    We have an old house and had a big job to be done. We had an older well pump removed, a water softener installed, the main water valve replaced, new plumbing lines and new outdoor faucets installed. With this they also repaired a few areas of the plumbing that had leaked in the past and replaced a few non functioning valves.Because it was non urgent and the scale of our job we took our time and contacted multiple companies for quotes. CMP price was reasonable, but the true reason we picked them over other companies was their people. Dave came to our home for the quote and took the time to explain options to us. He was knowledgeable, kind, and clearly experienced. We were very confident we were going to pick CMP after our experience with Dave even before all of the quotes came in.When it came time for service, they did have to reschedule us once which was not a big deal. It was out of their control and what resonated with us was their impeccable communication. Laura contacted me as soon as she knew and made it easy to reschedule. Throughout the quote and scheduling process, Laura was able to communicate primarily with us via email which is so helpful. Communication is everything to us, and CMP has that.Dave and his apprentice arrived when they said they would, were thorough, professional, and cleaned up after they were done. Later we discovered that the water softener had an intermittent leak after hours. Dave gracefully took my call, talked me through how to divert it, offered to come back out that evening or first thing the next morning. He came back that next morning right when he said he would and was able to fix it within 30 minutes. In a crazy string of bad luck, after they left that same day, the boot to our ejector pump split open and was leaking all over our basement. I called the office and asked for an emergent call. Dave came back that same day and fixed it for a reasonable price. He had been to our house so many times at this point it was comical, and he came in so friendly and accommodating. We all got a good laugh over our luck by that point.The entire experience is so much better than anything we have had in the past with other contractors. The few bumps we had were quickly taken care of. I think it says more about a company with how they deal with these types of issues than anything and CMP was absolutely amazing. Ive waited a few months to write this review to make sure we have had no issues so I can confidently say their work is great as well. Dave and Laura were our two main contacts there, and I cannot say enough good things about either of them. We would absolutely use them again, and have given their contact information to our friends and family.

    CMP installed my tankless water six years ago and did a great job at the time. Then in the years since then they have been coming to flush the heater every year. Theyve always done a fast and efficient job, and this year I even got to see some of the mineral build up that was flushed out of the heater. Very interesting. I highly recommend CMP for your plumbing problems.

    Called CMP for faulty tankless water heater that they did not originally install. They came next day, first thing in am and replaced unit in an hour. Now that’s fast service!CJ the technician was professional and top notch!Would highly recommend CMP for all plumbing needs.

    I have used CMP Trades several times over the years, most recently yesterday. They always respond promptly, actually got a service person to me within 4-5 hours for a water heater issue. Resolved quickly and always professional.

    Had our water softener installed last Friday. CJ was great, he gave us a 30 minute call ahead, was very professional and completed the work quickly. He was able to program and show us how to run and maintain the water softener. We found our plumber.

    We called CMP trades to get a quote to install the water softener. Though the installation seems fairly straightforward the plumbing layout of our 10 year old house is not. We were in 2 minds about in which spot to install the softener but Dave put all our concerns to rest by giving thoughtful reasons on choosing the best option. This option turned out to be within our budget as well.

    We discovered a pin hole leak from a copper line in our crawl space a few days ago. Another plumbing contractor referred us to CMP. They couldn’t make it the same day, but Laura was empathetic and got us scheduled for the next afternoon. CJ, the technician, called prior to his arrival and was prompt, professional, and efficient. The total cost of the repair, including service fee was reasonably priced. We found a new contractor for our plumbing needs!

    It was the day before Thanksgiving and my drains were clogged ,and CMP Trades came out Thanksgiving Day. ARS gave me an email confirming they were coming 15 min later they cancelled I highly recommend CMP Trades for Service on your drains........ Thanks CJ for all your help......

    If youre looking for a trustworthy, competent plumber, these are the guys to call. Reasonably priced. Ive used them several times, recently to install a new toilet and faucet in the bathroom.

    I filled out an on-line form to request service and got a call on Monday morning. We scheduled an appointment for Thursday. We got called on Tuesday that they had an opening so the guy showed up didnt have the part but he went and got it finished the job and we were thrilled with it. He was friendly and efficient.
