Alexis is the best, he stayed in contact at all times. He and his crew were very professional, the clean up was great! Alexis and his crew took pictures before and after, they replaced the complete wood siding and trims of my old chimney with the Hardie material and it looks great! They did a excellent job to fix my chimney water leak, and they also took times to have the job done right, I am so pleased with that. I would recommend the Barrier Demolition and Construction company to anyone looking to replace or do any type of home repair!

What a great team. They came highly recommended from a professional group that Im a part of and I see why. In just 2 days, Barrera demoed the interior of my new remodel project including removing personal items, a hot tub, and a metal shed. Reasonably priced. Great communication (which is key!). No negative surprises. Extremely professional and trust worthy. Plus they do so much more than demoing - they are currently working on an estimate for some construction work at my other project. I will definitely use their team again. So happy I found them.

These guys were really awesome. When I met up with Jago for estimate he took notes of everything. He really didnt miss anything. After that I met with Alexis he really made the place look better after the demo. I didnt think that was possible but they did. My place was covered with homeless junk and they cleaned really everything not just the demo debris. They really are a rare gem in this construction industry. I highly recommend them.

TL;DR: Great company that is persistent in the best ways and works efficiently for an unbeatable price.I live in Austin, but own a rental property in San Antonio. I used Barrera for demo on a ~500 SF, dilapidated shed on a concrete pad in the back yard of the rental. Their bid came in ~50% of my first bid. We needed permits and its hard not to skeptical for such a price difference, but they are license, bonded and insured group and talking to JaGo gave me confidence. They spearheaded the process by going into the city and persistently getting the reviewers to inspect and complete the demo permit process in ~two weeks when the city and other contractor told us itd be a month. They then completed the work in less thantwo days.Cant recommend them enough and are my go-to demo contact now.
