James has been out to our home numerous times on behalf of Kirk realty and he is a straight forward honest guy. This guy has been out after dark, during the day, at dinner, you name it heβs been here. This guy deserves a raise. James will be the guy I call for all AC related issues from here on out and I will also refer him thru my personal business. This man has earned my business and all heating, cooling, and electrical business. Thanks James!! Hopefully we can get that unit replaced soon but thanks for keeping it running in the meantime. -
