    We had our primary bathroom completely gutted and remodeled. John help guide us through options and offered money conscious solutions while listening to our wants and needs. He was upfront and honest from the start. I would definitely recommend John and his crew for any project. Everyone was very polite and professional. We absolutely love our new bathroom! We are so happy that we are already planning a basement project and updating our deck with Leach Construction.

    Had a junk shower kit and a crooked house. Some how Jason did a great job getting it to work. The walk in shower looks great. Jon was easy to work with and very accommodating. Scheduled the job on very short notice, and Jason worked extra hours to get the job done. Craftsmanship was excellent. Would highly recommend Leach Construction.

    Very polite and professional. Would recommend. Good communication. Worked with me on some stuff. Only reason not to give 5 was we had to do a good amount of clean up after, but not horrible. And I thoight the finished product would have been slightly different....but again, worked with us and communicated solutions.

    Added a shower to a half bath and it turned out great. We got what we wanted and it looked better than I had imagined. It was easy working with John and Jason. Told them what I wanted and thats what I got. I was so happy with the bathroom Im hiring them again to install new flooring for me.

    The Leach Construction team came in and performed above and beyond our expectations. The attention to detail and craftsmanship are second to none. The old railing system was black PVC that had faded to gray and the new railing is powder coated aluminum in a black matte finish. If you want a project done properly, you can rest assured that John and Nelly will under promise and over deliver. Job well done, Leach Construction!

    OMG.. there is SOOO Much I liked about working w/Jon and his crew at Leach. We met with 8 different companies and individuals about redecking our old deck. In the end... b/c of the great reviews, pricing, timeliness of project completion and also b/c Jon is such a nice guy, we went with Leach. I am so so glad we did. Not only did he come when he said he would and finished in the time he said he would... they worked SOOOO hard to include and double-check things to make sure that our deck would be better, stronger as well as more attractive than before. Jon and his project lead Ray did an amazing job helping up to come up with feasible ideas to make it the best structurally as well as esthetically. Ray was on the phone with me thruout the day sending fotos, asking questions and clarifying/expounding on ideas. He REALLY listened and made sure that everything was done per specs! This wasnt easy b/c we were asking for a modern/Euro style using horizontal vs vertical boards... which Ray & his team had never done before. But they really worked hard to make it look great! Whats more... he did little things we didnt think about or ask for to make it look even better! Super job! And when I added little thoughts and ideas as the project progressed he was really kind, patient and totally followed thru!! Having had completed sooo many projects in our house over the last 20yrs... I KNOW that things can go awry at any moment... There were many points in a project like this where it could have taken a turn.. But it didnt!! AND MAN does our deck and balcony look awesome!!!! Even better than we had hoped!? Yea me!

    John and team worked with our family and was very personable while performing the needed work. They let us know of any time issues due to difficulty getting supplies and kept us updated. Anything that was in question he was quick to provide and answer and worked very hard to ensure we were completely satisfied. Very happy with end product.

They were able to take our ideas, and really build it out exactly how we wanted. Their quality and John’s attention to detail ensured that we ended up with a deck that we love.     This guy is the real deal. John came out to give me a quote on a new deck, walked around the deck with me, showed me what the problem spots would be, explained the entire process, and was very responsive throughout the whole job. I was deeply impressed by his honesty, helping us to salvage what we could from the old deck and saving us a lot of extra material cost.John and his crew did amazing work on our new deck, and were very excited about furnishing and using it. Were definitely looking to him again in the future for other home improvement and repair jobs.

    We have lived in five homes and this was our first interior remodel project. You hear a lot of horror stories about working with contractors, that make you nervous. John Leach put us at ease. He listens and puts the customer first. The estimated time was 4-6 weeks from start to finish. It took seven weeks, but we came in on budget. John communicated early and often, keeping us abreast throughout the full bathroom remodel on any changes or challenges.Thanks for a great experience and we are looking forward to starting the next bathroom remodel in a few weeks.

    Jon and his crew came recommended from a neighbor. We were looking for someone to tile a shower and master tub surround. Comparing him to other contractors, he was reasonably priced. He was easy to work with and understood what we were trying to accomplish with the remodel. His crew was polite, and they cleaned up at the end of each day. We are happy with the new bathroom. The only con we have, he wasn’t great with communicating advanced notice of his work schedule. Other than that, detail and workmanship is great. We would recommend him for anyone looking for a quality contractor to do a bathroom remodel.

    We had a bathtub removed and replaced with a new walk in tub. We are very pleased with the quality of the work and the skill of the people who did the work. I would highly recommend this company for any construction or remodeling projects.Update: I wrote my initial review a couple of days ago. Since then we had a couple of minor issues occur with the performance of the tub. Not only were they corrected immediately and professionally but they went above and beyond my expectations to correct and issue that was the fault of the manufacturer. I would give them 10 starts if I could.

    Jon and his installer Chris did a wonderful job on my project of a bathroom remodel and install of plumbing to my second floor.
