    Mark told us he may not be able to come out for a few weeks, we appreciated the heads up. He ended up coming sooner and had the job done in 2 days. We needed our friend steps replaced, the price was reasonable did a great job with cleanup, and he stayed with the price he quoted. Will definitely call him again for any jobs needed.     Mark was extremely responsive every step of the way, and did a fantastic job replacing my bulkhead stairs. The job took about 5 hours, start to finish including cleanup - all pieces were custom cut and fit, no kits from Home Depot!!! Pics of the finished work for reference.I’ll definitely call Mark again!

    I had Mark come by to fix a storm door that Id had installed by someone who wasnt nearly as good as Mark. He came by the next day and fixed the other guys problems as best he could. I should have hired Mark in the first place and will be doing so in the future for more projects around my house. Highly recommend.

    Mark replaced a kitchen sink that had been a source of frustration for me since I bought my house almost two years ago. Mark gave me great advice on how to pick out a new sink for my kitchen. Mark and another gentleman showed up early put down drop cloths and went to work. A few hours later I had a new sink and garbage disposal installed. Mark is the man I will call for my home projects in the future. Thanks Mark!

    Mark did a terrific job for us. He replaced an old rotted oak threshold to the side door and repaired some siding on the house in a quick and timely manner. He was on time and polite, the best handyman ever! We are hoping to have him do more work for us too. Thanks, Mark!

    I needed a drop down attic door replaced quickly and Mark was able to take care of it within one day. I was happy with the work and asked him to quote a good amount of trim replacement on my house that had some rot. Over three days he again knocked out the work and my house looks great.What I appreciate most is how he makes sure you are 100% satisfied before he considers the job complete. It is impossible to find someone to do the small jobs that drive you crazy. Mark does great work and I will be passing along his name to my neighbors for their needs.

    Mark did an excellent job! He was very responsible and arrived when he said he would. He was able to complete some roof work, remove an old satellite dish, clean gutters and install new shutters and for a very reasonable price. He was able to help with measurements on future projects and explained things with a lot of patience. I definitely recommend him!

    I was very happy and very impressed by Mark. He responded immediately and gave use a solidly competitive quote. He was confident he could do our multiple jobs and worked with us to find a day to get the jobs done quickly. He was on time and cleaned up after himself. I’ll be using his service again in the spring for some additional work beyond my skill set! By the way, his friendly and warm personality was a huge bonus for my family - he was cracking us up!

    Mark did a fantastic job for us. He repaired our deck, replaced the wood around our door that was in terrible shape, and hung a new storm door. Work was performed fast and we are very satisfied with the outcome. Their is no doubt in my mind that we will use Mark for any future projects we may have.

    I had the good fortune of finding Mark in a pinch. I purchased a new home in which I discovered that a large French door was improperly installed over 10 years ago and was leaking on my sill and subfloor. A disaster indeed.I found Mark through looking at these reviews. He called me back within minutes and came by the next day ON TIME. After reviewing the scope of work and estimate, he was here the next day and got right to work. 2 days later, I have a repaired sill, French door, and he fixed the flashing and drip panels to prevent the issue in the future during harsh storms.I would recommend Mark for your handyman needs. This was a doozy, and he did not bat an eye to help a frazzled new home owner with a complex situation.On time, estimate was very close to actual cost, and good quality of work. Plus, hes friendly. What more can you ask for from a contractor?

    My husband and I can say without a doubt that we made the right choice in going with Mark Herd, the Handyman Mark. It is not easy to choose between the different contractors, but Mark stands out from the rest because he has years of experience and a team that are committed to excellence. As a contractor, he and his team are able to expertly handle minor jobs to complex and time-consuming projects. Mark and his team helped us with minor repairs such as leaking tub to large projects such as recess lighting and plastering ceilings. He and his team are on time (early), clean, professional and polite. They complete projects on time and even early than expected. As we continue to work on our home, we expect the excellence that Mark has displayed in the past will continue.

    Mark showed up exactly when he said he would. Very reliable. He did a thorough inspection to find out why ceiling was leaking and then got to work right away to fix the problem.He explained everything to me and his pricing was very fair. He did a great job.     I recently had Mark complete some projects at my homeHe was great to work with, when I called he was there the next dayto give me a very reasonable quote on what I wanted downHe then agreed to do the work the next day, he also offered to pick the door I had orderedI had ordered the wrong door, he was very patient and understanding, he waited until the correct door could be ordered and picked up at store.He did a great job, except the new door and other things he did, nothing in the house was out of place. All was cleaned up and old debris removed.He was the most professional and pleasant handyman I have ever dealt with. So very easy to deal with.I would recommend him to anyone looking for someone. I most certainly will call him again

    I called Mark to fix a bathroom vent on my roof as well as replace both of my bathrooms ceiling vent units. Mark and his team were very responsive and showed up on time.
