    This company was fantastic. Very happy and pleased with the service provided, this companys price point was 1k less than other companies in the area. The owner was professional, knowledgable and answered all of my questions. Took his time to walk me through all of the steps, even checked to make sure the appliances I was planning on ordering were compatible with the electrical work I needed done, no other technicians did that. I cant stress it enough, I would recommend this company to all of my friends and family.

    Brad and his team are exceptional! During a heavy storm, I noticed water coming out of my circuit breaker. I called Brad, and he showed up same day to diagnose the problem. Fixing the damage and preventing future leaks required a major overhaul. The team was able to come out that same week to complete the job, and worked longer hours with extra staff to finish what could’ve been a several day process in a day and a half. They are knowledgeable, thorough, professional, friendly, and they take the time and care to explain the process. I highly recommend them, and will definitely be using them for all of my future electrical needs!

    We bought an older home that was in need of several electrical updates, and Anthony from Brad Brown Electric could not have been more helpful. He thoroughly inspected all parts of the home that our home inspector had identified as potential issues before walking us through each of his recommendations, also helping to prioritize items in order of importance. He then returned to the home with all of the parts needed to get all of the work done in one day. Anthony also pointed out some areas that we could consider upgrading in the future. We won’t hesitate to use Brad Brown Electric again in the future!

    Brad Brown Electric did a fabulous job installing my electric car charging station. They knew exactly what they were doing and managed to drill through our house’s thick stone walls to set it up in the ideal spot in our driveway. Antony and Ralph were a pleasure to work with and also went above and beyond to help identify and fix other electrical safety issues we had in our house and didn’t know about.     Anthony and Ralph from Brad Brown Electric recently came to our home to do multiple electric tasks for us. They changed out several hard wired appliances and replaced the original wiring with outlets and appliance cords and plugs, replaced several GFI outlets, and mounted new light fixtures and remounted old light fixtures at new heights for us as well as several other items. We received an estimate of all work to be done and options if we wanted less work done all within thirty minutes of their on time arrival. All work was professionally completed on the same day that the estimate was done. Anthony and Ralph were professional, friendly and courteous. Also, the jobs were completed cleanly with drop cloths and plastic coverings on their shoes to ensure no cleanup was needed on our part afterward. I would strongly recommend Brad Brown Electric for all your electrical needs. They do a good job and care about the work they do.

    VERY well run business. Who likes spending money for plumbers and electricians? Nobody. But you will not get anyone better than these guys. They are top notch professional. I knew I was in good hands immediately. Their work is so spot on. They did extensive work on 15 outlets; worked the circuit panel and installed a wall sconce and when they left -- like little elves -- you would have never known anyone was ever there. This is 5-star service. I didnt get price quotes from other people so I dont have anything to compare it with but I knew from my Consultation that I was with experts.

    Service was great, polite, nice, hardworking, clean and trustworthy. They responded super quickly. I would recommend them to anyone from those perspectives. They did a safety check which was good, but was as much about safety for me as finding opportunities for more work for them. Win-win, I guess: Gave me an estimate of some harder work while here - it took a lot of crawling around in dark places and I appreciated the effort. Overall the experience was very good. It seemed a bit pricey - but I didnt take the time to get other bids and I could be wrong as it’s been a while since I’ve had an electrician here. I will take safety and exceptional service over price, any day, though.

    Called Brad for a ceiling fan install, and when Anthony and Ralph came, they spotted a few things in my home that were not safe and not up to code. They wound up spending about half day, and were very friendly and conscious of noise since I work from home. More importantly, they were very clear about relaying the need for the work, the possibility of unexpected add-ons once they looked behind the walls, and the risk of doing nothing. This was not a hard sell, but rather a hey, I think this presents a risk thats not worth taking and let me show you why. I appreciated the super honest, direct and gentle approach. It wasnt the most exciting purchase of the year, but I definitely feel good about using Brad and his team.

    Used Brad Brown Electric about 4 years ago to remove knob and tube wiring. So we called them with confidence. Anthony came out the same day that we called. Requested a wall thermostat be installed for an existing baseboard electric heater. As expected, Anthony and his assistant completed the job in a few hours. No mess, no dust, and no touch up needed on the wall around the thermostat. Anthony is a true gentleman and highly skilled electrictrian. I would say that the price of the job seemed a little high, but a fair trade off for amazing work that Brad Brown always delivers.

    I needed a row of fluorescent lights to be repaired or replaced. I called Brad Brown Electric, and in less than an hour, I had Anthony and Ralph at my door, ready to fix the problem. They suggested I replace them with LED strip fixtures.     Im very satisfied with the professionalism of all the folks at Brad Brown Electric. Scheduling was great. Anjali was very clear on what I should expect and when. I was actually called back earlier because there was an opening in their schedule. The electricians were super professional, covered every surface with drop cloths and wore booties.     I have been looking forward to lighting the pathway up to my front door for many years, and boy, it was worth the wait. I was referred to Brad Brown who with his team did a bang up job! There was a little bit of leg work at first to go to the distribution center to select the lighting fixtures but it was well worth it to keep the cost moderate.     Brad is the BEST. Im so happy we found him before we moved into our new home in Bala Cynwyd.     PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Dealing with knob and tube wiring, double lugging of neutral on circuit breaker (single rated), relocation of switch from outside to inside room, AFCI install, GFCI install, cutting and covering of cable outlets and double prong outlets (wall plates), making balcony power live, removing base heater allowing for future power, changing light wiring to dimmer switch.FEEDBACK ON ELECTRICIAN: I moved into a 1917 house that needed several electric jobs. Brad evaluated every part of the project, took into consideration my vision, and then went to work. He came out a few days early after only maybe 48 hours after I rang the company, which was highly recommended to me. The consult took 45 minutes (lots of mini electric projects) and he immediately went to work. Within maybe 2-3 hours after he first arrived for the consult, every project was done. I thought it would take several days spread out over a few weeks with return visits. He isnt a master. He is the master who taught the master and is young and energetic, but with over two decades of experience. Think Formula One pit-stop in terms of speed and German car efficiency in terms of quality. He knows all the codes, where exceptions lie, where the spectrum ranges from small, medium, and large fixes depending on the vision of the project (e.g., rental vs owner-occupier). He is also an artist at his craft with an appreciation for tidiness, presentation of wiring, attention to detail, and correctness. If you are looking for a $10 - $50 quick fix stick up battery light job, Brad is not your man. But he does help out across the rental to owner-occupier spectrum with excellent prices. If you want the job done right, even on a moderate budget, there are no better electricians out there. I have had many electricians over the years across multiple countries I have lived in and Brad was hands down the best overall.

The fixtures we were using were difficult—either antiques with breakable figures or a new chandelier that was heavy with many glass prisms.     Glad I called Brad Brown Electric. Anthony was courteous, considerate of my home and explained electrical issues existing in my 100 year-old home. He gave me an estimate before beginning any work, which allowed me to chhose the work by priority for safety and still meet my budget. Anthony fixed several receptacles and replaced tripping breakers. His work was neat and all according to code. It cost a bit more than I expected, but then, Anthony was here one and 1/4 days.
