    Kirk and his crew were very good to work with. They paid close attention to detail. They could not have made this any easier for me. The site was clean and ready for my plans. They communicated with on every detail, when the equipment would arrive on site, how long it would to demo house and when clean up would be finished. I thank them for a job well done.

    There is a good reason why you see the Venditti signs around Austin for demolitions. Venditti is really top notch for the service. We got a fast quote that included all permitting, structure/foundation removal, and dirt fill for the pool to be removed. As the demolition is not routine for most residential customers, I really appreciated that our representative, Kirk, provided detailed communication on steps we needed to initiate the process with the city…then Venditti could take over handling the various permits. Demolition day was ahead of schedule. Prior to demolition, we walked through the property identifying trees, retaining walls, segments of driveway, etc - which should remain and which should go. The excavator was extremely skilled, even pulling out a pile of metal to be recycled. I highly recommend Venditti should you need a demolition service.

    We appreciate this company for how they care about the environment. We collaborated with Jim of Woodhaven Handy Man, LLC to get an appliance that was in a house slated for demolition. The appliance was uninstalled carefully and not damaged in any way. The appliance continues to be used instead of being thrown into a landfill. We are grateful for this company taking the extra time and their concern for mitigating waste.

    I couldnt be happier with the job done by Venditti Demolition. I hired them to clear out a 7,700 sqft lot for me so I can build two new properties. Their work consisted of getting rid of a house, three other structures, something like 10 fully grown pecan trees, and a sizeable concrete ADA wheelchair ramp. They finished in one day. Their equipment and drivers are top notch.Kirk talked me through the whole process step by step. He took care of a lot of work and follow through that would have fallen on my shoulders otherwise. He prompted me when I needed to act and submit documents to the city. The guidance was amazing. It was such a relief to deal with a company that does what they say they will do, and acts with great professionalism. Kirk was a pleasure to work with and I look forward to dealing with him in the future. Im incredibly glad I chose Venditti Demolition for my project and will involve them in my future projects.
