    Ordered water softener and RO system.The team did a beautiful job. The water lines and drain lines were done well; very tidy. Even the local building inspector complimented their work.They tagged everything on the RO system and put it in the basement running the line upstairs to the kitchen to save room under the sink.Had this done through Costco. Highly recommend these guys.

    Im updating my review of Angel water. I initially gave them a one star because of what we experienced with the service. We had Chris from Angel water call us to discuss the issue. They made everything right. Im so impressed with their customer service. Im definitely recommending them to everyone I know. Heres a business that knows how listen to their customers and address any issues that come up. I can see now why they have tons of 5 star reviews from loyal customers.

    The electronic board on top of my GE water softener was non responsive, so I called Angel Water for servicing. It took a couple weeks to get them scheduled, but it was well worth the wait. Brent was very professional and knowledgeable. He was able to get the electronic board working again, replaced a seal, cleaned the nozzle/venturi assembly, and the softener worked as good as new! The softener is 8 years old, so I was very pleased it could be repaired at a reasonable cost.

    Angel Water was great. Our first encounter was on the phone to schedule service to check an existing iron tank. CS was very nice. Zack came out to check our system and we learned it was at the end of life. Rather than wait for it to be completely gone, we went ahead and replaced the unit with a chlorinated whole house system. The installation team, Mike and Ken, were very nice. They took good care of our property and then explained the entire system to us. Its an easy system. After just one day, we can tell a difference in the quality of the water. Dont hesitate, call Angel Water for all your water filtration needs!!

    Excellent service from the Angel Water technician Tyler Andersen.Yesterday I called for service on the RO filtration system at my house. Tyler arrived promptly on time and called me 20 minutes ahead of the scheduled time to let me know that he is on his way. He listened patiently to the issues that I described. He completed the service requests and then explained to me the work he completed. He also went above and beyond to help resolve a water connection issue to the fridge. I definitely recommend Angel Water. Even with my prior appointments, I always received the best service from this team. Customer service admins are also polite and courteous and it is easy and quick to schedule appointments. Thank you.

    We had Angel Water out for a water softener repair. The tech, Tyler, was FANTASTIC. The guy is a solid blend of old world regard for quality repairs and fresh understanding of equipment innovation. He was able to repair our softener on site - note that the water softener is ours, not theirs, and I was impressed that he had all the parts available in his van. Part of this I attribute to them asking us for photos of our water softener prior to the service call happening, which means they actually took the time to stock the techs van with parts for a 7 year old GE water softener. These guys have TONS of good reviews, and from our experience, its techs like Tyler that earn them their reputation. Couldnt recommend them, and Tyler, enough. Thanks.

    I have owned my house for three years and never paid attention to my water softener. I thought I was experiencing an issue and stopped in to their office on Northwest Highway. It was easy to set up the appointment and someone came out to the house at their first available appointment time. The technician, Don, was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. The work was completed timely and I had him replace a part that he transparently told me could wait, but did have some significant wear and tear. The price was fair and no pressure to schedule additional service, but offered. Overall a 5 star experience!

    I needed to have my reverse osmosis equipment re-installed after remodeling my kitchen, and an Angel Water plumber came out and within an hour had it fixed. He corrected a problem that the worker had done when they were connecting the faucet to the equipment which I didn’t know about. Very polite and efficient.

    Technician was great. He called when he was on his way, and completed the annual maintenance. He was friendly and gave me some informative tips.I did notice later that the water had a slight yellowish tint to it and seemed to have a very slight salty taste to it. Water seems fine today. I don’t recall that being an issue in the past.

    We had an experienced crew come out and install the latest, greatest whole house water filtration system made by Hans Premium Water back in April. They even had a representative from Hans attend as well. Since the install, anytime I texted or called about any questions or issues, they were very prompt in answering my questions and rectifying the issues. We just love the taste, smell and feel of the water...so pure and clean. I want to express our gratitude to the whole crew - Chris, Ryan, Mike and Zach, and of course Dean from Hans - for doing an excellent job. You all worked well together. Also, a shout out to Daniel who was the salesperson we worked with at the beginning of the process. Youre a very personable young man. Everyone was polite, professional and efficient. All around excellent experience!

