our sewer line and helped us with a clogged toilet and were thorough, fair, and friendly! We will be calling Dan with any future plumbing needs and will be recommending his services to anyone seeking high quality, honest work.

    My mom and I needed a toilet fixed and a shower unclogged. Dan and Richard arrived 10 minutes before the arrival window which was nice. Dan is very intelligent and personable. He explained in great detail what he needed to do to fix the toilet as well as the cost associated with the service. He also looked at the shower and said it was in fact not clogged. I appreciate that he didn’t try to fix something that wasn’t broken just to make the extra money. Highly recommend Dan and will be using him in the future!

    Wow..... just wow... there are no words to express my gratitude to Dan Callahan and his partner Mike. I bought my first home 1 year ago and this weekend had a major plumbing problem. Martha (Dan’s wife and business manager) called me to make sure everything was ok at home. Just shows you how much they truly care. This company went above and beyond to ensure that my problems were fixed and that I was happy with the outcome. I will gladly refer any and all friends to this company as I know that they will not fail anyone. It makes me happy and very comfortable that I found someone so helpful and trustworthy.     I just wanted to say how very pleased I was with Callahan plumbing, my water heater was beginning to leak and on the verge of giving way and I was referred by a friend to call up Callahan and I called and spoke with Martha and she was a pleasure to talk with and she said they could get me in and Dan came out and hooked me up with a brand new water heater. I am so glad I called them, I have a plumber for life. Thanks again Dan & Martha.i highly recommend Callahan plumbing!

    We have used Dan for various issues for several years. When the issue is minor & we can just make an appointment they really work to accommodate my schedule & Dan always shows up right on time. When its an emergency they bend over backward to get the parts and get us on the schedule as soon as possible. Again, when they say theyll be there at a certain time, they are.His work is always done right the first time and as quickly as can be expected and he uses quality parts - ie: water heaters.Dan is a local business here in Bartlett which I am very comfortable supporting.

    Dan is the best in the business. Prompt service and his work is always perfect, a true pro. Our most recent job was the install of a new hot water tank. My wife and I both work so we left the front open for Dan. Thats right, we left the door open for him. When I got home that evening I couldnt even tell he was here, except for the new tank, perfectly installed and not a crumb on the floor.

    Courteous, honest and efficient! Ejector pump failed and they replaced it as well as secured the piping and seal drain. Definitely will recommend and will do business with if any future plumbing issues arise!

    Dan and Mike listened to what I needed and what I wanted. Apparently something wasnt as complete as I thought, so Dan explained to me what might happen, did I still want to go ahead with it. As I looked at the issue he was describing, as we discussed usage, it seemed that it was a minor defect and wouldnt interfered with the usage.The explained their billing right away, the only question would be was this easy, fid I fit in the service call and 1 hour labor, or was it going to exceed.They also needed to unjam the disposal. After they did that, Mike and I compared hex tools and found a close match, as I had metric. They took the time to answer my questions. They were awesome. Thank you
