    Russell was absolutely great! He was punctual, professional, and his expertise in electrical work really stood out. Since I’m out of state, I greatly appreciated the detailed photos he provided, which kept me updated and gave me peace of mind. His communication and professionalism were top-notch. The photos and receipts were provided without me having to ask for them. I highly recommend Russell for any electrical work.     Russel and Preston were absolutely great, both great electricians and great guys in general. They ran the wire, mounted a 50Amp exterior plug and hooked it into the panel within a short amount of time. Things I ordered didn’t quite line up, but these great guys put their minds together and made it work correctly and safely.     Spark Daddy did a complete replacement of my electrical service at home: circuit breaker in the basement, meter base and conduit outside; and they hooked up my new EV charger out in the garage, which involved running a 220V line from the breaker panel all the way out to the garage.     I can’t say enough great thing about Eddie from Spark Daddy!!! I am a caregiver of a Hospice patient. Her electric was old and needed a complete update before she could safely go back to her home. Eddie came in on Monday and gave us a bid. On Friday he was working to make everything safe again! I mentioned it was the patients Bday that day and glad she would get to come home. This is what he left on her front door so when we arrived she got a surprise and it sure brought a smile to her face in a bad time of her life! Eddie from Spark Daddy was not just professional in his work but also compassionate and caring!!! What an added bonus!!!

    Furnace went out and our technician Brandyn was able to respond immediately just by communicating with his current client about our issue. Brandyn was very professional and personable throughout the entire visit and was even friendly and tolerant of our dog who gets extremely excited when we have visitors. He explained all our options thoroughly and was very good at working with us on cost and future planning. We were very pleased with the service. Someone needs to give this man a raise.

As a first time homeowner, I didn’t know much, he walked me through everything along with putting it into terminology that I understood.     I had the technician named Russell & he was a grade A professional. He was fast, efficient & overall did top-notch quality work. Its safe to say Ill be a customer for life now. He spoke in plain English & doesnt use all the technical language associated with the job that I wouldnt have understood anyway.He broke it down in a way that was easy to understand & why it needed to be done the way it was performed. I like doing business with people and companies that take their job seriously. He did it right the first time around so now I never have to worry about it again.     My entire experience was fantastic. There weren’t any appointments available for an My entire experience was fantastic. There weren’t any appointments available for a week, so I set an appointment and also put myself on the standby list. Within one hour I had an appointment for that same day! Communication was fantastic, and Eddie arrived on time. Eddie is a rockstar. He was courteous, incredibly knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what he was doing, as well as things I could do to improve the efficiency and safety of my home.     Steve was amazing. Not only did he fix the issue very quickly, he was knowledgeable and seemed happy to be helping me out. Now, the day was very warm and I am sure most people would be grumpy to be working outside in the heat. However, Steve just seems like he loves what he does. I cant thank Spark Daddy enough for sending Steve my way. Perfect person for the job. My home is now below eighty degrees inside and is almost to where we set the thermostat.     Mr. Russell Ware & Montana were a breath of fresh air & a blessing. In a time where finding employees who take pride in their work & care for their customers is hit & miss, Spark Daddy breaks the mold. Their Professionalism & Courtesy is second to none!! They went above & beyond completing the job & actually repaired the job better than it originally was. 1 thing that really stood out to me is in the process of signing all documents for the completed job, the only signature that was really important to Mr. Ware was the very last signature, signing that U the Customer were completely satisfied with all repairs, because Mr. Ware feels that if the Customer is not 100% satisfied with all repaires, then he has not done his job to the best of his ability. . In this society today, it is very rare to find employees who truly enjoy their job. Mr. Ware & Montana are exceptions & it truly shows. If we ever have any other Electrical issues Spark Daddy is the 1st company that I would call!     Spark Daddy is getting into HVAC! My furnace pilot was failing to ignite so I called and they sent out Brandyn. He was awesome! Very helpful, talked me through everything he was doing. Cleaned the igniter and got it running again. He also did a safety check on the blower and heat exchanger. Made recommendations for regular maintenance. From placing the call to having service done, it was a great experience. I definitely recommend!

As a mechanic I can see the quality of work that was done, the care that was put into the job. The speed at which the work was completed. It was all above and beyond. I showed the quote to a coworker who also dose the same work and he said there was no way he would have done all that work for that price. So I know in the price dept I got a great deal.     I called Spark Daddy for an estimate on replacing my fuse box with a 100 AMP service and bringing my electric service up to code. They were out to my house the next day and Russell was very professional and courteous. He even pulled several of my plates off of my outlets and switches to verify that the aluminum wiring hadnt gotten loose or looked like it was over heating. He gave me a very complete estimate that same day. Great job.

    Absolutely wonderful!! Called in for an emergency repair after we had 2 other companies cancel on us and had multiple other companies set us up for an appointment weeks later. Spark daddy was able to find one of their electricians within 15 mins even though he had just got home. He drove an hour out to our house and fixed the problem for a cheap reasonable price. Absolutely amazing. Haven’t been this impressed with a service in a very very very long time.

    Wiley was our tech and did a really great job. We decided to take down a wall in our kitchen so we hired spark daddy to move all the outlets, switches, thermostat and a bunch of other stuff all around the house and install an island. Our house has an unbelievable amount of wiring and I know it wasnt an easy job bc others didnt want to do it but he made quick work of it and were completely satisfied with the finished product. He showed up exactly when he said he would and work quickly, through the whole job he told me what he was doing and explain me why he was doing it and even showed me better places to put things that I didnt know. Our remodel is going to be even better because were going to have extra outlets and stuff that we didnt and plan for and its because of what he did for us. I would definitely recommend him to do your work, He knows his stuff and its a great person.     The tech was awesome! very punctual and did EVERYTHING they had to do to get my power restored and safe!!! AND they DID NOT charge me anything over what they quoted me which was a shocker because most of these companies will ALWAYS tack on little extra expenses but Spark Daddy is the ones to call when you need an electrician!!!     I had wall outlets that didnt work part of the time and ceiling lights that flickered. Marion checked the breaker box, wiring etc to make sure everything was good. He found some issues with some wiring that was damaged and gave me options on how to fix them. Marion replaced the wiring that was damaged and put some GFIs in the bathrooms. He was very professional and I would recommend Spark Daddy for your electrical needs. I am most happy about the peace of mind I know have.I still had a light fixture that flickered. I wanted them to check to make sure everything was ok. Shane checked everything and redid the light switch connections and assured me everything was good. Its great to have that piece of mind. I would recommend Spark Daddy and I would use them again.

    Marion verified my obsolete Challenger electrical panel as one prone to over heat and recommended replacement. I trust Marion’s advice 1000%. We set up the change out. Along with a new electrical panel, Josh installed a new meter box, whole-house surge suppressor, and wiring with disconnect for our new heat pump. Joshed showed me the old panel where it had in fact overheated right below the main breaker. During Josh’s inspection, he found issues with our smoke detectors; and GFIs in our kitchen and garage. He was very thorough, professional, and friendly. Josh cleaned up so well, you would have never known he was here. We’re having him back to complete the needed repairs/upgrades. My wife Lisa said it felt good knowing we’re now safe with our new panel and whole-house surge protector. 5 stars are not high enough. I would highly recommend Spark Daddy!
