    Taylor at Ridgeline set me up for a new roof as well as all new hardie siding installation. Most of the work has been completed, and I must say that the quality of work is outstanding. While we are waiting for temperatures to rise some (25 F this morning) for the roofer to come back for some small finishing work, I know that Taylor is dependable and will see it all through and wanted to go ahead and write this review. First, a big shout and thanks to Javier and his boys for the outstanding hardie siding job. My house is a renovation with an addition, and Javier had to come back at different stages for hardie siding as some windows arrived late, power disconnects had to be changed, etc., and Javier always returned with never a complaint, was hands-on as the crew chief where and when needed, and was always pleasant and willing to personally help. Thank you Javier! Appreciate your quality work! Likewise, the head of the roofing crew, Senior, has been helpful and is to return to repair some bent drip-edges as soon as weather warms, and he said that he will help with installation and placement of a sun tunnel and a couple ducts through roof. While these work items were pre-negotiated with Taylor, if youve had any experience with contractors, you will know that they do not like to do core work especially after the main job is complete. And again, Javier and Senior, the bosses, both have been helpful, personally hands-on and never a complaint, and their work has been top notch. I personally appreciate when the crew bosses will get their hands dirty and work with their teams when their experience is needed. Big thank you to Taylor, Javier & Senior! Appreciate the quality work and will be recommending you all.

    It was a true pleasure working with Gerard and the Ridgeline crew. Gerard came to our home and gave us an estimate and worked with us every step of the way until the project was completed. The crew was on time and finished within a day. Their clean up was excellent and by the end of the day you could not tell that they had been there except of course for a new roof. We highly recommend Ridgeline for their customer service and quality workmanship. Special shout-out to the installation crew. Incredible job and very much appreciated.

    The project manager, Gerard, was great to work with. He was patient with us as we were trying to decide on colors, etc. This was a large project. We were having roof, siding, facia and gutters replaced. We are very pleased with the finished product.     My shingles needed to be replaced due to a manufacturers defect. Ridgeline helped me through the entire process of taking photos and removing a sample of shingles to submit to the company. Once the company approved a new roof, Gerard, Project Manager, ordered the shingles and put me on the schedule.The crew was wonderful, replaced my roof in one day. Very professional and hard working, my neighbors are now using this outstanding company. The crew showed up on time, worked hard, covered my bushes and flowers.     D.R. Horton contractors did a poor job on our roof, shingles missing, which created a leak around the vents. Our warranty expired, so we contacted Ridgeline Construction. After contacting Ridgeline, they sent Dylan out the very next day to repair our roof. Dylan was professional, courteous, and completed the repair in a timely manner.     We had our vinyl siding replaced and called several contractors. Ridgeline had the best price and most professional service of all the places we contacted. They did a great job and work was completed very quickly after they started. They followed up to make sure we were pleased with the work and when we found a small spot that was missed, they fixed it right away! Great people. Were highly satisfied.

    I called Ridgeline because they were the Subcontractor for my new home. Heath came out to inspect my roof after finding a loose piece of roof shingle after a wind storm. I received a very prompt response. I asked if he could inspect any damage to the roof and give me an assessment. He walked the roof for any needed repairs. Heath found no problems and went as far as take several photos and explained it in layman’s terms. I asked him what the charge was for his service. He answered… No Charge! I highly recommend this company and Heath is your guy! I will use them for any future issues. Thank you, Ridgeline!

    They showed up. Out of 5 companies 2 gave quotes but Ridgeline was the only one that showed up in person to quote the job. They did excellent work repairing the roof, cleaned up after themselves, and even fixed a another trouble spot while there. Will definitely use again

    Ive used different roofers in the past, with lack-luster results. Each time, we had to bring in a different company to repair the damages created by that roofer.Weve used Ridgeline twice now to correct said previous damages and have had excellent results. Hannah has been extremely helpful with scheduling and putting my mind at ease. In addition, they did not try to upsell unneeded repairs or pressure me to replace my roofing.     Couldn’t be happier of our entire experience with Ridgeline. Taylor Z was so attentive and patient throughout our questions and dealing with our insurance as we had a total roof replacement due to storm damage. They are transparent and honest with pricing and scheduling. We recently moved to the state and compared several other companies and selected Ridgeline, couldn’t be happier with the results. Roof looks great, we got larger sample colors to choose from and the crew for installation were thorough, nice, and cleaned up afterward.

I cannot say enough good things about Larry’s professionalism, sense of urgency, and outstanding communication.

    Ridgeline was the company the builder used when my house was built 11 years ago. We havent had a single issue, so when we noticed water draining between the roof and the gutter, we called them to take a look. Heath came out the next day to see what was going on, and it turned out to be a super easy and quick fix (somehow a few shingles had gotten bent and were diverting the water to behind the gutter instead of into it). He took a before and after photo so I could see, which I appreciated. There was no charge for such an easy solution. But its the great customer service, courtesy, and professionalism that will keep us as future customers.

    I cant thank the folks at Ridgeline enough for coming to inspect what appeared to be a problem area on my roof. What I want to commend them for is for NOT doing any work for me. As a home owner things like roof damage can cause quite a fright knowing the potential costs and complete life upheaval that can be involved. The folks from Ridgeline inspected the roof and took time to help me understand what was occurring and that there was no need to be concerned and what I should watch out for in the future. Recently we had a small leak and when they came out it was just lent stuck in the vent. They didn’t charge us anything. Very happy with them and would totally use them again in the future.     Ridgeline did an outstanding job on a repair & roof replacement job at our home on Smith Lake. A tree fell on the house in a late spring storm, damaging the roof, soffits, gutters, and siding. The completed repair looks fantastic, and the process - from quote to our final payment - was first rate. Working with Jackson was a blessing!Since this is a lake home, Ridgeline went the extra mile in clean up to insure no roofing nails were left to pierce flip flops. In addition, we noticed a spot in the driveway but weren’t sure what it was. We guessed it was construction related. Before we could reach out to Ridgeline, a gentlemen showed up to pressure wash this part of the driveway. This level of integrity and customer service deserves 7 stars, but I’m limited to 5.     Replaced roof on 1931 Craftsman. Work crew were professional, worked quickly and efficiently, taking the old roof off in short order. New underlayment went down quickly, and the crew quickly put the new shingles on ensuring all courses were straight, then when the job was done did an excellent job of policing the ground around the house for nails and trash.     I had Ridgeline Roofing replace my attic vent fan and also do a full roof inspection for any other damage. They were responsive when I contacted them to request the quote. The project estimator came out promptly and answered all of my questions and stayed in touch via text. On the day of installation for the vent fan, the installer arrived on time, was polite and professional. He showed me pictures of the finished work which look great. I plan to use again for any roofing related projects that I have.

    After finding a leak in my roof near the chimney, Ridgeline came out and took a look to check on what was causing the problem.     I recently had a great experience with Ridgeline Construction Roofing and Exteriors in Athens, Alabama. I noticed a leak around the bathroom vent cap on my roof and called them for help. Gerard Raley, the rep I spoke with, was very responsive and called me back in a timely manner. He scheduled an appointment for the very next day, which I really appreciated.Gerard conducted a thorough inspection both inside and outside my home. He quickly identified that the issue was with the boot seal on my roof and explained exactly what needed to be fixed. He even scheduled his crew to come out the following day to take care of the issue.The entire process was smooth, professional, and hassle-free. Im really happy with the service I received and would definitely call Ridgeline Construction again for any future roofing repairs. Highly recommend!
