    I was very upset when a hail storm damaged my home. Mr. Casey met with me personally. He understood this little house is my biggest investment. He made upgrades important to me affordable. Skilled craftsmen did the work. There was a short delay in completion due to a supply issue. The office manager called, apologized for the delay and explained Casey Exteriors would not use equipment or supplies on my home that do not meet their high standards. They treat you like famiIy. I am very pleased with the way my house looks now that all the work is completed.

    We are very happy with Casey Exteriors. In 2018 Bill Casey worked with us on an insurance claim. His company replaced our soffit, facia, gutters, and roof. They did an excellent job! Fast forward to June 2024. We noticed part of the gutter sagging on the back of the garage. I climbed up and had a look. To me it appeared the facia board was pulling away from the rafter tails. I contacted Casey on May 30 and set up a time (June3) for him to come take a look. Bill and Brian took a look and said they would take care of the issue. June 5 Brian came out and took care of it for us. Everyone we dealt with were top notch, Bill, Brian, and Tori. Thanks for getting us taken care of so quickly!

    I meant to write this back in November when Casey Exteriors did my work, but holidays, etc., etc. Nonetheless, I need to express our appreciation and enthusiasm for the work that was done on our home. Prior to Caseys work on the home we were getting offers in the mail for buyers (so they could make money on flipping the house.) It looked really bad, but from the beginning, working with Bill on the details of the siding, gutters, soffit and facia to a couple of windows, from beginning to end this was a most enjoyable and satisfying experience. We were thrilled with the working relationship as well as the work itself. If you need this kind of work done, dont hesitate to call this company. They more than deliver. Five stars all the way!

    I needed a new roof on my south city 1925-era home. Not because of damage, just because of age, so this was 100% on me, not the insurance company. As a starting point, Casey Exteriors was recommended to me by an acquaintance who happens to be a well-respected home inspector in the St. Louis area. That said, I did my due diligence and attempted to get five bids, of which I received three. Casey and one other were very close to each other, and both came in lower than I expected, which was a pleasant surprise. The other way to interpret this is that Casey Exteriors is very competitive with their pricing. I mean this in a good way.Even without the recommendation from a trusted source, Casey Exteriors would have been my choice. Of the three contractors who came onsite, Bill Casey was the only one who came 100% prepared. He already had the dimensions of the roof from his software application and therefore had everything already written up and ready to go. Along with that, he wasnt pushy at all. He made sure I understood what I was being charged for, what the work would entail, options, etc. Heres your options, you can do this if you want, it will tack on $that, but I wouldnt. You could consider this for $that amount, thats up to you. I really appreciated his not-sales-slimy approach!The process was every bit as smooth as Bill told me it would be during his onsite visit. This was in a pretty rough spring for storm damage, and I wasnt an emergency case, so I figured Id be in for quite a wait. It was only a couple of weeks, maybe, when I got a call from Casey Exteriors, and the work wash scheduled. That was on a Monday. On Wednesday, the roofing supply company delivered the materials to my roof, as promised. On Thursday morning, the work crew showed up and got right to work, also as promised. By 2pm that same day, the crew was completely finished with their work, with no sign of old material or even roofing nails to be found!I received the invoice a few business days later, and there were no surprises. It was exactly as agreed, and was itemized. I really hope this is the last time I have to pay out of pocket for a roof, but Im also a realist. Next time around, it will be Casey Exteriors once again.I hope my horrible amateur photography, complete with bad angles for shadows, doesnt mislead in a negative way. They did an excellent job and the new roof is as beautiful as a roof can be.

    Wow! I am so impressed with the prompt response when I called Tory at Casey Exteriors to get my gutters replaced after the strong winds whipped through STL. Brian came out in the rain to fix my gutters. I tried to tell Brian he can certainly come back when the rain stops. He politely responded, “ It’s only drizzling”, I will be ok!     Mr. Casey redid the siding on our house and it now looks like a brand new home. Every design detail was covered before and after the job was done and the quality is perfect. Id also like to mention that the entire crew he has working for him was amazing to work with.     This was a terrific experience. In past years roofers did not have a good reputation. They were too expensive, they cheated homeowners. They didn’t do what they said they would do, and on and on.     Casey Exteriors just completed my new roof installation a couple weeks ago. Ive worked with them before on smaller projects, but I cant believe how easy this process was for a full new roof through my insurance. Bill and his crew took care of things for me from start to finish! Not only was the process simple, the work is impeccable and everyone I spoke/dealt with could not have been nicer. Material was delivered on Thursday, and the job was completed on Friday. Their clean-up was so thorough...it was like they were never even there (aside from the beautiful new roof, of course)!     Casey Exteriors is THE go-to exterior repair/replacement company for us as well as our extended family here in south St. Louis county! We first hired Bill Casey in 1999 to replace windows and siding in our first house in Oakville. This included replacing two oversized bedroom windows with standard sized ones which made our kids small bedrooms to seem much larger. I also especially loved the inverted V siding design done on the gable, per Bills suggestion! It really did added great curb-appeal and I truly believe it was one of the reasons our house sold to the very first viewer, when we listed it the following year. Once in a while we drive by our former house and it still looks great! In 2006 we had some hail damage on the roof of our current home so of course we called Bill again. He helped us pick out a beautiful architectural shingle that compliments our brick color and he worked seamlessly with our insurance company. We are still getting compliments on our roof. And because of the quality of workmanship, great prices and Bills integrity, Casey Exteriors has been hired by AT LEAST six different relatives (just off the top of my head) to install siding, windows, doors, soffits, fascia, and shutters.     We hired Casey Exteriors to tear-off and replace a shingle roof on a 1940 gingerbread home in South County. They were recommended by our insurance adjuster as easy to work with, on time and on budget, and having high quality in their work. We shared a 40 page report from our adjuster with measurements and photos. Their sales manager stopped by to verify location and equipment access, and brought roof samples to choose from. He verified the insurance company’s information on the spot and gave us a date about 2 weeks out. Casey’s office kept us informed and verified start date and time. Their crew showed up at 630am as agreed and finished the project at 730pm on the same day. When they were finished, the area was as clean as when they arrived. We had a couple minor follow up concerns which they promptly addressed. We’re very satisfied with their work and responsiveness to our needs, and would highly recommend.

They came out to fix a leak within the same day of calling, and not only were they incredibly timely, but they always helped to make sure the insurance would cover it.     New roof and gutter covers on house and garage with spot repairs to the roof deck. Casey Exteriors did an excellent job! AND, they worked directly with our insurance company, making the entire process pleasant and pain free.Old roof came off and the new went on in a single day. Workers arrived after I went to work and were completely done with the job and gone by the time I got home. Cleanup was so good, I didnt realize theyd been there.Will definitely call Bill Casey the next time I need any exterior work done on my house!

    Casey Exteriors repaired roof leak, repaired damage to plaster walls and replaced gutters. I was extremely satisfied with his crew and all the work performed. They were punctual and completely cleaned up everything when they were finished. Along with the gutters thought I would be replacing facia boards. Bill Casey personally called me and said I did not need to replace the facia boards, which saved me a lot of $. Plus he personally showed up as the guys were finishing up the plaster job. He will be forever my go to guy. I highly recommend Casey Exteriors and his great crew.
