This was my second time using Closet and Storage Systems, and to say I’m incredibly impressed AGAIN with the entire experience from beginning to end of this project is an understatement. Allie one of the co-owners was fantastic in designing my dream closet! She was an absolute professional pleasure to deal with! She came out to measure and knew exactly how to maximize the space for my specific needs. The showroom was amazing for a real life look at all the customizable options and her design skills were top notch! The install team were the most considerate, meticulous and professional subs I’ve ever dealt with. They worked quickly, protected my floors AND walls during construction and kept my home immaculate during the process. I can’t recommend this company enough, in fact my in-laws just finished up their custom closet and are over the moon as well! Thanks to Allie and your team for such a wonderful experience and outcome!

Closet & Storage Systems was the perfect solution for both our custom closet design for our new master bedroom closet, as well as our shower glass door for our new master bathroom. We are absolutely thrilled with how both came out, and the level of professionalism and efficiency that all members of the Closet & Storage Systems Team operated with throughout the process is truly impressive. Both of our final products look identical to the proof images that were shared with us throughout the design process, and we are so happy with both. Russ was incredible installing our custom closet design, and we were so impressed with how quickly and efficiently he installed it all on his own, all in one day of work. Our shower glass door was also installed perfectly - the 2 guys who installed that were great too, and it looks beautiful. And last but certainly not least, Allie was awesome throughout the entire planning & designing phase of the process - she was super responsive, very helpful and amenable to all of our design adjustments throughout the planning phase, and I just cant say enough good things about this teams work overall. The service from Closet and Storage Systems was almost better than the work they did for me, which was fabulous! I had two closet organizing systems installed in preparation for the birth of my first child, and CSS was extremely accommodating to my needs of timing and when we were able to get the installation done. The installer, Ritchie, was also extremely polite and knowledgeable when coming to the house to install the system. The whole process took less than a few hours total and everyone was amazing to work with. When we need more organizing installed, my husband and I will know where to go!

My husband and I have been working with many contractors and companies in the past year while we were renovating our apartment, and Closet & Storage Systems was by far the most professional and pleasant to work with and the quality of their work was by far the best!We could not be happier with the outcome of our laundry room! Our apartment is old and “difficult” because nothing is level, but it looks absolutely perfect.I also cannot rave enough about the installer himself. He was so professional, personable, attentive to detail, and overall a year ball of joy!Everyone on the Closet & Storage Systems Team made the entire experience from design to install a breeze. As many reviewers do, I’ll start by saying I rarely post reviews. I chose to post this one because I believe it’s important to recognize a company that does outstanding work. Simply put, Closet and Storage Systems, Inc., deserves my highest recommendation for quality, professionalism, follow-through, and efficiency. Don’t be mislead by their name. Closet and Storage Systems does much more than custom closets. In addition to the closets in my new home, they provided and installed shower doors, mirrors, and Hunter Douglas window coverings. In each case, the work was exemplary. I want to give special recognition to Allison Eisnor. I had to make most of my decisions while 3000 miles away. Despite the distance and communicating much of the time by email, Allison understood my needs and helped me identify optimal solutions, thanks to her knowledge, skill, and considerable patience. The entire team at Closet and Storage Systems has the same qualities. Again, I am pleased to highly recommend such a fine company. You won’t be disappointed working with them.

Juggling all the vendors of a new construction home was overwhelming at times, but Amy made our storage selection extremely easy. All information provided was clear, we received plenty of options without pushy sales tactics, and Amy followed up at the appropriate times to make sure everything was delivered on schedule. We will be return customers when we are ready to upgrade in the future.

My wife and I are very satisfied with the work Closet & Storage Systems did for our bathroom, pantry and master closet. We moved into a new house that had wire shelving and was without a shower door or shower curtain hanger. I visited the Closet & Storage Systems showroom in Auburn for a hands on session where I was able to see what the closet and shower doors look like. After making our selections, the team made measurements and provided a detailed quote. The installation took a few hours and we are happy with the results. We were able to replace our old wire hanger shelving with a more efficient wood composite system and add a frameless shower door. These changes have both provided us with better utility to our spaces and made the spaces more attractive.

We would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company. We just had new shower doors installed. Luke, the mechanic on the job, was meticulous, courteous and extremely solicitous of our needs. All work was done on time and as promised. This company is a rare gem among the mediocrity that weve all come to expect. The owner, Peter, who also came to our home was equally gracious and friendly. Look no further for your shower door needs than Closet and Storage Concepts. It was really a joy dealing with them.

When it was time to order a custom blind for my sliding glass doors this year, I knew just who to call. Deborah was wonderfully patient with me as I was indecisive for some time. Trusting Deborahs advice as to which blind to order, and then following Toms (the installer) suggestions for the installation placement, well...I couldnt be happier! They quickly responded to any communication I had with them. I got several quotes from different companies and they beat them all. The installer did a great job and cleaned up. He also kept a mask on the whole time for Covid precautions. The end result was a shower door we love.

Came out to the house went through all the options with us on Closets window coverings, shades… And worked with in our budget happily. We have been buying shower doors and closet organizers from this company for over 20 years. They sell quality materials and provide guidance if you want to install them yourself. The rubber strip on the bottom of one of the first shower doors we purchased from them gave out and they sent us a new rubber strip at no charge. Its great to be able to deal with a local company that knows what they are doing plus provides fantastic customer service even 20 years after the sale. Thank you Closet and Storage Systems!

During our house renovations I had a closet that needed shelving and an upstairs nook that i thought was wasted space until these amazing people came in and gave me a wall size book case with plenty of storage. they look amazing! We used them for our shower door which I swear sparkled! On top of their amazing work, they actually showed up when they said they would and took as long as they said they would, which anyone going through renovations knows that NEVER happens. Well they are the only part of the whole build that was true to their word. I would recommend to anyone that asks.

One of the co-owners came to my new home and listened - really listened to what my needs were and then asked clarifying questions until she knew exactly what I was looking to accomplish. We had an excellent experience with this company which was used by our builders. Our builders said they could not help with the issue and just gave this contact number. We contacted C&SS not expecting much. The owner Paul promptly followed up on something that was not even their fault and went above and beyond to get the issue resolved not to mention the team did a beautiful job and all this without any follow up from our side since we had to leave out of country for an emergency. One of the best we have seen in customer service. We are certainly using them for all our future services.

From start to finish- our service consultant (Deb) who was very knowledgeable about their product line and helpful in answering our many questions, the A team who came out to our condo for the measurements, the scheduling team, the installation people...everyone that we interfaced with gave awesome and personalized service and on time scheduled appointments! We are so pleased with our finished products. The closet....simple but well constructed wooden shelving cabinets and wooden rails meets our needs exactly. We cannot state how awesomely the frameless shower door enhances our beautifully tiled shower. The pricing for the projects was extremely fair and came in under our budgeted numbers. We cannot give enough bravos about this place and we highly recommend their service and their products!