    My wife and I bought a new (well 1989 built) house in November 2020. Our first experience with a well as we have always had village water. We called Angel Water after the first week for a service call and inspection as we knew the system in the house was not right. Don came out and verified that we had a system that was not serviceable. It was two days before Thanksgiving and they were able to get out and get a complete new system installed and running before we had family over for Thanksgiving dinner. We are now over 3 months past that and the system is running perfectly and very low maintenance. The installation tech was very efficient and did a top notch job setting it up. Don then came out later in the day and spent a considerable amount of time answering my questions and going over the operation and basic maintenance of the new system with me. Being that I build equipment and deal with field techs all day it was very refreshing to find someone else that really knows his industry inside and out. I highly recommend Angel Water and their team.

    I am very impressed with the Angel Water team. They replaced a water softener and installed a new RO drinking water system at our kitchen sink. Taylor was a great installer to work with. He was very knowledgeable and provided recommendations when asked. We had a local plumber also bid out the project, but Angel Water was able to take care of everything from water testing to drilling a hole through the counter so we didnt have the disruption of mutiple contractors coming to the house and the whole project couldnt have gone any faster. Well be engaging Angel Water as part of normal maintenance and with any other water projects that may arise.

    Overall the technician, Tyler, was extremely knowledgeable and was not trying to upsell me.Only 4 stars because I asked for the quoted amount before scheduling and it ended up being more than that for the service call and then the parts (which is basically nothing) ended up doubling the cost. Every year its over $300 for them to walk in the door which is crazy expensive!

    We needed maintenance on an older reverse osmosis system that we had struggled to find someone to service. Angel Water had us send a photo, then confirmed that they could perform the service (even though we had not bought the system from them) and scheduled an appointment within a couple of days. CJ was prompt in arriving, performed a number of tests on the water, changed out the filters as needed, and (bonus points) mounted the filter system to the interior of the cabinet, freeing up cabinet space and neatening up the area. System works great, were delighted with the service!

    Angel Water came out to assess our water. They were extremely professional and knowledgeable. We decided to have a whole house water refiner system and RO system installed. The communication between us and each of the professionals we were in contact with was flawless. Mike was our plumber, and he was very good at what he did. Mike and his partner worked flawlessly together on the install. I really appreciated how cleanly they worked and the thought that went into the positioning of each piece of equipment. We are so happy to have pure water, not only for drinking, but for everything else. I would highly recommend Angel Water!

    The Operations Manager, Mr. Chris Hanson called me regarding the issues that I raised in my review. He explained me how this system works. I’m satisfied with his scientific explanations. He offered me some solutions to resolve the issues. Based on our conversations, I’m changing my rating to 4-star.Here is my original review:Purchased Angel Water system thru the Costco in May 2023.Im experiencing the following issues:- Capacity Issue: I asked the Project Manager before signing the contact how much water I can pump at a time from a 4-gallon water system. His response was - the system would produce at least 3 and half gallon of water. I was getting little over 2-gallon of water.When I called the Angel Water, they suggested to add another 4-gallon tank to get 4- gallon water at a time. Basically, need 8-gallon capacity system to get 4-gallon of water. It cost me additional $210 on top of $2330 (original purchase price) to get 4-gallon water. I paid altogether $2540 for this very low-quality system.If I would know upfront that this system is unable to produce 4-gallon capacity, then I wouldnt go for this system. Also, it is not practical to add another tank inside the cabinet under the kitchen sink. The representative from Angel Water told me that they need to move the system in the basement.- Force Issue: the water force is extremely low. It was checked/verified by the Service Manager of Angel Water.In summery here are the points to be noted:- Capacity issue - pay for double the capacity system to get you desired amount of water-It is expensive- Flow of water is very low- Received misleading information about this water system for better decision of purchasing this systemIm extremely disappointment with this water system. I wouldnt recommend anyone to buy this expensive system.Only good thing I must mention that it is very easy to communicate with the representatives of Angel Water. Every time I call them, they listen and response with respect.

