We have used Josh and OVC previously on some upgrades in our house. They did such a good job that we hired them again to build a barndominium on our property for my mother. Josh has great vision and we worked together to come up with a design. He took care of all of the obstacles we ran into and but with patience, was able to get everything completed. All I can say is WOW! It is gorgeous!! We cannot be more thrilled!! Josh and his crew, especially Todd, do such a great job and do it right! Very responsive to any issues that arose and want the customer to be 100% satisfied!

Josh and the crew do great work!! Job started on schedule, always on time each day. They can pretty much do anything and do it the right way!! Put gutters on our covered deck, installed new exhaust fan, installed vinyl plank flooring in 3 rooms and a hall, tore out a bathtub and installed a shower, replaced some pipes, new trim around floor and rustic trim around the new shower. Great cleaning up when the job was all done! Highly recommend! Will definitely use Overton Valley Construction again for our next projects!

The whole team is very conscientious and thorough in their work. Josh is great at working with you to assure the project is designed exactly like you want it, while giving you options to control costs. He communicates exactly what will happen each day and keeps to a schedule as much as possible. He has even worked to get a project done quickly when a need arose.Overton has done several different projects for us and we have always been pleased with the outcome. This is our go to contractor for large and small jobs.

I Have had Josh and the Overton Valley crew do many projects but the most impressive was on my house built in 1904. He did a full remodel on the whole upstairs . Which started with having to restructure the walls so they could install drywall . Everything turned out flawless
