He was polite & professional. I felt that his charges were fair. He came out as soon as he could, in a day or so. Went to one of my rental homes & communicated well with my tenant to fix the problem. He also called me to let me know what the issue was & what he could do. That allowed me to do other things & take care of my husband while being aware of what was needed. Then he sent an invoice to my email so I was able to pay easily & receive a confirmation of payment for my taxes. Very nice & well done.
