    Kelly was so friendly and helpful getting us scheduled same week I called. She followed up with a call to make sure the tech brought the right hose bibs to replace. The tech called to let me know when he was on his way. He was very nice and provided extra tips for lasting use. He answered all of my questions and was very knowledgeable. Overall service was great and exceeded my expectations..

    Absolutely incredible experience. Plumber was timely (even called and asked my permission if he could come a little early). Was clear in his communication while completing the job, kind in explaining the work he was doing and even took a few extra minutes to explain to my dad.Hope to not need Island Plumbing again, but would be the first on the list of a place to call when in need!The office was also easy to communicate with too!

    Im very embarrassed to admit that I did not catch our Tech/Plumbers name but am beyond pleased with the friendliness, efficiency, and overall experience he provided in our time of frustration. He listened intently when I explained my attempt - did not judge or start that hindsight 20/20 bs talk - if anything he seemed appreciative of my attempt. Dope.He got to work right away and was not disruptive to our homes flow (VERY MUCH APPRECIATED). The area was left clean and without any damages. He also explained to my wife [I had a meeting a room over] what he did and not in a mansplaining kind of way. I thank you for your time and service.Scheduling this visit was also a breeze. Again, Im horrible with names, I believe it was Shannon who took my call. She was very friendly and obviously geared towards getting you out of your shitty situation. Start to finish I believe it took all of 4 minutes to take all of my necessary information and find a time that worked with my schedule... and I did it while in stop in go traffic - handsfree of course.We thank you for the overall seamless experience and will be keeping your number on our fridge.TL;DRThese are the guys you should get.

    I had a plumbing emergency over Christmas and my plumber wasn’t responsive. I got in touch with Island Plumbing and they immediately came to my home and resolved the plumbing issue quickly, even though I wasn’t a customer and it was a holiday on a weekend. I will be using Island Plumbing going forward!

    John the tech was excellent after he cleared the clog he clean area well beyond what was expected. The only downside was the price. I believe $320 the clear a simple clog was excessive. I would consider using their service again.

    Very efficient and detailed. Informed me of everything being done. They had to shave off some of the counter to fit the sink causing saw dust and shavings. Everything was vacuumed and clean. I highly recommend. Thank you.

    I was so pleased when Kevin, the plumber, called to say that he could come earlier that he was scheduled! He was very polite, looked over the configuration of all my tubs, showers, sinks. Determined quickly that they all emptied into the pipes in my garage where the leak was in the ceiling. He cut out a small area of the ceiling & saw immediately that a pipe was disconnected. He was able to glue it back, add a strap & NO more leaking! What a great feeling! Island Plumbing was very responsive & Carol, the scheduler provides excellent customer service. I told her I wanted an experienced plumber & that what I got with Randy....40+ years of it! From my experience, I can highly recommend Island Plumbing for your plumbing needs!

    I had a leak near hot water heater that I thought came from the water heater, It turned out it was a leaking pipe in the wall behind water heater. Chris found the leak that was caused by a mouse chewing the pipe. He will be back Friday after Thanksgiving to complete the repair. He was able to bypass leak and get hot water to the kitchen and some bathrooms. Now we hot water for Thanksgiving.

    Wow! Michael came out right away and fixed our leaking toilet. My worse thought was that we might need a new toilet but he said it was the small connector from the toilet to the wall and he could just adjust and tighten it which he did and refused to take a payment for such a small adjustment. He said the toilet was in great shape! Yay! We about fainted! Thank you Michael and Island Plumbing you absolutely made our day and in these times of the continued rising costs of everthing, well, we are very very grateful!!!

    Island Plumbing came through for us in a big way! Our Rinnai bit the dust on Sunday Dec. 29., leaving us without hot water. Because of the New Year’s holiday, realistically, we were thinking we wouldn’t be able to get it fixed until Thursday, Jan 2. But, they were able to get us on the schedule and we had a new system and hot water by 4:00 Monday, the 30th! We are very appreciative, and will definitely use them for our plumbing needs in the future.

    We arrived this past weekend at our trailer home at Oceanfront Court thinking our water hose to the trailer which we accidentally removed was repaired by the trailer park management staff . They did repair the broken pvc pipe to the main cutoff spigots that are used to connect the water pipes to our trailer in this park .We accidentally broke the pvc Piper off with the spigot on the cutoff connectors with the water hose that feeds water to our trailer . It was corroded stuck & would not budge . Our issue was the old spigot with the attached broken pvc pipe had corroded to the trailer water hose that supplies water to the trailer . We couldn’t remove it so we called Island Plumbing which is down the street from us . The on call person responded for the weekend ,Keven Williams . He was on another job and he came as he said in about 2 hours . We had a water cooler with water & could get by till he arrived . He reconnected our water hose to the spigot with a new setup & a c-clamp on the hose adapter applied to the water hose to our trailer . Once he did that then we had another problem . An outside pipe to the outside shower that has a water hose to that shower had burst & was leaking . There is no cutoff valve there . He replaced the leaking pipe & recommended a cutoff valve for that too . So we will have that completed next week . The recent cold water caused water in those pipes to freeze & burst . We haven’t used that shower this past season due to no spigot connection . It was an expensive trip due to on all services but I will pay for it ; I already have an invoice . Kevin said he already had worked the preceeding M-F & you could tell he was tired but he took care of our problem . He is a hard worker , recommends services , answered my questions & I’m thankful he helped us . Kudos to you Kevin; thank you !

    I discovered a hot water heater issue and I called Island Plumbing that morning. They came out later that afternoon and did an assessment. The water heater was over 20 years old. They recommended a new water heater. Their estimate was reasonable and I opted to accept the proposal. They gave me a date for the replacement that was just a few work days days later. They gave notice a day before the replacement and then they showed up the next day on time. The heater was on the third level. They were neat, professional and efficient during the installation.
