    I have used Kokesh plumbing for more than 20 years, anytime I have a plumbing problem. Recommended them to many friends all of whom have been very happy with their service. Their service has always been excellent, the plumbers that come into your home are very competent, nice friendly individuals and the office staff always a pleasure to deal with. Always have been very honest with their recommendations for repairs, etc.

    Called Kokesh Plumbing to replace an ancient, defunct, garbage disposal. They had a very near appt. date, the technician was prompt, courteous, and was able to replace my disposal the same day.     I have hired Kokesh on numerous occasions since 2021 for my personal home, my rental properties and on behalf of my real estate clients and have been very pleased with their work. The customer service is excellent, the plumbers are proficient and competent, pleasant and neatly dressed. Clients and other Realtors in my company often ask for a good, cheap plumber recommendation. I dont think good and cheap go together. You get what you pay for. You could pay less but they might take twice as long to perform the job, thereby costing you more in the end!!

    We had Kokesh install 2hit water heaters. One went bad right away and they were quick to respond and replaced it. The second continued to have minor issues during the first year.Kokesh was always quick to respond and try to resolve the problem which they did each time. Finally when the last occurrence happened Megan stepped in and said that was enough and she was going back to manufacture to strongly request they replace the second unit also. It took a few weeks but Megan prevailed and was able to get the manufacture to replace the unit for no charge.This was not something Megan had to do, but took it on her own to “do what was right” as per Megan.We are most thankful for Kokesh help along the way and standing up for what is best for the customer.We have used them for other plumbing problems and they are always quick to respond and have provided great results.Good business, good preople who want to treat you right.

    Have used Kokesh for over 30 years. They have just recently installed two new highboy toilets at the house have had no issues with the installation or cleanliness or cleaning up after themselves. Also install the sprayer in the kitchen and replace the line and I know leaks and explained what they were doing, they would be my first call for all plumbing needs

    We have owned homes for over 50 years and have used several plumbing companies.Kokesh Plumbing is by far the most exceptional company we have ever used. They are professional,well trained and service oriented from the front office to the plumbers they employ! We had a very unusual problem with a newer bathtub in our primary bathroom. The plumber was unable to solve . The owner of the company came out , found a way to solve the problem saving us from having to remove and reinstall the tub!!Exceptional company!!

    Billy has been to our home twice. The first time to do an inspection for a new insurance policy for homeowners. He then replaced the main water valve and main pressure valve. Billy then came a third time to bring three new toilets to replace squatty potties with ADA height, since all of the people in my family are tall. The third time Billy came was with Shaun and the two of them were extremely professional in replacing three of the toilets. They did an excellent job as well cleaning up their work spaces. I couldn’t even tell they had been here. I would highly recommend this company for any of your plumbing needs.

    Kokesh is always thorough with checking problem and fixing it right. They not only fixed the kitchen sink leak but brought it up to code. They dont try to upsell but give good suggestions when asked. Ive used them the last ten years and theyre the only plumber I call.

    We have used them on at least two occasions. The big effort was to run a gas line to our kitchen to accommodate a new gas stove. They were always on time, called with approximate arrival times, called when expert was on his time. The expert was indeed an expert - very knowledgeable, and also very professional and polite. They aren’t cheap, but they do a great job.

    We recently relocated to the area and needed a few plumbing issues addressed in our new home. We wanted to support a local and family owned business and spent a long time researching and reviewing recommendations on the web and social media. We narrowed down the list to three and called all three and left messages. This company returned my call within ten minutes and the person on the phone was friendly and customer service oriented. None of the issue were critical in nature, yet, I was able to get an appointment at a convenient time for me the next day. The plumber Mike was extremely courteous, friendly, professional, walked me through the process, provided cost estimates along the way, and even made recommendations for routine maintenance, products, and cost saving measures. This is a family owned business and this is exactly how I was treated and felt throughout, as family. It was a pleasure doing business with them and they now have a loyal customer who will recommend them to all who ask. They also have a 24 hour service which is great to know but hopefully I will never need. Highly recommended.

    We needed to replace many shut off valves to our sinks and toilets as they were original to our 39 year old house. Billy, from Kokesh was here all day replacing them (we have a lot of sinks). He never took a break, not even for lunch (although we encouraged him to do so) and did a fantastic job. He handled some hiccups in a calm manner. Very professional and very knowledgeable.

    Mike came to my business to do backflow inspections. In that process he found an issue that could have been a major problem had it not been found. He had it fixed very quickly, inspections completed, and everything cleaned up as if he was never there.     I accidentally drilled into a water pipe in my bathroom and had water leaking down to the basement. In extreme panic, I called JJ Kokesh and got through to Lindsay on the emergency line since it was after hours, and she helped get a hold of someone to come out to my house within an hour. The person that showed up was the owner, Joe, who was calm and reassuring and had the issue fixed in under an hour. The cost for this service was very reasonable. I cannot recommend this company highly enough and will be using them for any plumbing needs in the future.

    Updated review: Joe came out to give me a quote to replace all the galvanized steel. I appreciated him walking me through what itd take to replace it all.     In November 2020, we had a leak in our front yard. Since Kokesh has been our go to plumber, I called them. Megan quickly determined that our problem was with the water service line to our house and emailed me the paperwork to contact the St. Louis County Water Service Line Repair. Part of our water bill is a fee that goes to this program. We were able to get the repair completed at no cost to us thanks to Megan pointing us in the right direction.Kokesh was out this week taking care of our water heater not working.Thanks for your great service