Only negative was that the office didnt call as promised to inform me of time they would actually arrive on day of install.     Updated 2024 - I have continued to use Angel Water and the pricing seemed better, and the technician Tyler was amazing. He explained things very well and had a great bedside manner. As a result of Angel Waters response to my previous post and my 2024 experience, I am raising my review score from 4 stars to 5 stars.2020 - Review, Angel Water has all the right products, and is good at following up with regard to filter changes and service of the equipment. My only challenge with Angel Water is that I feel their pricing is way too high and their service personal (both the people on the phone and the service techs that come to the house) lack a good bedside manner.

    I called Angel water as they had been servicing my water softener before I bought the home. The softener notified that I needed service. So I called Angel and they put me on the schedule within the next couple of days. They sent a text out the day before the service telling me what to explain to the technician to ensure the correct issues if any are resolved. Then the technician Dan showed up within the time frame given. He gave a call about 30 minutes before to notify me that he was on his way. He was very thorough in his explanation of what he was checking for and how water softeners and osmosis systems work. He added new filters to the osmosis and serviced the water softener. It was very informative and Don was easy to work with. The price was reasonable as well. I felt like I got a quality service for decent price. I wasnt looking for the best deal as you get what you pay for rather I was looking for a thorough service. Its my water after all. I will call them again in the future.

    Tyler serviced my RO system which was leaking water from the fixture. He cleaned out one of the lines that had particles clogging the line. Tyler is knowledgeable and explained how this can occur and how I can troubleshoot and fix the system in the event this reoccurs. I like that Tyler has a strong handshake. That is the sign of a confident and engaging person. I rarely experience that strong handshake thus far every service person from Angel Water has been knowledgeable, respectful, honest and professional. Competent and respectful service people are the key to success.

The time to replace was within days and the installer was excellent.     The entire Angel Water team was great to work with. Tyler was quick to respond to my initial call and set up an appointment to visit and share information about their softener and Reverse Osmosis water treatment products and services. They scheduled our installation for a date within 2-3 days after the order was placed.Angel Water was very professional throughout the process. I got a call the previous date to confirm our installation; the installation crew called the morning of the installation to confirm a 2-hour window.Zach and Mike, the installation crew did a terrific job with the installation. They brought protective sheets for the floors and carpets.Very clean and neat work, and walked through everything patiently after the work was completed. Great job overall and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

    Austin came out and we discussed our problem, he spent time looking over what we have in place, and then he proposed some solutions. He gave us detailed information and explained why he thought the chlorine system would work best, so that is what we went with. Our water had a very strong smell that was getting worse, both hot and cold, and he said that it was caused by an iron bacteria. The same day the system was installed the smell was gone. The system isnt cheap, and it takes up some space in the basement, but for us it was worth it, because all the water in the entire house no longer has the awful odor, which made washing or taking a shower a very unpleasant experience. The install tech was great too, he worked efficiently, explained what he was going to do, and answered all our questions. We would definitely recommend Angel Water to others.

    I called Angel Water after suffering through a high pressure in-home sales consultation with another water contractor that partners with a popular big box store. Matt from Angel Water came out in late February and the experience was much more pleasant. I knew I had hard water, so he didnt need to sell me on that. My wife and I opted for a new water softener as well as a new whole house carbon filtration system. (Note: Angels pricing was more competitive than the other contractor.) About 10 days later, the Angel Water install team, Mike & Ken, came out to install the system. Mike did a great job taking care of the plumbing and getting my system to fit conveniently in my basement water meter closet. Meanwhile, Ken did a fantastic job running and fishing the drain lines across my basement (over the drop ceiling) and into into my furnace room where the sump pit is. The guys worked well together and no shortcuts were taken. They cleaned up after themselves and explained how the system works. My overall experience working with Angel Water was great from beginning to end. I would certainly recommend them!

