    We used TAG for AC and heating services and then chose to replace an old gas boiler with a new one. from the estimate process through the scheduling, installing and billing it was all very professionally taken care of.     So happy with the heat pump and 3 mini-splits that TAG installed for us. They did a great job! There was one minor adjustment that needed to be made (about a month after installation), they responded immediately and took care of the problem. Another plus about TAG: I like how when you communicate with them you will always get a real live person to talk to.

    Just before Christmas we lost the heat exchanger to our furnace so we called TAG and they came out that day, inspected the furnace and had a quote to replace it. The next day they sent a tech with the new furnace and had heat by the end of the day. They have a good customer service base and the tech was professional and quick. Highly recommended.

    When installing an AC system in our house that has never had central AC Tag was very helpful in offering us several different designs to meet our needs. After looking at several configurations that Tag offered we settled on whole house mini-split system. Sean was great creating a design that met all our requirements, including positioning all of the exterior elements in the back of the house.The installation went very quickly and efficiently including some difficult connections that required threading the hoses and wiring up through the attic to reach two front bedrooms. The workers were polite and wore masks whenever working in the house. They cleaned up as they went.We had used TAG five years earlier to install a high efficiency gas furnace and were very happy with their work then and are happy again with the AC install.

    Thank you to TAG for making a confusing process easy. We just replaced our oil furnace to a gas furnace.     From the start, TAG was a pleasure to work with on our boiler and hot water heater replacement. Kris and Kelly on the front end were responsive and friendly. Sean was very willing to answer our many questions and provided us with a clear and easy to follow quote for services. When the time came for the work to be performed, Al and his team (both of TAG staff and electrical contractors) were on time, efficient with their work, considerate of our home (particularly important during COVID), and cleaned up daily after work completed. The overall project was completed as quoted, cost and time-wise, and we are so far thrilled with the new system. We would absolutely recommend TAG and plan to use them for our system maintenance for years to come!

    Woke up to shower before work and had no hot water, called the company who services our system and that was a mistake. Missed a day of work and no resolve, reached out to Tag that afternoon and scheduled for the following morning.Excellent technician who systematically diagnosed the boiler until he found the problem and fixed it immediately giving us hot water again. Very Polite start to finish and extremely professional, had the parts to fix it there and then with no wait or wasted time.They did the original install of our Kinetics System 2000 and AC system as well.They will be servicing our system from here on in, I learned my lesson.Highly recommend Tag Heating and Cooling

    Tag performed the annual tuneup to my water heater to get it ready for the winter. They also offer a discount if you pre-pay for this service. They are great about sending reminders about the appointments. Everyone I have ever dealt with at TAG are friendly and very professional.

    Tag services my System 2000 oil boiler; they have for several years, and are always responsive and helpful. This time, the tech assigned to my appointment called in sick. I got a call early to reschedule and was told someone would be at my home the next morning, and if that became impossible, I would be called.I got no call and no one showed the next morning-my call to the office was handled well and a tech came early afternoon ( he was very good); outside of the communication snafu, I am happy.

    OH no! There is a blizzard coming tomorrow, I am traveling, my wife is home with the kids and she tells me there is water squirting from the temperature knob on top of my hot water tank! I said to call TAG, they have emergency service and this is an emergency.Thank goodness she did. Tom was on the scene in less than an hour and he put a stop to the leak while keeping the heat on for the house. The tank had gone belly up and Tom was able to get a high quality replacement delivered the next morning along with a top shelf team of friendly technicians all working together like a well oiled machine. They finished the job by noon as the heavy part of the storm moved in. They even took the old water tank away and left the area around my furnace cleaner than it was before the disaster. Considering the urgent nature of this job, the cost was very fair and I even got a discount on the replacement tank that has a lifetime guaranty.Its good to know I can trust TAG to be there when I need them. They did an excellent job at a reasonable cost.

    TAG Heating & Cooling has transformed our home and the quality of our lives in that home. When it was clear we needed a new furnace they suggested one with a heat exchanger. Our oil bill has been dramatically reduced. When we told them that our central air conditioner was not very effective (it had been an add-on many years ago onto our very old forced hot air heating system, a one-zone heating path) they suggested a Mitsubishi inside wall AC/heater for the connected upstairs rooms. Our bedroom, closet (a small room, really) and bathroom are served by this wonderful AC that I turn on every night for sleep in a reliably cool environment. Tom is fantastic! Kelly is amazingly helpful! Everyone is professional and friendly. I recommend them all so highly.

The ladies in the office were extremely helpful in getting everything scheduled despite a sudden rush of emergency jobs, and they helped us through the MassSave rebate and heating loan programs.     I had TAG split a heating system into multiple zones at my place. They were in and out in 1.5 days and their recommended solution solved all sorts of noise and other issues. The heat (and hopefully A/C) is where I need it and not where I dont. Hope to see a $$ savings also. Also had them replace Dampers at my girl Friends house. Not only did they replace the dampers, they discovered that the original dampers were actually small and didnt allow enough air flow through the system. With the new, correct, dampers the heating system is so quite you can barely tell its on. Both installs were done perfectly and for a reasonable price. I was not an existing customer and expected them to tell me they could fit me in 5 days from now Instead, they were at my house by 1 PM.     Great work, very professional. We had a new high efficiency gas furnace installed. They started the work on the scheduled date, finished it in the two days they said it would take and left the basement cleaner than it was before the work was started.We have had the new furnace over 2 months now, it is working perfectly and the gas bill shows we have gone from using a normal amount of gas to an efficient amount as compared to neighbors.

    TAG replaced my ancient furnace in 2005 and have been servicing my house ever since. They are prompt, reliable, courteous, fair in pricing and go above and beyond my expectations.
