CSE Electric, LLC in Ballwin

Seeing that CSE Electric is based in Ellisville, MO. and my apartment is in the Botanical Heights neighborhood of South St. Louis, this might be a minor miracle. Correction: Two minor miracles. Most of the electricity in my apartment went out on 8/14/2024 at roughly 9:00 a.m. My lease office (to remain nameless and not known for fast service) sent out a maintenance man after lunchtime. He diagnosed the problem. But, (and I’m guessing here) not being a “licensed electrician” couldn’t fix it.Around 4:30 p.m. Eric from CSE Electric arrived stating he stopped and picked up everything needed before coming over. Ahhh…a man with a plan. Gotta love it. Within no time at all, Eric was done. I don’t have central A/C in my apartment – just window A/C units. Living on the 2nd floor of an old, brick apt. building, it can quickly turn into a pizza oven in August. Thank God, CSE Electric and Eric for the same day service.

On the hottest day of the year, the main breaker in our load center failed. Guy and Grant were very responsive, professional and knowledgeable. They solved our problem quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend CSE Electric for any commercial or residential electrical work. ( Thanks Grant, the air conditioning is wonderful! )

I mad experiences with Eric (Fan, outlet) and Grant (generator repair) and was very pleased with their work. The costs were reasonable. The customer satisfaction seems to be a priority for this company which I can only recommend.

Grant is great. He was able to make it out to me on short notice and fix an outlet that needed to be changed. Very knowledgeable and respectful. I’m having some more work done through CSE in the near future. Highly recommended.

They were on the phone with me, checking in, pulled an electrician off another job (that wasnt really ready for him) and came out to fix my main breaker. I had no power and they got me going the same day. Carol, took my calls and was committed to getting someone out here as quickly as possible. Guy (supervisor/master electrician) worked with me over the phone, having me send pictures to make sure the diagnosis was correct. Eric, the person who came out, was courteous, professional, direct, and tidy and explained it all to me as well as things to look out for going forward. I definitely recommend them!

I actually worked for this company for years. Since then I’ve started my own general contracting company. And I still choose to use them for all my electrical needs. Their customer support is always fantastic, and their technicians that show up to do the work are always very professional and courteous. They will always be my electrician of choice, and I highly recommend them!

These guys are very helpful and courteous. My dishwasher failed and the technician on phone walked me through resetting the panel breaker (I moved into this house recently and I didnt know I had two main panels, in different locations of the house!). Saved me $ by not doing a site visit.
