I am extremely happy with the prompt service and quality workmanship of Exceptional Electric! I called them in a panic because I tripped on the electric cord to my sump pump causing the cord to rip out of the electric wall socket - breaking the electric outlet. Amber was able to fit me in their schedule that afternoon - thank you, Amber!! Brian, the electrician, replaced the broken outlet. He was very nice, thorough and professional - thank you, Brian!! Exceptional Electric has a new customer with me!

Requested service online Tuesday afternoon and had the first appointment on Thursday morning. Nick was the service tech. We had 3 issues and was expecting the worse case scenario to fix (rewiring). Nick tackled each issue one at a time and diagnosed each one explaning the issue and what the fix would be. He was in and out within an hour. Extremely knowledgable and polite. Cleaned up after. Price was very reasonable. Will use again should we have a need. Highly recommend.

Exceptional electric is exceptional. Jamie was great to work with. With renovating an older home, I would keep finding needed upgrades. He’d quote the add-ons and get them fixed that day or the next. Plus the tool to get an estimate on tech arrival was useful for planning out the day. This company is a go to!

We recently moved into a 50 year old south county ranch. We initially wanted to simply get three bedroom ceiling fans replaced plus move a plug about 3’. After seeing electrician Nick climb through our attic like an acrobat to install proper ceiling fan boxes and liking his work ethic and can do attitude we kept adding additional work. We will have Nick come back later this year for additional electrical projects!

Jamie showed up same day and fixed our problem. It ended up being an issue with a new appliance but he dug in and got it fixed. Great service!

Called several electricians to get an electrical certification to appease an occupancy inspection and Exceptional was about the only one to call back and do it. Prompt, courteous and reliable All around good experience and customer service throughout.