    Ive been using Angel Water for the last seven years and have never had a complaint. I did feel a little overwhelmed with the salesman when I first started with them, but the service has been wonderful. Every service person who comes is polite, informative, and willing to put up with the several questions I may have. Today Norm came to service the unit and was again, kind, informative, and very polite.Aside from the service, the system is pretty much stress and maintenance free provided you have it serviced once a year. I have well water and before I had the system the water tasted like blood (according to my kids) due to the iron content. The Angel Water system has rectified that issue for which i am very grateful.

    Angel Water employees are always friendly, polite, on time and professional. They are good at what they do. That being said this year we have been a bit disappointed; after an expensive service call last winter we were assured that our regular annual service would be scheduled in August, but that call never came. This led to another service call recently because the filters were so clogged that the system failed. The cost of owning our own RO system but having it maintained by Angel Water is definitely not a savings over the leased equipment we used to have.**After I posted my review Angel Water contacted me and went out of their way to help. Their commitment to customer service and their customers is superb, and I highly recommend them.

    Angel recently replaced the water softener in my home. It was an absolutely wonderful experience! Chris and his entire team were great. He helped me get someone out super quickly. Austin came and inspected my old softener and was excellent at explaining the different options. He helped me pick the right unit to fit my needs, and my budget. The next day James and Taylor came out to do the install. They went above and beyond. The new unit was installed neatly and looks great-- and they even left the area spotless when they were done. I would give them six stars if I could. I would gladly do business with them again in the future!

    I just had Angel Water replace both my non-functioning water softener (Morton) and water heater. I loved the fact that Angel Water was able to do both installs and done at same time (a one-stop-shop). From start to finish the initial in-home meeting with Project Manager Matt Pauwels to the installation by Mike and Ken was awesome. Met with Matt on a Wednesday and the new water softener and water heater were installed that Friday. The install crew (Mike & Ken) even arrived ahead of the scheduled time. They put down runners on floors and did an awesome, clean, efficient and professional job of removing the old units and installing the new ones. Both were also very friendly and personable.When install was complete Mike and Ken did a great job of explaining the operation of the new water softener and water heater. He was very polite and explained how to use our softener very clearly, answering all of our questions thoroughly.I was impressed with how he prepared the working area laying out a protective covering for the floor and stairs.     Ken and Mike B did a great job removing my old system and installing the new one on a snowy day.     They are a local company but run professionally. We have them install our new Water Softener and Reverse Osmosis drinking water system under kitchen sink. This was done through Costco/Angel teaming together Costco choosing Angel endorses Angel Waters true strength. There has been 5-6 visits; they arrive on time, complete work quickly, easy to work with and the systems are great. One great Sales person started us well then got introduced to 3-4 great technicians over the course of last 15 months.     Angel Water provided me a great deal of education for my private well. They helped me test my water and adjust my water softener in lieu of selling me a new unit.     Angel Water installed an Under the sink water filter as part of the Costco arrangement.The salesman did a good job in explaining the options and cost. We decided to get water filter as we drink a lot of water throughout the day and keeping water quality high was very important to us.The installation was quickly scheduled and completed. However we realized that it was missing a filter replacement indicator.During second visit the plumber realized that he could not install the part since it needed different type of assembly.During third visit, everything was installed correctly but I must mention that the filter was working right after it was installed.All plumbers who worked on the job were very professional throughout their work and customer support was quick to resolve our issues. The water filter is working well as expected. We are very pleased with the service and I will recommend Angel Water to anyone.

