We had a very bad experience with our last plumber so I was very nervous about replacing our 75 gallon hot water heater with a tankless heater. I called Kipp plumbing because I saw good reviews on the NextDoor App. Ted answered and came out to look at our situation. His price was extremely fair as we had other quotes. We decided to go through with the project. He said he would arrive between 8-9, showed up at 8:30 and started working immediately. They finished after several hours and replaced our sump pump as well. I was amazed by how clean the area was after he was finished and he managed to get our 75 gallon hot water heater up our basement stairs without even scratching the wall. I was so happy about this project that I decided to write a review which I rarely do. Thank you again Kipp Plumbing for the great work done at our home. Our water is hotter and never runs out now!

These guys did an awesome job for us! They were able to get a couple guys out to replace our toilet within a day’s notice. The plumbers that came were kind enough and did a solid job with the replacement. Also special shout out to the owner who not only warned us against going with a Koehler replacement but had an alternative that met the specific needs of our bathroom set up, is built way better, and was almost half the cost of the only Koehler replacement we would have had to use.

After many comparisons, I decided to use Kipp Plumbing Inc. to fix the leaking problem of my 2 garden taps. I called the company in early morning. Ted came to my house at 1:00pm. He was very experienced and quickly found the problem. During the period, he said he had to leave to buy parts. I was a little worried about how long it would take, but he came back very quickly. Quickly fixed the problem and charged me a very reasonable price. Ted is patient and honest. I highly recommend this company.
