We are so happy with Advantage Plumbing and their work getting our new water heater and toilets installed! Al and Parker were the best! Both very professional, hardworking and timely. I had an unusual problem with a main drain pipe in my condo that kept getting clogged. I had snaked it 3 times myself, but the last time the snaked it, the snake got stuck in the pipe. There happened to be another plumber working on another unit, that came over to get the snake out. But they were here like two minutes and broke the snake off in the pipe. I thought that cant be good, but they said that is what they would have done anyway. They put the sink drain back together, tested if was draining (which it was), charged me $90 (a discounted rate) and left. About a week later, the drain was clogged again. So this time I called Advantage Plumbing. Two gentlemen came out, and I explained the problem about the clog, and the snake being stuck, and about how the plumbing drain was connected in the condo (having seen it during renovations). The problem was that to access the main drain and vent, you had to crawl in a small opening in the wall, and my access area was covered with and old board with stripped screws. I told them that I had intended on replacing that board myself, but had not done it yet. They realized that this going to be a much bigger job than originally expected, and asked if I wanted to replace the board myself and just send them pictures so they could send me an estimate. They didnt charge me for the visit and sent me a very reasonable estimate to fix the problem. A different crew came out the next time, and they were great too. They cut a section of the cast iron pipe, pulled out the stuck snake, and used there heavy duty snake to unclog and really bad clog in the old cast iron pipe. They replaced the cast iron pipe they removed, with a new PVC pipe, and they added a clean out valve in case it ever needed to snaked again. Would definitely recommend them.

We called Wednesday morning with a bit of an urgency. We had a dinner party scheduled that night and a leak in our kitchen sink. Sarah the scheduler checked and got us in. The plumber showed up right on time and wasted no time diagnosing our problem-a garbage disposal needing replacement. There was also a concern about a possible slab leak. Sarah put us in touch with a leak detecting firm who advised to check the meter first before having them out. The plumber replaced the disposal and we checked the water meter to see if it was running with all water off; it was not. Thankfully all we needed was the disposal replaced and we were able to have our party. Advantage was responsive, professional and competent. This made for a good client experience.

The building inspector even commented on what a great job they did. That is very unbiased and high praise. They will not be your cheapest bid, but they will do the best work.

These guys were great. They responded immediately to a plumbing emergency. I had a massive leak spilling into my kitchen from behind a wall. They were thorough in their inspection to isolate where the problem was stemming from. Once they identified the problem, it was a quick fix. My water heater was shot. Before I found Advantage Plumbing, I made the mistake of initially calling one of those corporate outfits, and quickly dismissed their technician because he said it was a slab leak and he was going to tear up my wall, rip out cabinetry and jack hammer my tile floor! I heard about Advantage Plumbing from someone I trust, and thank goodness I called them. They charged half as much as I was quoted by the other company that wanted to charge me an astronomical amount to destroy my kitchen.Thank you to the two gentlemen that took care of me today!!!

I cannot begin to thank Advantage Plumbing for rescuing us from a water disaster that occurred on the Friday before the Memorial Day Weekend. A water pipe broke in our master bath I had no idea so much water could come gushing out from from a 1/2 inch pipe in the less than 5 minutes it took for me to get from the shower to the outside shut off valve outside. Our insurance company sent a water mitigation team immediately but where to find a plumber? A friend told us to call Advantage Plumbing. One of their teams had just finished a job and would be right there. They fixed the broken pipe and we had water water running to the house. I could not have asked for a better experience Their name and number is now in my address book!

My name is Bruce and I have been a property manager for 20 years. I had 4 plumbers give me an estimate. Scott and Steve from Advantage Plumbing did the job for me. They came in over a $1,000 cheaper than Metro Rooter, and the job was done perfectly. They were very professional, did the job right the first time and gave me a great deal. Further, the materials they used were top of the line. Not the cheapest available. DO NOT GET RIPPED OFF. Call Advantage Plumbing in Atlantic Beach Fl, and ask for Scott and Steve. You will not be sorry.

Advantage plumbing has always done a great job for me. They do the job right, they are always there when they say they will be, and they don’t milk the clock trying to get more money. I found these guys via a friends recommendation and I am so glad I did. With the old guys my bill was always high and the work was always questionable. Just had Brenton and his helper stop by the other day to fix a broken pipe caused by my siding guy. He was in and out in an hour, explained what he was doing and why, and gave me some suggestions to help combat any potential water damage... He even talked a little Jaguar football. It is an awesome feeling when you have a plumber you know you can trust and we’ve found that with Advantage, I wish we could do the same with a handyman...

This review is so over do and I could give them six or even seven stars I would.I have been working with advantage in various communities I manage over the last year and they are more responsive than any plumber I know.Recently, we had a massive pipe break that caused water to pour everywhere! From the time I called to the time it was shut off and fixed was less than 45 minutes. Very impressed with their ability to handle everyday work and emergencies!