The installation was very easy and the guys walked us thru the entire set up and maintenance.     Angel Water Inc. is a company that I trust in highly!! I have put their systems in both of my homes and always love the results. The water is beautiful quality, and my ice cubes are crystal clear! Today I had Mike and Paul here to replace the original water softener. The softener was here when we purchased the house 10yrs, ago....at that time we had the angel water system of a chlorinator and reverse osmosis(drinking water) added and have enjoyed that for 10 years. Mike and Paul replaced the softener carefully putting down tarps and towels and making sure to leave my home as nice as they found it! They came into my home with smiles and great trusting personalities and were a delight to have....as have all the other angel water employees over the last 20 some years. I dont know how they find all their great employees....but this alone makes them a great company to use and have in my home.     One year later still a delighted customer. Tim was at our house yesterday to upgrade our RO system and repair a leaky faucet. Professional top-notch service and excellent products!Weve had our reverse osmosis system for around 15 years. The system is great! Saves me money but not having to buy bottled water (we live in St. Charles and the tap water is not good for drinking due to the hardness, even after being softened).I have a service technicians change our filters annually. They are courteous and professional. I appreciated that they do the work I called them for and do not try to up-sell additional products and services as many in-home technicians do.I would highly recommend an Angel Water reverse osmosis system for anybody that drinks a lot of water!

    Ive been using Angel Water for years for the water softener. An issue arose where I needed to have my backdoor water faucet replaced. The servicing technician said that Angel Water also does plumbing so I asked to have someone come out and fix the faucet. I set up the appointment for today. Mike called to set up a time to come fix it. He arrived right on time and had the job done in no time. Much quicker than I expected and provided suggestions to make the faucet more usable.     We are very satisfied with the quality and service of Angel Water. Bill explained and showed us through the demonstration all the chemicals and hard water elements that were in our untreated water. After our filter was installed by Zach, the plumber..who was very neat and professional, Bill came back to do a retest on our newly filtered water. We were very happy to see that our water did not have harmful unwanted chemicals anymore.     We needed to replace our 20+ year old water softener. I stopped by the store and met Bob K. who came out, tested our water and offered some options in various price ranges. The installation was quick and easy and Angel Water removed all our old equipment including the 4-50 lb salt blocks we had from our old softener which was no longer functioning. Angel Water did a great job, cleaned everything up after the installation and we love the free soap! I would recommend them and would use them again!

    I moved to 25 y/o house 2 years ago, and was not happy with well water there. It smelled a bit, too salty to drink, and 2 big bags of salt should have been refilled every month. We ended up ordering drinking water, buying Kirkland water bottles from Costco for cooking. Buying heavy salt and water was really a pain.I installed Angel water system through Costco,. I am so happy I did that, since now water tastes great, no saltiness at all, and my husband only need to refill salt in the tank probably twice a year if he wants to.Bill S., walked me through the whole process, and gave me clear and honest suggestions of the options I could choose. Thanks to Bill I have better understanding of the water system of my house, and I suggest anyone who are new to the private well system to have free water consultation from Angel water, just to know better about your house.     I was unhappy with my previous soft-water provider who I had for over 20 years. I had been leasing their equipment for all this time, and when I asked to buy it out, they wanted over $2K.     Angel Water installed a R/O water filtration system in our home. We had well water which we did not drink (we are out in farmland) and had to rely on bottled water deliveries which were getting cumbersome and expensive. We went through Costco to get our estimate and Bill Slocum, Sales Representative, was very responsive in providing the estimate, answering our questions, scheduling the install and suggesting that we utilize one of their recommended plumbers, Ryan Quinlan, to install our new sink/faucet at the same time as the R/O system to save time. We were extremely pleased with Ryans work installing the R/O system and our new sink/faucet. Bill Slocum followed up with us after the install to see if everything was done to our liking and we could not be happier with the job. Our water tastes great, out new sink/faucet is terrific and we estimate that we are saving about $1,600 per year in bottled water delivery.

    Angel Water replaced the entire water conditioning system in our house with new updated equipment about 5 years ago and because we are on a well system, we have used their yearly maintenance program on the system and have found it works great and cleans the system up before any problems can occur. We just had Chris here again and he is always punctual, very pleasant to work with, answers all your questions and walks you through procedures.
