    Keaton introduced himself, and was friendly and efficient while doing the inspection of my heat&air unit. He fully explained a couple issues he found including pictures. Although he couldnt give me an estimate of cost to correct the problem on the spot he promised to have the office call me with the information. I was pleased with the service inspection Keaton did.     My a/c unit was out on a 100-degree day. The response time from Graco Heat & Air was excellent . I put in a service call around 9 pm with the answering service and was contacted at 7:30 the next morning with a service man on the way to my residence. The professionalism was excellent. Jonas Grider was excellent and kept me informed every step of the way. For a costly appliance situation that could have gone south. It ended up being a minor fix with just a service call. I did the membership yearly charge (unlike a monthly subscription like some charge), and they cleaned my entire unit, checked my freon, and will be back to service it again in a few months. And no more service call charges for less than 200 bucks. Thank you, Graco, for your fast response time, and thank you, Jonas, you saved the day.

    I haven’t actually used Graco but I’ve only heard good things about them. Mark Kennedy has with a good reputation & works well with customers. Next time I’m needing a heat & air company I’ll reach out to Graco since I know they’re an established company with great reviews!

    Asad gets a 5 Excellent for his work. However, we were given a 12 -4 window for his arrival and expected a 10 to 15 minute notification before he came. Instead we were notified when he was in front of the house at 9:20. In spite of this, we were pleased with the service.

    I called Graco to fix a faulty heating system over the weekend. They were wonderful communicators and sent a technician to investigate. It turned out to be an issue he thought would be covered by my warranty, so rather than working on it and voiding the warranty, he suggested I wait until Monday and call the installer come fix it. He drove an hour each way to look at it, so I was incredibly appreciative of his honesty. And he seemed very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this business!
