June 13 2024, first of all he was on time, second he answered his phone when I called and he called back when he said he would. spent the better part of the morning diagnosing tripping breaker issue. Initial problem fixed in about 40 minutes. After mentioning generator issues Paul went above and beyond for me and with me to go get his persol generator to verify his diagnosis. Very nice guy, keeping me educated and making sure I understand what he was saying. Will definitely call for further issue.
