    B2-Cole Newman came out on same day that we called and did an exceptional job. He got us heat and looked at our heat pump and looks like we need a new compressor. At least we have heat for now and will be looking to replace our 17 year old unit very soon. Definitely will need air this summer. He was polite and efficient! Highly recommend!

    Josh was my technician Friday and today. I had a bad water leak. Josh did an excellent job—He was very skilled, polite and helpful!!!Today he brought a helper, Robert, and Robert was very helpful too! They figured out where my leak was and fixed it great!Josh went over and beyond Friday to help me—I had soaked carpet which he pulled up for meSo I could dry it!I want to give Josh and Robert both Excellent reviews!! They were great!

    We had an after hours significant sewer system issue. After contacting Hunter Super Techs we received a call from a very polite coordinator who let us know we would be first on the list and our service technician would contact us prior to arrival.First thing in the morning we received a call from Robert letting us know he would be there in 30 minutes. He was right on time. This was our first experience using Hunter Super Techs and I am happy to say it definitely will not be the last. Robert was polite and professional. After assessing the situation he provided a detailed description and quote for the work to be done.While he worked he regularly provided updates on discoveries and progress. Once he resolved the issue Robert thoroughly evaluated our system to be sure it was performing properly. In the end he cleaned up all areas he worked and reviewed everything that was done and the photos of the job with us.We could not be more pleased with Hunter Super Techs! We do have some plans for future would and know we will definitely call Hunter Super Techs and ask for Robert, he’s awesome!

    We needed a redo below the kitchen sink. Anthony arrived shortly after the call and went to work. In a couple of hours he had removed the old plumbing and installed a MUCH better setup than the original plumbing. Anthony was prompt, professional and does really nice work.

    I very much appreciate the service Hunter Super Tech provided. Ismael was prompt, professional, and did an excellent job explaining the specifics of what he saw. Our system is on the older side and I liked the fact he was thorough in his work. There was no pressure to resolve the issues immediately but they did provide options going forward that would make my units life last longer. I would recommend and will use them again.

    Robert came by to check on my leaky hot water heater and he told me what I had already feared that it would need to be replaced. He answered any questions I had and quickly got to work! I think he did a wonderful job quick and he cleaned up after himself unlike some contractors I’ve used in the past! If I have any issues come up I will be calling them again!

    Had a major leak in the wall that soaked the carpet & wall & they came out right away on a weekend and stopped the leak & finished the job when the part came in first thing Monday morning. Very friendly, punctual, & professional!Highly recommend them!

    Our AC went out and Milton the technician came and diagnosed it quickly! He left to get the part i needed and came back to install it and fixed it fast. He was on time and is a great guy. I’ve always had great experiences with Hunter SuperTechs and this time was no exception!

    I am on their VIP program. They come out twice a year to clean and inspect my equipment. They caught a gas leak when they checked in the winter. It was small but it could have ended up being really bad. They fixed and repaired the leak.I did have one problem this summer. I contacted management regarding my outside equipment not being cleaned and being told I needed to clean it. I got it cleaned. However, I was not offered or told about their service to clean my equipment thoroughly. Not just with a hose. The management took my complaint seriously and followed up with me. I recommend Hunter to everyone. Just make sure you are aware your outside unit needs to be thoroughly cleaned and not just washed off with a hose. This goes for every HVAC company.I really do like Hunter. They have always done their job and keep my house cool or heated. My outside unit has been cleaned. The problem was taken care of and I remain a satisfied customer. I included pictures of my unit for others to check.

    My technician B4-Eduardo Gonzalez was very polite and did excellent service on my HVAC. I definitely would recommend him as your technician for your house. Gave me all my options for repair and helped educate me on what was going on with my AC. 10 out of 10 service!

    We had the plumber, Robert Stidhman, assigned to our home for our plumbing issue. He was professional, kind, and helpful. He was able to get in and figure out the problem quickly as well as explain everything to us. So happy we went with Hunter Super Techs! We were also able to sign back up for our membership!

    Cameron S found my plumbing issue in very little time. He seemed to know all the tricks. When he found the issue (drainage for condensation of the central air unit) he had it unblocked in a jiffy with a simple auger unit. My only issue is the $230 Hunter charged me for less than an hours-worth of work.

    My mother in law called and had your technicians come out. They were able to send someone out within 24hrs. Mitchell Grinstead arrived at the estimated time. They came and replaced the outdoor faucet that was broken very Swiftly. They took less than an hour. He was extremely professional and helpful. He was able to turn our water heater, as well as, our water back on before he left. Thank you so much for your help and professionalism.

    They went above and beyond when they came out to service my AC unit. They took time to show me what I could do to help my unit work more efficiently. This is the 2nd time in the 4 yrs since we purchased the unit that this has gone out. He checked the wattage going out of the unit and it was running higher then supposed to, thats the reason for the parts. He is going to talk with mngment on getting the other part needed to keep this from occurring again. They informed me of everything and in a way that an old woman could understand. Every worker they have sent out has been courteous and friendly. I talked my daughter into purchasing one from them 2 years ago and she couldnt be more pleased with her unit also.

    Electrician Austin and his teammate Witt, provided very OUTSTANDING support when replacing and repairing our bathroom oversink lighting fixture. While $231 dollars may be a bit high, the quality of the professionalism displayed by these Hunter Techs, was the best to date. I was well satisfied, and look forward to these dedicated professionals to fulfill any future electrical requirements we may need.

    H5-Jacob McClennahan and E3-Dylan Byles took care of the work within our home, and they were absolutely amazing! Jorge was even more so! He came by the house, was very patient with us, and was very kind. He looked around and realized the HVAC system from the previous guys [a different company] was installed COMPLETELY wrong and explained it to us why it failed. Its just me, my mom, and my sister. We were kind of worried we would get screwed over again, but this is a very honest company with honest people! Its HARD to find that nowadays! They explained everything throughly, and even if we had stupid questions, they didnt make us feel stupid and were happy to explain it all! The guys that came by to install everything also made my little sister comfortable. My mom and I are OTR trucker drivers, so we had to leave home for a load, but meeting these guys made us feel comfortable to go ahead and go instead of trying to stay home longer. Definitely give this company a try if you need anything done!

    I would not have typically chosen this company since they don’t take home warranty which causes me to have to pay out of pocket and hope for reimbursement for any needed repairs. However, they were able to get the needed part that others weren’t able to get so we took the risk trying them out. The service we received was fantastic from start to finish, especially anything our tech, Mateo, was involved in. Thanks for getting us back up and running quicker than expected with a stupid backorder part!

    Late one night last week, Around 1 A.M. I was making the rounds checking to see if everything was locked up and turned off. I noticed a real strong odor coming from my laundry room. I could easily see that it was our space heater that was plugged in to the outlet that was smoking and melting. I flipped the breaker and kept checking to see if the wall around it was warm. It was not. Anyway, I called Hunter Super Techs and explained the problem. They were very helpful and set up an appointment immediately. Chris Miguel arrived on time, assessed the problem and was able to replace the old burnt outlet. He was fast, efficient, and polite. He was great, and I would highly recommend him and Hunter Super Techs.

Our technician, Milton, promptly diagnosed the issue and replaced the broken part within 20 minutes of showing up. I have used them several times in the past and will in the future.
